AWFUL! The manager and employee Teasisa are extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly need a lesson in customer service. They don’t even know me on a personal level yet have audacity to bad mouth me to another employee. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as well as reaching out to the district manager.

The people that work in this Family Dollar are extremely rude and they closed the doors way early it says online that they are open the door hours say that they are open but they are just standing around inside with the doors locked and won't let anybody in it was 20 minutes till 10:00 when I pulled up the black woman that works inside walked out push the door closed and said we are closed and then before I left walked back in to a white man there as well so anyways don't go to this dollar store after 8:00 or probably after 7:00 or maybe just don't go at all

The store hours are 8am to 10pm Monday thru Sunday, however I am at the store right now on Sunday & it is 6:45pm. There are 4 other people trying to shop here and the store is closed without a sign on the door stating they are closed. I tried calling the store number & even checked the store hours via the phone number. They should have been open until 10pm. I shop here very frequently and this was very unprofessional of them.

The store is dead and not very good selection. Good if you don't want a line plus their prices on some things don't Match what you find at their other locations.

Called to ask if the item I was looking for was in stock. Was told yes. Asked how much it cost, and was told "I got people in here, I ain't got time to tell you no price".

I have gone this Family Dollar for three years, and they are always the rudest people. I will never in my life, enter this store again! I wish I could put no star, because these people do not believe a single star. I could tell you where you can put your bell also

Nothing was unpacked or stocked in the store. Boxes needing to be unpacked all through the store on the floor. Such a fall risk hate this location always seems dirty and cluttered as well.
