Found the perfect guest bed at a reasonable price. This bed inflated higher than my bed on a frame. So no frame needed just maybe something on the underside for extra protection. It also has its own warranty for a year so don't take it back to Walmart.

This location almost exclusively has self checkouts and typically only has 1-2 people running the ~30 self check outs. This creates extremely long wait lines no matter what day or time you go, takes jobs away from dozens of workers, and surely increases theft. The few staff available are typically not paying much attention (I do not blame them. They are not trained or paid well enough to care and that is an issue for corporate to deal with) which creates further check out issues.

I went there today to get some items and which I had to leave with less than half of what I needed. Meat,cooler items, and frozen food, ice cream I could get none of those items without messing up the integrity of the food the line to check out on both sides was to the back wall of the store my food is meant to be kept at a reasonable temperature to remain safe to eat. This new system definitely added me back to Kroger shopping

I have never been so ticked off and insulted during a Walmart trip. First the self checks are my money and customer service to fix the problem was unsatisfactory at best. Upon exiting the store we were blatantly ignored by the door checker while the customers in front of and behind were greeted and given every consideration. Finally in the parking lot I was harassed by an apparently homeless person who first called me fat (I weigh 116 dripping wet in combat boots and am 5’ 3” so very much not in any way overweight) who then proceeded to ask us for money food and help. Also I’m relatively sure I saw a couple roaches while in the dairy area of the store just fyi.

Walmart chain stores are deplorable- goods, services, moreover quality are and quantity are the ultimate worst. The price gouging is inconceivable, moreover their stores are filthy especially the Richmond Sheila Lane store & it is glaringly obvious Walmart practices racism- based on the buyers demographics. This review is by stars, Walmart doesn’t deserve any stars period. Ratings= negative numbers.

I came to this Walmart today specifically for peach trees, they had very nice healthy ones in the garden center, I was able to pick six good ones, and I’m very pleased about that. I also saw some beautiful sunflowers, and succulents their, I will post some pictures of them, I would be very pleased if you looked at them.

I recently visited a local Walmart and left with mixed feelings, leading me to give it a solid four stars. The store itself was well-maintained and visually appealing, which made for a pleasant shopping environment. The aisles were clean and the shelves were neatly organized, which is always appreciated.However, there were a few downsides that detracted from the overall experience. One significant issue was the limited mobility within the store. Navigating through the aisles felt cramped at times, and there weren’t enough shortcuts or clear paths to move from one section to another efficiently. This made the shopping experience a bit more tedious than necessary.Additionally, the staff members weren't particularly friendly. Interactions felt rushed and somewhat impersonal, which was a letdown. A smile or a bit more enthusiasm would have made a big difference in making the shopping experience feel more welcoming.Another point of contention was the stock levels. On several occasions, I found the shelves to be sparsely stocked, and many items on my list were unavailable. This was frustrating and meant that I had to either substitute with other brands or make a second trip to another store, which wasn’t ideal.In conclusion, while this Walmart store did well on cleanliness and organization, the shopping experience could be greatly enhanced with better customer service and improved in-stock levels. I hope to see these issues addressed in future visits, as they really are the key to turning a good shopping trip into a great one.

To Google Maps, I walk to Walmart from my home twice a week. It is NOT a "mostly flat" walk as Google Maps claims, especially going home. And it's getting to the point where it isn't worth the walk. Raw rotisserie chicken, half of what I'm looking for is out of stock and they change the store layout every week. This store is exclusively self-checkout now and the wait in line to use a register is getting longer & longer.

Wasted 15m trying to get somebody to unlock printer ink so that I could buy it. The only associate who had keys was busy helping other customers buy electronics. Apparently no other employees could do anything to help, as no other employee available had keys to the display. Left store without the printer ink I came forStaff checked receipt on way out to make sure I paid for soda and lunch meat thoughIn summary not a convenient place to buy or steal. Why go at all?

Why are there 15 registers if only 4 are open. Today was very crowded and there were closed registers. The following is a review of my trip the day before the 4th of July and it was the same, only 2-3 registers were opened. There were people in the Garden section but no one was there to assist, the employee was outside watering plants. My second trip was the same, a few registers were opened on Saturday. I think they want customers to do the self checkout but I refuse, I don't work for them. I gave an additional star because of the lady at the register, she was very nice. I returned today and their were plenty of registers opened which was great but I didn't add any additional stars because the person at the register didn't double bag the heavy items. I returned early on Easter Sunday and none of the registers were opened, everyone had to use the self checkout. I hate them, I don't work for Walmart. If they want people to use the self checkout they should give discounts for it. I went to get my prescription and again only 2 full service registers were opened. The cashier will not double bag large items and put food and non food in the same bag. Update, I went to grocery shop for three households. It was the best experience I have had in a long time and it was because of the cashier. The young man Brycen was very patient and helpful, I had three transactions with different forms of payment and because of him each one was processed quickly. I had an item that was unsellable when he scanned it and he went to the customer service desk for more information. Walmart needs to hire more people like Brycen, he is an excellent example of a customer service representative.

I was discriminated against and very obviously lied to by security and manager on duty. Let others past me to pay but wouldn't let me purchase my items, 5 minutes before close. Complaint filed to the Ethics Committee. It was unreal. These 2 individuals have no business in customer service. They humiliated me, as I stayed very calm.

