The shower was absolutely disgusting. You can tell they do not clean it. There is black mold everywhere! The toilet has scum in it. The trash can was disgusting, the fan did not work. There was no fire alarm. There are scratches all over-the-counter top. There was also a crusty watch rag when we entered. They're showering handle was not properly secure. To top and all off the water was cold as ice.

We needed a one stop shop while traveling south with our RV and we definitely found it! There is a small island separate from the main gas area that includes all a road tripper needs - gas, propane, water, air and dump station all in the same place. It made what could have been a very long pit stop convenient and quick. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms always closed for one reason or another. Besides that it a OK truckstop, also the shop is short on help so be prepared to wait. They have Golden Corral restaurant. Great food.

I've been here for a few days waiting to deliver a load close by. So I'll share my experience. Some of the staff are great, and some seem to have a chip on their shoulder. It's difficult to relax in your truck because of people who will knock on your door either to shine your wheels or bum cash. I had 4 people knock on my door. The last one, I was sleeping. I watched him go to other trucks and wake them up as well. This location sucks.It looked as though homeless people were sleeping in the driver lounge, or maybe there were just grunge looking truck drivers, but the latter is just benefit of the doubt. The bathrooms weren't too bad. My shower was a little moldy. It's about time they remodel them, by the looks of it.The lot is the oddest thing. Why are all of the spots blindside backing? Did the planner reverse the plans? Not only at the spots a little tight, but it is just completely asinine to make a truck lot all blindsided backing. If you have verizon, the signal is a little weak by you can still watch TV or do what you need to do.

Certainly not the nicest Flying J I’ve been to. Especially the shower room. Water would not turn off; soap dispenser torn off; mold; exposed electrical wiring. Maintenance seems to be lacking.

People are friendly.Store, showers, and bathrooms are typical for an older Flying J.The Golden Corral is fine.The Blue Beacon is fine.Prepared to be hounded by people offering to polish your chrome.BE ADVISED:There is poor Verizon coverage at this location, and both Free and Premium WiFi DO NOT WORK, so if you have Verizon, prepare to be bored af on your 34 off. (unless you like watching sports with strangers)

We paid for reserve parking and there is not a spot reserved for us . I called inside to speak to someone and they are not answering the phones then it goes into leave a voice and it hangs up on you. This is bad business

This Flying J has many amenities but can be a little tricky for truckers or anyone hauling things, such as a 5th wheel, to enter.Key Notes:- The gas station is on the left and you will need to take the first entrance once you come off the interstate. The lane to the entrance has a barrier so be quick to get over.- Trucker gas pumps are located behind the main gas station. Truckers will enter and exit in the same area. We took our 5th wheel and parked it back here too.- If you need diesel fuel and you're a smaller vehicle there is a pump located on the far end of the main gas station.- Blue Beacon Truck Wash is located in the back.- There is a trucker service station available 24 hours.- There is a Urgent Care located here, it's a small trailer to the right.- At the gas station itself there is a Golden Corral attached to the gas station. Wendy's is to the left, detached from the gas station itself.- A Taco Bell and an Arby's is a little further down the road.- There's a Mr. Fuel across on the same side of Flying J, they have a Cat Weight Scale.- Plenty of Trucker parking, they do reserve spots via calling or using their app.- It looks like you can fill up on propane, there was an area where is looked like you can next to the diesel pump in the front.

Reserved a parking spot and got there around 9 pm. People parked all over the place making it hard to get in and out and all spots full. Was told there is nothing they can do about it and they would not police the spots so I could park in one of the spots I paid for and was guaranteed.I will never get reserved parking again or come to this truck stop.

Cant speak on how well the store is as I just parked for the night, however truckers beware. Cellular dead-zone, could barely get a message thru to dispatch. Store wifi doesn’t work either, needs IT guy to fix it.

The dumbest truck parking design I’ve seen so far. Lots of cars keep driving around or gathering by the truck wash. You also have people begging for money as soon as you walk out the door.So ghetto 👎

This is so sad on this Christmas Day. I had to stay over for the weekend. The crazy part about it they have this Golden Corral in side of here but there is no one here to serve no drivers. This is sad for all us as truckers and travelers.

Large parking but aways full, showers not so clean and #11 water jumps from hot to really cold i was shivering and had the worst shower ever, cinnabom, golden coral, hot pj food, cold sandwiches l, coffee, milk dispenser all good, staff is nice will great you all the time.

No bigger scum than flying J/Pilot, except Petro/TA. Reserved parking everywhere and if you expect to park without paying these scum be ready to blind side back.

Clean shower, clean store and a buffet to top it off. This was a great stop. Only thing was the hot water. The water goes cold in the middle of your shower.

No hot water in the showers and dirty bathrooms. If you zoom in on the picture you can see the dirt from the previous person's azz. After spending thousands of dollars in fuel you would think you could get a clean hot shower like the advertise every 5 minutes.

We arrived at the time of a big storm that took out the power. During that time, the staff went above and beyond with friendly service. There was a man at the door warning people of the loss of power but still invited them in for anything else they could help with without the use of systems. I store, multiple people helped in what ways they could, notably a man named Cam. The two days we stayed here, Cam was a DELIGHT to interact with. One of the kindest, most positive attitude individuals. He was accompanied by Rose, another employee at the checkout, who also was just the sweetest. Excellent customer service from everyone.

Shower 9 was horrible. I had to get help to turn the shower on. It needs to be fixed. The water temperature was ice cold to lukewarm and would change unexpectedly. I am a person who likes hot showers. The Golden Corral was nice.

Terrible service. A manager named Robert is very unfriendly and angry. He couldn't scan my ID and refused to enter the data manually. He shouted at me. I'm talking to you evil Robert - you can't work with people, it's not your skillThe rest of the pilot employees, I thank you for your work. There are 5 stars for you.

Friendly staff hands down I ever seen at a truck stop. I typically don't eat the hot food they offer but let me say I grabbed two egg rolls and they were great. Great service!

Manager is very rude.... went ro get a print out of Bol.... manager says immediately we don't do print outs or system won't allow it..... so as I'm leaving I see a printer by the door.... it says emails print outs and fax.... so I couldn't quit understand what it was asking and went to ask someone (ended up running into the manager) and he said yeah it only do fax... I tried to get fax number and just left to Mr fuel across the street... cheaper gas waaaaay better service 5 stars Mr fuel

Gas price is low. Unfortunately the customers do not take sanitary measures seriously and the staff is not enforcing the mask mandate. I had to share the restroom with a mask less individual who was congested. The staff said that they don't enforce the rules.

I Always park at flying j always a place for parking, got Wendy’s nearby and golden coral inside showers are great staff are kind and LeeAnn is a hot one :) muahzz!!!

Trucker bathrooms always dirty never clean. Tifflin I blwim the Mangers for not making sure and checking nasty and should be the most important job. Hire enough people seem lik they need help or a new crew. Starting to hate pilots.
