Waited over 30 minutes with 3 calls to help in purses. $70 sale down the drain for you. The black lady who was supposed to help me was standing in an isle talking. Her co worker also a woman of color pointed her out to me. Ridiculous.If they can't do a simple task, replace them. Plenty of people looking for work. And if they are standing around chatting it up, replace them. Plenty of people willing to unlock a purse out there. It's not that hard of a job.Maybe it was you who had your own foot on your own neck all along. Do your job!

OMG I will never go back to this ridiculous place. Two days In a week I go there to get cologne for a b day gift for someone. Ok so I can not get anyone to come up and offer me assistance so of course I have to wave an employee down. First thing they say I don't have the key and I do not know who does and they keep on working ignoring me. When someone did come help me they honest to God would not move so I could look at the different bottles and prices. I chose two and the last was actually like no I have to get that out of the case. Oh ok now I see you wanna play games cause at first you didn't even want to do your job and assist me but now you want to over help. I said let me look at those please and she literally told me no I can't do that ....WHAT AND WHY NOT....ACTING Like A customer who wants to buy something but after you make me beg for it and then act às if im going to run out the door with it has cause me to actually not like Marshalls anymore. If this is how they train there help then there's your sign as to why your rev. Went spiraling down. No one wants to come in the store get no help and then get treated if we are stealing. Besides we all know that the theft is usually an inside job done by an employee. My conclusion Marshall sucks

This marshals is located Conveniently near other shopping Establishments and fast-food options. This location is not far from valley view mall. When approaching marshals the parking lot was nice and clean with up front handicap parking (handicap entry accessible). When walking into the store I was great with the house holiday music and displays to entice the holiday shopper within my self :) when walking through the store I noticed how much this as a great place to by gifts for all ages. As a man I really enjoyed there miscellaneous items in the men's department , what a great way to get me stuck in one place.

This is the worst marshells and the workers are very slow just for 2 clothes to scan takes 30 mins. waited in line for 1 hour for what just for 2 people in front of me and then this black girl wants to be mean to me should have cussed her out if marshels sees this fire her.

The isles are always crowded, a lot of clothes were on the floor. I never saw staff working in the store adjusting merchandise or picking up clothes off the floor. There was a long line with few cashiers working.

Overall it's a pretty decent Marshalls. Not one that I love but good. I think you have to go very often to see if you're items you're seeking would be there. It's a small Marshalls and their home goods section are very weak. The bathroom is utterly filthy. This is been weeks of deplorable conditions with no soap dispenser and they just keep on adding water to the soap that they took off the shelf. This is my fav store for good bath, facial, makeup, skin care, hair products! Always 2.00-up and the quality is AMAZING. Google them yourself. No. 7 FULL SIZE MASCARAS... 3.99≠... bought every one I could find!! 😜 not even 20.00.

I got some really good deals on some new shoes, socks, and hair clippers. It was a five-star trip but I have to take one star off for the really long line. The associate was very friendly and she rang me up quick though.

They got a bit more expensive but still great. My kids also love the toy selection. I love the baby selection as we no longer have babies r us and Burlington has moved so far. Great finds here

I swear I have stayed in this store for hours at a time and I loved every single minute. The wide variety of options, with the price tag that shows how much you could have spent and the low price that they are actually selling it to you for, seem to be exactly the right mix of subliminally convincing me to spend way more than I planned to, because I am smiling about the whole experience - before during and after it. No buyer's remorse here, which is pretty huge. The quality of everything seems great to me so far and those prices really are low enough to deter me from wanting to return anything. Like I said, the quality seems very good for all of the items I pondered on and the ones I purchased are impressively still going strong and have held up. ,Oh and don't let me forget to applaud them on their quick and efficient check out experience. I hardly waited for a second before I was already being called to the check-out counter. I was (and am) absurdly impressed. Thank you, you hidden little jiem!!Thank you Marshall's!

Definitely a must stop shop, it’s never the same week to week it’s like so many things constantly changing. I have gotten so many beautiful things for my home. I gotta thank Marshall’s and the staffing were helpful Stephanie and the women who helped me get the missing price tags for the dog bed and Beautiful pink Crystal rock. Thank you. I’m very happy with the way I was treated will definitely recommend shoppers to come check this place out always stocked and you never know what amazing find you’ll get here. It was very messy inside, looked liked stuff was just thrown on the shelves. No organization. Clothes sizes and shoe sizes were all mixed together. I didn't want to even look it was so bad and I normally like Marshalls.

Store was a mess, only employee that could be found was the nice, understandably overwhelmed, lady at the counter. What a disaster. Management all seemed to be in a corner office laughing and chatting as the store is busy and falling apart. First and last visit to a Marshalls for sure.

Clothes all.over the place and not in the right section or even gender. It was hard to find anything of value or quality. They need to hire a team, specifically dedicated to zoning the aisles and putting things back in their proper location.🤦🏽‍♀️

It was an amazing experience, I had so much fun looking for clothes and whenever I needed help they would be there. The overall best thing I loved was that they charge 5 cents for the plastic bags to help you bring your own bag to reuse for climate change and plastic pollution to decrease. I saw a patio set that I liked. A few days later I decided to buy it. I called the store and they held it until I could find a friend with a truck. They were very helpful and had it loaded on a dolly ready to go.

I love Marshalls...They always have such a great turnover and makes shopping very interesting because it's always something new that you trying to find.Kind of like going to a yard sale and never knowing exactly what's going to be there.But the prices are typically very consistently lower than other stores with the same type items but as usual you have to pay attention and compare because sometimes they do have things overpriced but not very often.I wish they had a way they could Mark the things down faster in price when something is defective... For example if something is defective they have to take it off the shelf and send it to the back to be reevaluated and then item might show up on my not show up again for 3 days 10 days or 3 weeks or never.

I love to come to this Marshalls for great deals on a lot of random stuff. You have to make sure that what you're buying is actually a good deal though, because they seem to have overpriced items thrown in with the deals, if that makes sense, especially with children and baby things. The store is decently easy to get in and out of, and has ample parking. It is located in shopping center with many other different types of stores, so you can run multiple Aaron at once.
