Got to be one of the worst Flying J's out here. Pumps are continuously broken or missing parts. They allow trucks to stack up blocking the isles and entrance, manager just made up excuses, and on top of that they are building a tire shop which will take up much needed parking. I dread it when I have no other choice but to stay here. I guess Warren Buffit is just milking them dry.

Large clean remolded store which is well maintained and stocked. Also there is a good size drivers lounge with a large laundry room nearby.🛎️ ServiceThe store staff is very professional and friendly, I got a meatloaf meal which they got for me rather quickly not making me stand around.🍔 FoodThey have a hot food bar along with the usual PFJ fare. There's also a Denny's for an alternative.🚿 ShowersThe showers are clean but a bit small. There's plenty of hot water with good water pressure.🅿️ ParkingThe truck parking lot is a good size and not to bad to get into and out of spots.

Almost everything broken at this store; card readers, no hot water. Also the workers say that the “food manager” insists they give lousy portions to the drivers; really insulting when we’re already paying like 14 bucks for a plate of food that honestly isnt very desirable to begin with. The ONLY redeeming quality that I can see is that at least their DEF works.

It's a great station to stop at. Large facility, catering toward truckers. They have a small laundry mat, lounge with chairs and a TV, a few video slots. Lots of pumps to cater to trucks, RVs and cars. Large parking area as well. Inside is very clean, with multiple type of foods, snacks, drinks, hot and cold. There is also a Dennys attached that you can enter from the the inside. There is even a small Cinnabon inside. They have propane as well. Not sure if they have e Ethel free for boats though. I got a couple of egg rolls to go and my favorite Rockstar drinks that are pretty hard to find. Gas prices are always competitive if not some of the lowest around. Good place to stretch your legs and can accommodate all sized vehicles.

Love this gas station! It has been my go to stop on trips to Richmond for years, it's quick and easy. Major shout out to the morning crew on Dec 13 when my car's key fob died. I was a bit panicked since I had to be somewhere on time and obviously didn't plan for this. They were all so nice in trying to help me figure out how to pop it apart and then let me try out the battery and come back to pay. Their patience and kindness made my morning so much better. Thank you!

Clean showers and good store. Heads up, this is a cellular dead zone and cellular internet barely works. I tried all over the truckers parking lot. Store wifi didn’t seem to work either, needs an IT guy to adjust which bands the wifi is running on, channel is congested.

One of the best Pilot/Flying J locations in the country. Been stopping here for years. Staff has always been friendly. Always clean, neat and orderly. Plenty of parking for trucks with a very large front lot accommodating bobtails, RV's and cars.The place is always well lit at night.

Worst place you could stop at . Too many trucks park at the entrance . They be blocking people from coming out all the time. You want to get fuel here ? Expect 30 minutes trying for get out after you’re done fueling. This is ridiculous. So much parking spot and all them trucks decide to sleep right at the entrance blocking everybody else

This pilot is one of the best I've been in the whole country such an amazing array of everything from massage chairs to showers to food and beverages home cook meals ,restaurants, I think this is hands-down a five-star pilot. They have so so many options it's hard to choose it even has clothing, knick knacks, souvenirs for the kids and family .If you're thinking about stopping, and you're tired, pull over at this pilot it's well worth it have a good trip drive safe.

Nice clean truck stop. The store was extremely clean as were the showers. The food was delicious as well. The lounge was comfortable and clean laundry area.

dirty, shower doesn't work. someone had already washed in my reserved shower, the shower they gave me as a replacement had no hot water, the next one was very dirty and it stank. parking lot marked crookedly

Last week I stopped at this place to get some fuel for my truck and decided to take a shower. And what I can say about this place? The shower room I was using had a few issues: the rack was with one hook missing, electrical box without a cover plate, fan’s grid looks like never been cleaned, door stopper broken off the wall. Overall shower room was clean.

There was no hot water in the shower and the drain did not work. As a result, we weren’t able to refuel because the terminal didn’t work! Thank you that at least the toilet worked.

This place gets my five stars because of a couple of credentials it has work parking it's nice and open comfortable to parque there's a Denny's inside so you can have breakfast or strong dinner or even have something a little more clean to eat around the lodge you can find a Love's Anna pilot with other available areas to eat also nice clean showers and pizza and a food stand for the big coffee area the diesel area is easy to go in and get out and a service is excellent this place for a long stay.

I was just at this gas station. I'm shocked, I asked for a sandwich, I needed 4 grand and 2 packs of cigarettes, 2 girls are very rude, they don't care about this job at all, it's a shame because the truck stop was good, won't come back here again, the managers should fire them

The White guy behind the counter said to the Black woman working there, "What if I call you the N word?" One look at him and you KNOW he meant it, and calls her that behind her back. Dreadful man. The sooner people like him go away from the world the better.

There is a lot of parking for the truck DRIVERS, but people just can't park. And those dam BOB TALES YOU ASS HOLES TAKING ALL THE PARKING You wanna park in the big boy truck stop parking lot learn to be a real truck track not a local delivery man

Women's bathroom were just ok. Half the stalls needed cleaning. My husband said the men's needed major attention. Half the stalls needed tissue paper. They didn't have paper towels. Half the sinks didn't work. The food looked as if it had been there all day. Pizza was old. At least the cashiers were friendly enough.

They didn't bother to refill the payment receipt printer at the self service gas pumps, so I had to go into the store and wait in a treacherously long line to get my receipt. The place is dirty and crowded. Except that their fuel prices are among the lowest on Interstate 95, I wouldn't stop there.

Whoever cleans the showers should be fired. Blood, feces, dirt and hair left on toilet lids in “cleaned” bathrooms. Not once, but twice in my overnight stay here. I’m not talking about one hair either. The whole toilet was covered. Absolutely disgusting.

This #Pilot is awful. I was informed that there was no cold water but could still shower. I didn’t think that meant it wouldn’t be clean either. Someone did put towels in here so it should have been cleaned. Although I have shower points, if there is a Love’s close by I rather go there and pay because I know it will be clean. I should have went to Love’s this time. Wish my company had a #Love’s account

It is a very friendly store. The people that work in there are very friendly. You can get your gas something good to eat they do home cooking there. Oh and it smells so good when you walk in you smell the Cinnabons. Bathrooms are always clean they have showers all kinds of different foods clothes stuff to repair things with electronic stuff. And there's also a Denny's in there

This was one of the nicest rest stops I've ever been too. Cinnabon for your sweet tooth and chicken for the salty. Plenty of coffee, sugar and creamers available. I liked all the prepackaged snacks, salads, etc. Decent price and staff appeared to steadily keep it clean wiping down surfaces. Danny's is also attached of you're feeling a bit more hungry! 😊

This place needs to remodel their showers and make them bigger. All truck drivers are not skin and bones we are grown men and women and need showers big enough to move around in.
