Worst experience in retail ever. Trying to buy a bottle of perfume on Christmas Eve. I asked several associates for help. Every single one said they couldn’t help me and needed to go to customer service for assistance. We waiting at least 30 minutes after I went to customer service. They page someone for help and no one showed up. There was another man waiting shortly after us. He was losing his cool. He also went to customer service. Finally I went back up front seeking out a manager. Surely the store manager would respond! Nope!!! By the time I returned to perfume a nasty Team lead was yelling and with the other person waiting . I heard her from 2 isle up before I got there. She told him she would call the police if he did not leave the store. All b/c the store leads could not find a key to help anyone. He told her if she couldn’t open the case he could. The nasty team lead wouldn’t even give her name. She escalated the situation and 4 police officers showed up searching the store for him and talked to us as well. I have stock that I’m going to sale and boycott that damn store. Who would dare have such poor leadership with no consequences for the employees behavior. I’m waiting on a call back from corporate

The worst place. They had one register open and only other option was self checkout. How do you expect me to get a cart of groceries through self checkout? Even asked some workers who were just standing around if there were any other open registers just to be given attitude from them. Will be getting groceries somewhere else other than Walmart from now on.

I scanned my 2 boxes of oatmeal pies and the cashier comes over and says I only scanned one.so we scan another one. Guess what I had already scanned 2 so now we have 3. So I then have to spend time to go back and get a refund. Why dont you catch the real thieves.

Your needs will be ignored. Nobody even has keys to unlock the fragrance and they will walk away and never return if you ask. Employees don't care because management is weak.

This store is absolutely ruined now after the remodel. Totally and utterly confusing and overwhelming to be inside this store. My wife and I do not even want to go in here anymore....at all. When attempting to shop the store. You just hear people complaining left and right about not being able to find what they are looking for or there not being any cashiers. I don't know who made all of the decisions about this remodel but this is just terrible. Only thing that makes sense is they made it bass ackwards so you are more likely to be wandering around the store picking up random stuff you don't need and throwing it in your cart. Good luck if you go here. It is painful.

Two cashiers up front, the cashier was asking for manager for change the customer had to dig to find the exact change to give her… then the customer in front was paying by check and the cashier didn’t know how to do it she asked a couple other associates for help they didn’t know and after about 5 minutes a CSM came out and helped her.. if your only going to have 2 cashiers on floor then have managers walking around. They are trying to force everyone to self checkout not right..

Very disappointed with Walmart grocery pickup service here just as of lately. Before two weeks ago we were always impressed with the pickup service and got our orders out quickly with no issues. But lately we’ve had to sit for a long time waiting for our order and last night NO ONE came out to bring us our order. We sat for 45 minutes, called the pickup line many times with no answer. Three other cars also were waiting and we all ended up leaving empty handed. One hour wasted. Other employees from other departments didn’t know what was going on and couldn’t help much. I hope grocery pickup can hire more employees because the understaffing must be so hard on everyone there. It was always so good until just recently.

The fact that I hate looking all over the store and I think the remodel has improved the store greatly. There's multiple people who will try to bash the store for the change but it's time to change with the time. The store has overcome just being a hole in the wall and has upgraded completely for the location and I'm seeing and expecting big things from this store. Keep it up 4638 yall are doing great with or without the local support 💞💞

I asked an associate where an item I was looking for could be found. He replied that he didn't know and turned his back on me. I asked to please check as he had his phone sitting right next to him. He rudely refused to help. At that point, another customer who overheard said she had also asked him for assistance, and he had refused to help her as well. He just stood there scouling. These associates need training in customer service.

I made a mistake coming to this Wal mart in Ruckersville, VA!! They barely had groceries and it wasn’t even calling for snow and it had been a good week since we had snow! Really people of Wal mart?!! REALLY 👁👁🥕🥩🤷‍♀️ It’s a good thing I barely needed anything!!

I do grocery pick up often at this location. Sometimes it's a long wait which is okay. They get busy. Tonight I was the only car waiting and after 30 mins of waiting and 20 unanswered phone calls to pickup/grocery department I left. Someone finally picked up in another department and asked me to come back in the morning and said they'll report it to management. Unfortunately I doubt anyone will be held accountable.