I've tried coming here a few times now. Each time has been worse than the time before. Associates are rude on a regular basis. They will do a reset during business hours and say they can't sell the product because they don't know where it is. The self checkout attendants are crude with poor language skills. An associate at the assisted selfcheckout named Rochelle actually yelled at me to the point that I had to ask someone else why I was being yelled at..I happened to be at the wrong terminal but was doing no harm. Perhaps if the attendant has been paying attention she would not have felt the need to yell at a customer that will now not return after multiple visits.

They are remodeling, and it looks nice. I don't like the fact that they got rid of cashier's and put in all these self-service registers. That is shameful.

Honestly I have no qualms with this Walmart until today. Yes sometimes the workers here aren't the best. I've always chalked it up as them having a bad day b/c working customer service is draining. However, what happened today with the the security guard was unwarranted.Me, my mother and little brother just finished up checking out and heading towards the exit. There was a trio that came from that exit by the pharmacy where we parked so we ignored the yellow slip signs and bathroom break signs. In hindsight, there were signs there but we rationalized that people just came from there and that it was fine. Once we came to the sliding doors, none opened, my mom hoping that the side door was open went to check it out. That just left me and my little brother by the doors when we saw the security guard coming up.Now I thought she was probably gonna say how unfortunately the doors don't work or something along the lines. But she came up aggressively and shouted that the doors/area was 'very obviously' locked. I was angered with her tone but didn't say much out of respect since I was taught that way. She kept on reprimanded me and my brother as we made our way over to the entrance. Her face was hysterical as she kept insinuating how dumb it was since 'I put the signs, how come y'all didn't see the signs'.But then my mom round the corner since she was checking the side doors. My mom is Hispanic and to many that doesn't mean much but she doesn't tolerate disrespect at all. Security or not. So she shouted back with broken English that she needed to tone it down. How it was not only disrespectful of the lady to shout at us/reprimand us when she's an adult/security guard. The security suddenly switched up once she realized my mother wasn't gonna let her continue and could speak English. Me and my little brother never talked back to her or responded to the security guard so she probably unloaded on us. But my little brother is shook by the incident and uncomfortable with stepping foot in here anymore. In our state of anger we forgot to file a complaint.You can check my other review. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews since they come off as over dramatic or unbelievable. I'd just advise against coming here and if you do avoid the security guard. We never got her name just that she's a short African American that was wearing a beanie.(Note that the signs placed were wet floor and bathroom break signs! And since we saw the trio coming from there we assumed we could go no problem. There was no worker or anything by that entrance either just in case. Sorry for the long review but I'm still seething by it. B/c in any other scenario nobody would shout at an elderly like that let alone a child. I'm 20 but come off as late teens. Regardless nobody should be talked down to at all. )

Lots and lots of stuff here. The problem is finding it. If you can find someone to ask, chances are they will misdirect you to where that item is located if it's in the store at all. It is usually very crowded and unless you go through self checkout you will wait in line for a half hour. Self checkout is pretty quick, not usually much of a line there. Because mostly people that shop there don't have credit cards.

I visit this Walmart regularly and it is always clean. The greeter is always pleasant. I can't say much about the other employees, they don't really stand out which is why I don't give it 5 stars. Overall, it is stocked pretty well and the layout is nice.

Made 2 trips this week. Once for a car battery and once to have 1 tireinstalled.I started at the Chester Walmart looking for a battery but their stock was depleted ND disorganized. The Petersburg store had better inventory and was a bit better organized.I started looking for a tire at TireRack online. They have been a good supplier for my needs over the last few years.I wanted the same Kuhmo tire to match the tires on my other car. TireRack no longer offered that tire in 18" for unknown reasons.I did a search online for the exact tire and Walmart came up as a supplier! I was surprised. Walmart price was also $1 less than I paid at TireRack a couple years ago!Ordered, paid and made appt for install all on the Walmart website. Showed up at my appt time. They took the car immediately and had me on my way in 20 minutes! I could only wish for an experience like that!

I usually don't write reviews about customer service experiences, but today's visit to the Walmart on Sheila Street compelled me to share my feedback. I was shopping for bathroom items, specifically towels, and encountered an issue with a Walmart employee in the towel section. The worker responsible for organizing the towels didn't provide enough space for customers to browse the products. Despite my attempts to look at items, she remained stationary, not moving to allow me access. Additionally, when I touched any product, she stared at me without friendliness, promptly taking the item and refolding it.This experience was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. It creates a negative impression that discourages customers from making purchases. I suggest implementing training programs to orient employees towards better customer service.

I just had the most enjoyable shopping day I have ever in my life. Let me back it down for you.... No one up in my business watching my moves, kind workers acting very professional and those that shop there acted very friendly and made you comfortable with conversations about nowadays and the past. We talked about how Walmart has great prices and how there products food and clothing, are fresh and cared for. I was enjoying the place so much I stayed for 3 hours. This day was an blessing. It's been years that I went into an place and just felt safe and comfortable. Thankyou for today WALMART . THANKYOU GOD FOR PLACING THIS WALMART ON MY PATH OF LIFE..

terrible shopping experience every time we go. been accused of shoplifting twice and they didn’t even apologize once they realized they were wrong and i paid for every item. terrible employees who are beyond rude. i dread having to shop here

Worst location and that's hard to do because shopping at Walmart is a horrific experience in the first place so it doesn't help when you only have 2 registers open on valentines day and the cashiers can't move fast enough to accommodate the customers. Walmart has shown the officially don't care about customers at all and I don't care if I have to drive 45 minutes out of the city I will never be back to this store

The nastiest Walmart i ever shopped in. A majority of the inside grocery isles were just blown up. Pallets/ products every where except on the shelves. 4:00 pm , Weird smell in the meat area. I could go on,Never will go to that location.
