We had the most helpful experience with passport photos here. I didn’t know a drug store employee could be so patient, but the one who helped us (and our VERY squirmy) 18 month old deserves these five stars.

The whole pharmacy is now closed on Saturday?! Their hours when they are actually open are so limited (only open until 6 every day), there’s no point to going here anymore.Updated 2/25 - and apparently now they can close the pharmacy hours earlier just for fun with no notice so it’s impossible for me to get my prescription before going out of town

Store is woefully understaffed and grossly under trained. Went four times to attempt to get a prescription filled. Pharmacy counter is often unmanned. Line is usually 10 people deep with a wait that exceeds 30 minutes. Went to the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for the counter to staffed. This store is broken on every level and remedial training is needed on all fronts for staff.

Being a type 1 diabetic, I've been to many pharmacies in my life. This is by far the most incompetent place I have ever gone to. Unfortunately, my insurance is not accept CVS so I'm bound to walgreens. Every time I go in they never have my prescriptions ready even though I get alerts that they are ready. Every time it seems that they also try to charge me for my medications before running it through my pharmacy correctly. Staff there is rude and clueless. Please do not go there.

Pharmacy drive thru is horrible. Rude workers, can never find the account and then tell you everything there's different info on fine for your same account, they fill refills that shouldn't be filled, don't know how to take the prepaid payments, and say different information about the same prescription is required every visit. It's a need with seemingly untrained people, yet the people are the same ones ever time

If you place a online order and they give your bags to another person get ready to wait 40 minutes for them to find out what happened and go to your house without the items cause they will lie and said they don’t have anymore and don’t offer another replacement they rather to loose a customer my time is more valuable than the refund I received not happy at all!

I would give them a zero if I could. Worst customer service ever. Staff are rude and don't even enter your information correctly. I had to update my address and phone number and give them my insurance 3 times because they couldn't even save my info in their system correctly. Honestly the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Don't go here unless you want your time wasted. 0/10 will not be back ever

The pharmacy is fine until it isn’t. Needed an early refill for vacation and the pharmacist told me it was my responsibility to call the insurance for an override. I’ve worked in pharmacy/insurance for 20 years and never have I ever heard any pharmacy tell a patient it is their responsibility to get an override - in fact, most insurances will not do anything pharmacy-related with a patient on the phone. I tried to tell the pharmacist this but she insisted I had to call, saying that I had to initiate it and only then could they call. So I called my insurance and, sure enough, they wouldn’t even take my info and said they couldn’t do anything until the pharmacy called.Bottom line, I don’t know why the pharmacist refused to do her job.

No One Cares If You're a Patient

They have one good employee, that's the only guy, and he's usually working alone and whirling around like a Tasmanian Dervish. He looks like Shaggy Rogers.If you go by there and don't get the tall guy that looks like Ultra Instinct Shaggy just leave and come back later after everyone else goes home. No one else knows what they're doing and is rude, and probably won't bill your insurance right.

The one star rating should be a zero. Please people read before you book an appointment for a covid vaccine or flu vaccine. There's a sign out front that says free covid/flu vaccine. I went in for a flu shot and was told my insurance was medicaid and they don't participate with that type of insurance. My insurance comes with a premium every month and medicaid is free. I was told that when you receive one of those vaccines that they run your insurance. I was told that you have to pay for the covid vaccine as well as the flu vaccine . Since when did that come about that you pay for the covid vaccine. Manager on duty stated it just happened. I debated this person with her talking over me, walking off while I was still talking to engage with cashier. If the vaccines are free why are you asking me for my insurance card. I received my second covid booster there and did not present a insurance card nor was I asked for it. I was told the flu vaccine is 66 dollars without insurance, I wasn't asked if I wanted to go ahead and get it. Instead, I was continually told I had medicaid and they don't participate. I was also informed that the employees there don't have to pay for their vaccines., oh goodie. Even if you don't pay specifically out of pocket, your insurance pays so therefore it still isn't free. I'm gonna follow up with CDC and health department to inquire about the statements that were made.

The workers here are all friendly and outgoing, one even remembered my name! One particular employee showed a large amount of integrity and empathy and acted selflessly to go out of her way and help someone.customers need to stop getting mad at them for things they cant control.