Today at the Walmart Ruckersville pickup, when the associate came to my car, he informed me that he had loaded the groceries we paid for to another car. He said that the reason why he made the mistake, is because they removed their phone number to call them about your arrival for pickup, and their app was not working. The other customer left with our goods and I still have not received a confirmation of my canceled order.

Very , Very , unkind, and inconsiderate at the customer service department. Not helpful at all really don’t know why I even give them one star because I don’t think they deserve it. I have been in there two different times and they did not treat me the way someone should be treated. I tried to return one item the first time and I had the receipt and they said that they could return it at first and then they change their mind and said that the item could not be returned and told me to call the Walmart number for further information !! 👎👎👎

Employees tend to stalk you for reasons i am still unaware of. Not the best produce either however their donuts help make up for this. Otherwise one of the better Walmarts in the area

Waited over 45min for help in electronics. When sales assoc. finally showed up he was clueless about the dept. Bought a laptop got it home and it's frozen & won't work. I'd suggest not buying electronics from Walmart.

10+ Cars waiting over an hour in pickup for employees to bring out online order with Walmart+ on 11/13/23 from 7 pm to after 8 pm. Unsure what the delay is today but it’s cold waiting with back of SUV open for over an hour. Not convenient Walmart for Walmart+ employees to order online and do pickup. Hire more employees and treat employees better.

They expect me to go out of my way and drive over 20 miles to return a 3 dollar can that was broken when we carried our online order home. This store and its online shoppers broke my can or failed notice it was broke when picking my order. It will cost as much in gas to get my can refunded so it's stupid and pointless. I will return my item so walmart takes the L tho they deserve it! Of course nobody will compensate me for having to clean out my trunk and kitchen floor and all the other groceries this single broken can ruined. Walmart has no customer service! This is ridiculous. I spend a lot of money here and I will absolutely be shopping elsewhere from now on. There is nothing at Walmart that I can't get anywhere else, so I will take my business elsewhere! My order was fulfilled 11/3/23 and it will be my last

This used to be my favorite Walmart, but now it's my least favorite. Whoever designed this new layout should be fired. If I wanted to go to a department store I would go to the mall. I just want to run into Walmart, grab what I want and leave. The clothing section is ridiculous. High walls so you can't see anything and clothes put in all of these weird sections. You seriously can't see anything and have to spend three times as much time walking around searching. The housewares section is horrible. Now they have these long rows that are half the length of the store. And why oh why would you move the pharmacy section to the complete opposite end of the store past housewares near the garden center? It does not make for an easy trip to Walmart. Awful, awful, awful. Again, I just want to go to walmart, not a mall type department store. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. This walmart broke it.

This is a good clean walmart compared to most. It's not always packed. The self checkout isle is always moving. Bathrooms are clean. Everything is as it should be at a Walmart. It's hard to shop anywhere else when they have everything in one stop and they have better prices than everywhere else.If I had to make one complaint, it's almost got nothing to do with walmart but there's absolutely 0 cell service in their parking lot. But it's like that on gmna hwy.I think it would be pretty wise to put up signs that say to vehicles people walking have the right away if you're in a vehicle you must wait or something much shorter to that effect. I have a 5-year-old daughter and I have to hold her hand making sure I don't let go because when I do something might happen or because I'm waiting for that moment when someone's not paying attention or in a rush and they refuse to slow down

Went to Walmart today to do a full grocery shopping day. I walk in and the store is so upside down from a week ago. I know they don’t care but I will be going back to Food Lion. I’m a person that goes in get what I need. I was walking around in circles I couldn’t find the pop this is totally unacceptable especially for people that have issues being in public and older. I can’t even imagine how it’s going to affect the elderly that are shopping alone I’m almost 60 and I couldn’t handle it. And only 3 registers open because they’ve added more self check out.i will only use that store for my prescriptions because they’re the only pharmacy I can use with my insurance, that’s if I can even find the pharmacy cause I got two things of Dr Pepper. They didn’t even have Pibb Xtra and I left!! I understand some remodeling, but not tearing the whole store up and making it so confusing for people with anxiety and being in public issues. But Food Lion will work for me because I really don’t trust Walmarts meat anymore or their seafood just looks a little strange. But like I said Walmarts, a rich company, so they don’t care about the little people they only care about how much money they can break in bless your little heart.

Visited today for the first time and it was nicer and easier than I thought it would be. I was able to find the item I was looking for with the help of an employee and also picked up a needed gardening tool. I'll likely come back soon.
