I continue to trust the CVS in Rocky Mount for all prescriptions, vaccinations, and other health care needs because of the amazing pharmacy staff at this store! I just love my Pharmacist, Sarah! She is kind, knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares about her customers. The entire pharmacy staff is so helpful. Janelle always greets me by name and asks if I have questions or concerns about my medications. Although this store is a bit out of my way (about 45 minutes to an hour round-trip drive), I would drive double the distance just to see Sarah and the pharmacy techs at my Rocky Mount CVS! Such outstanding customer service can be difficult to find these days. I appreciate the CVS staff more than words can say!!

Always friendly knowledgeable staff cleanness in store and out. If I had an issue the pharmacy staff always come threw with in a 24 hour time period. Kindness to one another and understanding one another goes along way thank you cvs on old Franklin turn pike

I pass several other pharmacies to go to the CVS on Olde Franklin Turnpike. I always leave with a smile. Sarah, Tabitha, Janelle and Josh are the best. They make this the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used in my 70 years

I’ve been using this CVS for almost a year, after transferring from another CVS location because of a move. Without fail, there have been problems on a monthly basis regarding the pharmacy and my medications. My primary physician and my pain mgmt physician have had to deal with the same issues time and time again with this pharmacy to get my medications refilled. I’m disabled and I’m also doing all I can to help my mother, who’s fighting to overcome cancer and chemo/radiation treatments every single day. So having the added unnecessary stress getting my medications, as my doctors prescribed ,is taking time away from helping and being there for my mom.

I love this pharmacy, I love nearly every person in this pharmacy! They go above and beyond, Always! I have a lot of medication needs and they never act like I’m an issue. Always recommend!!