While attempting to phone in a prescription for a patient from an oral surgeon's office, both the staff and the pharmacist had poor (to say the least) customer service skills. As a medical professional I did not appreciate the lack of courtesy given to my phone call and I can only imagine how ordinary people are treated at this location. I was told by the Pharmacist that "I wish they would have sent you to voicemail" when I tried to give him the prescription information over the phone. I would like for this matter to be addressed so it does not happen again, to my self or anyone else.

It was the worst experience ever. The dark-skinned skinny pharmacist with the glass was very rude and had the ghetto attitude. She filled the wrong prescription. The needles didn’t even fit the Insulin pen. This should not be tolerated. She should not be working in the medical profession if she doesn’t like people and their health.

Wonderful experience! I was calling store to store, looking to see if any of them had the last edition (Beauty and the Beast) to my set of Disney Princess Snowglobes exclusive to Valentine's Day only and limited in stock when I called this Walgreens and was met with a very friendly and helpful employee. She was very polite and cheerfully answered my questions and went to check to see if the snowglobe in stock. She put me on hold for a few minutes when she came back and told me it was there. I asked if it would be possible for her to hold it for me since that Walgreens was a 20 minute drive from my house and I was unable to leave for a few hours. She said it was perfectly fine and asked me to leave my name. When I had arrived at the store she was there and with a friendly smile she rang up my purchase. I told her how much I appreciated her help and that I was looking for that last snowglobe everywhere. She replied saying she was glad I found it. I'm so happy and grateful to that wonderful Walgreens employee!!!

This is close to my home so I go frequently. It used to be that staff was always helpful but it is no longer consistently true. It is possible that their attitude is indifferent or actually rude. I don't know what caused the change but it is noticeable.

During pandemic : I sent my 50 year old BF to get wine... His driver's license expired within the phase as the pandemic started., so he was unable to renew. Trying to lessen our outings, I sent him. He was denied! LIC EXPIRED! BTY this guy can certainly not be mistaken for anyone under 21.. and 31 and 41. Nonetheless,I have lived here for 12 years and him 7!! We live up the street!!! We both agree to never go again. (this is not the only instance... but, now they crossed the line).

They just need to stop switching up days on when to get your script. Within two days of you getting your medicine 4 to 5 different employees then told you different dates. I'm going to need for y'all to fully look into customers info before verbally stating and just blurring out different dates. In addition attitudes there 👎👎. Got to tighten up Walgreen associate's

The old guy at the front made my experience very unpleasant. This store is in a bad part of town so anything electronic is locked to the shelves. I simply asked him to unlock an item for me and he acted like i was in the way. He looked at the customer behind me and apologized then told him he would be right back. Thats fine but why apologize for helping a customer? So having to help me warranted an apology in his mind. Anyway, he walked with me to the shelf that was 5 yards away and even though I pointed directly at the item and TOUCHED it, he said "which one was it I wasnt paying attention, all I heard was this one over here" and waved his finger in the direction of the item. He unlocks the item, (after I point and touch the item again) and then once its in my hands, he says "We have these at the front already unlocked, do you want me to take it up there?" Then stutters and says, "or no you can take it thats fine." If he knew that they were unlocked at the front, why did he waste the time finding the key, unlocking it, and having the awkward item exchange wwith me? He then asks if he can ring up the person behind me even though he was in the middle of helping me. What? I said "Um." Then he said "nevermind ill stay out of it." Stay out of what? The person behind me didnt even say anything. So he rings me up and doesnt say a word to me for the rest of the transaction besides the total. Instead he goes on to ask the empty-handed customer behind me what he can do for them while hes still finishing giving me my change and not speaking to me. I dont understand what I didor what was going through his head. I have been a Manager for many years and I can speak from experience, I'm not the only customer that he treats like this.

They told me they had a medicine in stock, but an hour later after my doctor sent the prescription, they tell me it's out of stock and won't be ready for 5 days. Horrible service, long wait times, all to be told "too bad"

The pharmacy doesn’t really know what they’re doing. They take forever and they’ll call you and tell you it’s ready then when you get there it won’t be ready. Go somewhere else.

I was away on business, but left my prescriptions at home. The insurance company did not want to pay for the temporary meds, the Pharmacist went to war with them and the finally agreed to pay.
