The Pharmacy staff doesnt get enough credit. Heard not so great stories about people treating them bad and being demanding and upset to an unwarranted degree. Sorry mam or sir, its not their fault your prescription isn't in order. Be patient and understanding that they are people too and likely aren't the reason you cannot get your prescription. All my experiences with the staff were great. I have ran into my fair share of delays but it's evident without a doubt the staff is doing a great job and don't need anymore negative energy during their day that is already demanding. Sometimes because they're under staffed and due in part to being treated poorly on average. Yall are great. Thank you for what you do.

APPARENTLY, this pharmacy doesn't understand the importance of answering the phone. I travel alot for business and two of the 5 locations I travel to do not have CVS pharmacies. I called from Chihuahua Mexico to start a refill between trips - no answer. Tried calling from home morning of my Saturday home between trips, 30 min listening to their MUSAC track, only to have someone pick up and hang up. Actually heard background noise, so I know they answered and hung up. I called back and asked main store person to explain I was on hold after being hung up on, only to have me put on hold another 40 minutes. Drove to the store while on hold the second time and waited with MUSAC on speaker. After waiting in one line, was asked to wait in a second line. The only positive was they were able to get a vacation refill deviation, without which I would have run out of my insulin mid trip (or paid $80 for a pen to cover the trip). I know these are very busy people, but you don't ignore the phone just to deal with people in the store. Just because they're not there staring at you doesn't mean they're not waiting to be served or in need of your service. What is flippin hilarious is that they had a sign saying "want to avoid the wait, use the app" which only works for normal circumstances. If you have a special need, its worthless, and the reason for needing to talk with someone. Answer your flippin phone - never ignore a customer. Transferring all prescriptions to Walgreens which does have stores where I travel. Price these to understand how much business you've lost - Eliquis, Ozempic, Lantus, Rivostaton, Amlidopin, and Metformin. All lifetime prescriptions...

Staff has always been nice and store is always pretty clean and well stocked, but prescriptions are never ready until I physically go there and ask for it to be filled- even when they're had the prescription for days. Time to move to another pharmacy.

The minute clinic staff is rude and impossible to deal with. Very long waiting timed and when you ask simple questions like “I need to let my sitter know how much longer. Do you know?” — you’ll get a rude answer and attitude.I won’t be back

I had an injury and needed a new prescription in the evening. This CVS was open late and my prescription was available within a couple of hours.

It seems like no matter what time of day or day of the week, it takes forever here. The staff is usually nice, but the pharmacy area is almost always overcrowded. Its ridiculous.
