The staff are very nice and helpful but every time I go there the truck fuel islands are out of paper towels - EVERY SINGLE TIME! This time there was so much fuel and oil all around a the truck fuel area it was VERY slippery not to mention nasty to track it back into my truck.Again, just want to reiterate that the staff has been really nice. It's also super busy every time I go there.

Busy, Busy Place! We have stopped a few times at this location. Like that, they have a few options for food. Godfathers pizza! Subway and DQ, then station food in Loves. 6 pumps, so 12 spots for gas. Usually bathrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Good selection of drinks and snacks for the road.

I’m a loyal loves patron or used to be. Stopped here on vacation for coffee and bathroom break. Had 3/4 tank of gas but figured I’d just top off. Swiped credit card and put nozzle in car and started to pump. Pump clicked off in less than a half second but numbers and gallons kept adding up for about 5 seconds and stopped at $53.20 but I didn’t get a drop of gas. Went to see manager who treated me like a thief. I will never stop at loves again.

They fixed the pot hole but the crew was blocking up all the damn road to do it the truck stop itself is highly busy and dirty and the lot is way too compact for simi drivers and not only that these place out of all the loves is the smallest I've seen in a while they really need to expand the lot pilot across the street is way better then this loves but I'm forced to fill here 😠 so just fill and leave I don't even brother with even weighing the truck unless you got filled already cause its so tight if you need to fill and then weigh it's to hard to get back onto it that it's a headache because all the traffic coming in and out of here. It's best to fill up here and go to the pilot across the street to weigh.

This place is gross and one of the few dirtiest loves I've been to. The coffee and soda area was missing cups and looked like it hasn't been clean all day. Stained all over. The store needs to be cleaned. I didnt dare go into the bathroom. I get its busy but there should be no excuse for this. I wish i took photo's the store manager and reginal manager should be ashammed. Wish I took photos.Side note also need to fix prices on tags.

Our experience at this Love's was the worst ever! The showers are absolutely horrible! 😠 Literally NO water pressure!😡 The entire store is so compacted that it's Literally hard to maneuver around anywhere! 😒 And it's on an extremely busy corner.This store should really invest in buying some extra land behind it and expand. The only thing I can say good about this Love's is it's halfway decently clean. EXCEPT for the Showers!

I travel all the time, and Loves is the only place I stop fornf99d and gas. The employees at this Loves were the most hateful humans I have ever encountered. My 3 year old granddaughter lost her sandals and had to potty. They said I couldn't take her without her shoes.They rolled their eyes at eachother as they checked putnour drinks. If you need gas or drinks, I'd skip this stop.

Great place. Was welcomed when I arrived and it was very busy. However there were plenty of employees actually working keeping everything clean and the hot food area stocked and the registers closing. Was easy in and out. The driving entrance is a little awkward and be careful people are driving everywhere. I'm surprised there aren't more accidents.

I stopped here to sleep yesterday, got here at 2 pm and it was already busy. The truck side is way too small, what were they thinking when they built it? The east coast is heavy freight and yet there’s so many small parking lots for truckers. When I parked the fuel island was so busy and there was a lot of honking and blocking other truckers. The laundry only takes quarters and I couldn’t wash my clothes unfortunately. The showers were ok, nice hot water but small.

Right off the highway! Easy to get to via a merge lane from the off-ramp. They have Subway, Dairy Queen, and Godfathers Pizza!!! Bathrooms were clean and didn’t have that standard gas station smell! Subways Bella Mozza sandwich is awesome!

The customer service at this Loves Travel Stop is extremely poor. This is especially true for the Subway restaurant. My wife had a terrible experience here just fifteen minutes ago. Apparently she was not ordering fast enough so the rude service lady got really impatient and angrily started to serve someone else. When my wife told her that she was not finished she did not even answer her then the other rude service lady told her that’s what happens when you are too slow and it was her fault. She also told her that she was going to wait until all ten people in the line were served before her. At this point my wife simply walked away because she saw that they wanted an argument. Additionally, she asked for her wrap to be heated and they said, “No”. I’m not ever stopping here again!!!

I bought an item from this store. It doesn’t work they refuse to return it and having very bad customer service with the manager.Usually, I have good experience with loves store. I’m dealing with them every day, but in this branch they are very rude, and they don’t know how to run this business.

Very busy location. Not the easiest location to get to and the lot isn't the biggest. So if you are in a semi be prepared to wait on the road before you can enter this location.

