Had great help looking for a Christmas blanket, checkout line was super long as always, need more cashiers. My only concern is I stood there for a good 8 minutes while an employee was playing on her phone, blocking the aisle with totes too and I couldn’t get thru. She never looked up or anything. I finally said excuse me!

So fun to shop here! Sometimes you can find great deals on the hair care and skin care isles, but a lot of things in the store are overpriced as well! Key is to shop the clearance as much as possible or try to find the good deals! The checkout lines are always crazy long!

Very crowded! All the merchandise was everywhere. Nothing was organized. Needed more cash registers open. They only had 4 or 13 open. We had a long wait to check out. I ended up laying my items down & leaving. I also recommend they need a separate line for returns.

This store is always so jam-packed with clothes and home goods, which means it is also jam-packed with shoppers; even more so at Christmas time. They have some great deals, but I didn't have the patience for the long checkout line and left without purchasing anything. They should just take over the rest of Tanglewood Mall since the place is practically devoid of many other retail stores.

1st time going to TJ Maxx & needed shoes. After looking over the entire store I asked associate. She said we don't sell any men's shoes, only women's.Very disappointing.There is a large amount of men in Roanoke. Hopefully they realize we need shoes too.

Impossible to get through aisles to shop especially if you're shopping with anyone who is a normal size let alone plus size or if you have a baby in a strollerMy 6 ft tall sister was actually offended that the plus size aisles were the only large enough aisles for her to walk down comfortably.We will stick to shopping at the Christiansburg T.J. Maxx and Homegoods rather than this one.

We've been out of the country for the better part of the decade. Before we left, we regularly shopped at TJ Maxx. Back then it always seemed to be a jumbled up disorganized mess, what location you went to. But we have been pleasantly surprised to find that this TJ Maxx is very clean and organized while still having good prices.

A great shopping experience! I purchased the most expensive and beautiful purse I ever have bought. It was a Valentino Garavani. I asked to meet with a Manager about it since it was over $1,100 on clearance and regular $1,999.. Retailed for over $4,200! She was so nice and checked and was so surprised it was due for a mark down. She suggested I open a credit card to save another $85.00 on it & also receive rewards dollars of $40.00.What a fabulous experience!
