Everyone was so nice when I picked up my dog. The groomer was gone and the gentleman there went and got my dog right away. The groomer Cindy always does a great job with our Bruno. He is old and she always takes her time with him.

Everyone was very pleasant. This was my pup's very first time being groomed. I was nervous and scared he would show out and not be allowed back. The entire staff made me feel at ease and let me know he and his behavior was fine. They did a wonderful job grooming and they all loved on him. I just loved everything about this experience. Oh yeah, I'm a first time puppy parent as well and know absolutely NOTHING! You all rock!

Kinsey was the sweetest woman ever, and i can't remember the name of the other girl who helped (super sweet, blue/green in her hair) but they both went above and beyond my expectations. They handled my Great Pyrenees with such love and care, did exactly what i asked, and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving him in their care for the day. I will never go to another place, unless they leave. I've never needed a groomer before and was just overall overwhelmed with love from them. 100/10, will always recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful groomer, Kinsey. My first time needing this service and I had a lot of questions about how to take proper care of my new Shih Tzu puppy. She took the time to help me figure out what brushes I needed, she was very comforting to my puppy, and I love the cut. We already have our next appointment booked!

My baby looks great . He's and older pup, I call him pup pup because he still acts like a pup. But he get razor rash when he's groomed on his bottom, so grooming has to be done very carefully. But this groom I was totally happy with they are so good with my baby. Thanks Petco for taking good care of my pup.

I started bringing my puppy to Petco after being unsatisfied with another pet store nearby. We were greeted and welcomed with love. My puppy has received patience as he's still learning etiquette! We're thankful for a team that cares for him just like we do!

Becky who is at this location is a groomer and she does my cats and does a great job even if I didn't get their before it was needed, she manages to cut the mats out and keep them healthy and happy.I also trust my 13 yr old dog and 19 pound cat with her as well.I know this is the lowest cost for pet grooming. If you wonder why your pets haircut costs more than yours? Does you stylist clean your butt? I didn't think so!

I made an appointment for my cat . I told the girl he had mats on his hips and that I wanted him cut with a 4 so he still had fur since he stays outside. She assured me Rebecca could do that . I got there and Rebecca said that’s hard to do with a cat and she’d do her best . I was told 3 hours . They called me an hour and 15 minutes later and said they couldn’t groom him he was “too stressed” . I got there and he was in his carrier . They said no charge which was a no brainer ! I get him home and let him out and his fur is chopped up in numerous spots and he’s bleeding on his neck where she cut him to bald and nicked his skin . Don’t take your cats there for grooming !! I’d do zero stars if I could !

I have been using Becky as my groomer since getting my dog. Even though she is now at a store further from my house, I still drive across town to use her. She is wonderful with my extremely high maintenance pooch. Will keep using you no matter the drive!!!

I went in just to get her nails trimmed but they brushed her out and was very gentle with Foxy. She is 18 years old, blind, deaf.