Worst Loves I have been to. Inadequate parking, it’s hard to park or leave because it is always, always, always so busy with Amazon and Trader Joe’s right behind it. Management doesn’t care and shrugs their shoulders and says that’s the way it is and there’s nothing they can do about it. Street beside it is always packed with people trying to turn into the place. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Avoid at all costs and visit the TA right down the road.

If I could give this subway at this location I really would. Both the cashier and the person serving lack basic common sense and customer service manners. After only serving me one sandwich she rudely told me I have to wait after I clearly and specifically told her two!!!! I will not never stop here again !!!!!

Too busy, Easy to get in but Hard to get out.Not only this Love station. The Exxon next door or cross the street also. I wanna tell traveler use TA south to this exit there is way better IN AND OUT TO I95.. This location is for neighbor customer, not for travler..

Unfortunately, this location is too small. Parking is always full, trying to get out has been a bit of a chore every time I've been there, especially from the fuel bay furthest from the store. Drivers trying to turn in don't allow adequate space for drivers trying to leave and then the whole place becomes gridlocked in some idiotic stalemate.You also have to come in and out by going around the block to the rear.

*some* of the employees are nice.If you're using tap-pay, and they tell you it says "Pick up card," leave. Go to either station across the street. I'd used my card here twice before on two different terminals and they said it didn't work on the third transaction and to "pick up card," after I had put in my PIN. It then showed 34LB of beef jerky being purchased. When I requested to use another terminal, they refused. The gas station across the street? Tap-pay worked flawlessly, no requirement for a PIN. Held my phone up to it, *beep* and it was accepted.When I lightly tossed the lighter I was going to buy at the card reader as I was leaving they then accused me of throwing it at the sca-errr... employee... When I explained that I had used my tap-pay twice at this Loves in the last day alone and never had this issue at the 20+ other Loves I've been to, they refused to accept that the problem wasn't on my end.When I told the rude manager if she wouldn't take my money, I'd leave, she told me she wouldn't.I left, and I won't be coming back unless I'm homeless, trying to get arrested, and have diarrhea to smear on their bathroom doors. (Okay, that last bit is a joke, but it's about what I feel they deserve response wise. A google review and a corporate complaint don't feel like it's enough )

At the truck entrance, there is a pothole the size of the Grand Canyon. We are in an RV. We thought we were going to break the car hitch off the back. Worst Pot hole ever.

First Love's I have encountered in disrepair: Women's bathroom stall with no lock and a hole. The king candy bars are labeled 3/$5. Every ticket is the same. There is no fine print. There was no other signage. Yet, at the register, the price was not honored because the bars were ",not the same company. This is clearly false advertising.

Perfect rest, stop, clean bathrooms, also, you can do laundry and take a shower. Everyone was very friendly, and there was a great selection of food and drinks.

Oldest ,worst Loves in America..showers are disgusting..mold and nasty, small and no water pressure..water goes all over the bathroom from the shower..parking lot is the size of my backyard..staff was very nice tho

I Love Love’s. This Love’s has a Better choice of food options than most Love’s. It’s clean inside and staff is friendly. The Bad; the flys inside the Resturant were a bit disturbing especially around subway food. All the trashcans outside the store were full and over flowing. Minimal truck parking. Diesel islands are either broken or under construction. This is my first bad review of a Love’s. Hopefully the next time I stop by I can update this review to a more positive one.

They need to take down the advertisement for a 125$ GPS. Dude says about the 10th person that has tried to buy this & they keep informing drivers that they're out of them.Tried to eat at Subway. Employee was counting money doing a shift change. I waited. She then proceeds to hardware sink & only rinse with water for 2 seconds, then grab a pair of gloves to make my order. NO MA'AM!!

Love's hands down is the BEST truckstop in the nation bar none!!!Clean, well stocked, great food and a staff that is very well trained and friendly, oh my goodness friendly is just the beginning. From the clerk to regional manager each and everyone of these folks truly cares about the work environment and above that the customer.Happy to say 203,000 miles of touring as a photographer and I can honestly say "I love Love's" because they care about their community which is nationwide!!!

We stopped at Love’s back in Feb going to Maryland. We enjoyed the staff who were super friendly at DQ and Love’s. They made you feel welcomed. The store had fresh fruit and salads. The restrooms were so nice and clean. They also had a very nice laundromat. If google maps routes you onto 301N, I recommend stopping here for gas or snacks.
