What a store! I heard about Tractor Supply and their products, but just never visited -- until now. Pets are welcomed, so I brought my brindle colored dog Reggie with me. Everyone was saying, "what a beautiful dog!" and petted him, which he ate up with delight! ha ha ha... Such a spoiled dog... :)I found one of those elevated dog food dishes for Reggie, and (naturally) his nose discovered the dog treats and rawhide treats... Tractor Supply has *everything* you can imagine! I will be back again real soon, as I was impressed with the store!

Normally as a shopping experience I would leave this place a 3-4 star review because most times I come here to buy something I leave empty handed and disappointed. However, really I only come here to kill time. In that capacity this place is a solid 5 star experience. I always visit the one aisle reserved for actual tractor supplies just to see how thick the dust and cobwebs have gotten there. I also visit the two+ aisles of bird seed and supplies because I am getting older and this is relevant to my interests. Sometimes if I am really bored I will front and face products. Nobody ever questions me and I genuinely enjoy doing it. I'll be back again.

One of the friendliest and most helpful tractor supply stores I've been too. We were passing thru over the weekend and had car trouble by their exit on the interstate. Limped our vehicle their and fixed it in their parking lot. Kids hung out inside in the ac and used the restroom while I worked. They were definitely our "port in the storm." Thanks guys.

This is my favorite tractor supply store in the area. I often drive to it instead of the one in Ashland even though it takes a little bit longer. I like the fact that I can take country roads all the way there. The Ashland store is just west of 95 and you have to deal with all that traffic from my location. The store also seems to be better stocked than others in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Having a tractor supply credit card is useful to me as a farmer. They have lots of things I can use with my tractors for maintenance such as gear oil and hydraulic fluid. I also like the fact that they have a no-questions-asked return policy. I have returned many things without any trouble. Some of the clothing is good. I love those Blue Mountain canvas five-pocket pants although I wish they had kept them in blue. Another good thing about this store is the affordable black Wellington Boots. I go through about three pairs of season. Considering the price point it's the only way to go. They are comfortable. Nice selection of work boots. Men's Wrangler wear. The store brand dog food is rated highly. I like the small kibble potato and salmon although I wish it was sweet potato and salmon. They have lots of parts and things for tractors such as Bush Hog blades. Nuts and Bolts. Drawbars. Top links. Equipment you can use to create electric fences for animals. It's also nice that they have V belts for riding mowers and tractors. I just picked up a really nice low profile floor jack there. It came in handy when I was dealing with a problem with one of my tractors recently.

I love the products they offer and the people that work there are super nice and helpful. The thing that drives me crazy about Tractor Supply Co. is that they consistently run out of things. When you have animals to feed you can’t wait a few days until they restock. I have called to make sure they have something, only to go to the store and find out they don’t have any. Does someone come along and buy all of their stock before I get there? Is their inventory wrong? It is very frustrating. Now I have learned that if I go in their store and see feed that I use, in stock, I will buy one or two to be sure I don’t run out. You can’t depend on them to have what you need, when you need it.

Everyone here and I mean EVERYONE here is always so nice and helpful. Shout out to the guy helping me load up the cattle fence on my trailer, shout out to the manager wheeling out the gun safe to my car, shoutout to the guy showing me all the chicken coops they had in stock and shoutout to all the nice cashiers here! They are the Chick-Fil-A of hardware stores.

This is now my go-to place for propane refills. All shucks isn't doing it anymore and doing exchanges is hit or miss with the Blue rhino stuff at supermarkets. Great service and excellent pricing. About $15 for a full 20 lb fill versus a 15 lb exchange.

My favorite "go to store " prices are fair, customer service is excellent, every time I go I find something new that they carry, and buy far the cheapest price for propane anywhere.I love my Tractor supply.

I went in here asked for the door to the retriever kennel the three employees in the front were lead by Keegan. He told me they do not carry separate doors or gates and I need to buy the entire kennel. I said this is not true and I have purchased the door separate many times , I told him a few days earlier the manager Ashley said she had one in stock and yes they do sell them separate. I walked in the back and sure enough the door was there I took a photo of the skew and brought it to the front. I purchased it as I set out to. The entire time the employee Keegan was arguing with me I told him to get away from me. This is the worst experience I have ever had at tractor supply I will not be going back to this store and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years here.

I checked on their website for a Cub cadet lawn mower that said they had in stock. I called up there and the people said oh we only have the 18 horsepower we don't have the 22 horsepower lawn mower. I decided to go up there and look for myself they were too lazy to go in back and look for it and I found it and bought it. All they were concerned about was what they had on display not what they had in their back stock in their yard. They ask for me to call and I'm going through their menu to give feed back and they keep hanging up on me. I will never do busy with this company ever again. They do not want feedback and when I do say I will take survey they hangup again go to Lowes where they listen to their customers.

Excellent customer service and wonderful staff members. I went to the Rockville, VA Tractor Store location on Nov 11, 2020 to order a 5ft landscaping rake from Ashley. I also spoke to her regarding a broken tooth of my brand new box blade that I bought from the Tractor Supply at Louisa, VA. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it in for a replacement.I swapped the broken box blade tooth with a new one today. Ashley is AWESOME!. I will be recommending this Tractor Supply location to my family and friends.

I'm so pleased and satisfied with the service and attention from the staff. Ashley is wondering. I bought an item, used it and it malfunctioned. I went back to the store and Ashley took care of it without hesitation. What a great feeling.

Haven't been inside this particular location yet (apparently they just built it), but I'm always pleased with my shopping experience at their stores. I'm actually kinda excited about finding this one as for the longest the closest location they had to my house was 45-50 mins away.

I purchased a brand new Bad Boy avenger zt 60" zero turn mower a little less than a year ago and it's not moving and makes a terrible noise when engaging the left hand control, called tractor supply and they don't have any kind of help except for call the number, call the number no one is able to work on or repair the mower in the area, needless to say that I paid 5000 for a piece of human waste and can't even get anyone to stand behind the purchase, don't buy anything bad boy lawnmower made and or from tractor supply machine motor related!!!

Came to by tools today for a automotive job . I went to the automotive section. Wasnt greeted nor even acknowledged. I stood waiting in aisle after making eye contact with cashier still no response so I took my business else where.
