I really like the place. I wish some of the bigger fish were slightly cheaper. I also would be happier if the had a mother's day discount. My husband took me their for mother's day since we work the weekend and it was the only day off together. If there was a sale for the weekend we work. Could we get an extra line of credit to but a little more.

They have been doing my koi pond that came with the house and created a beautiful oasis. While I have no appreciation of a $9 koi vs a $2,000 koi I know everyone is blown away with their creations.I can’t wait for them to build their next project for my family.

very disappointed learning the pond skimmer I was purchasing from the $19.95 rack was actually $40. The clerk said yes the labels have incorrect prices on them, she never has time to properly label the items with the correct prices. isn't there a law about misleading pricing?

Gave me invasive Brazilian waterweed instead of elodea canadensis because they barely know what their own stock is. Might be good for tanks but don't get any outdoor pond plants from them.

Multiple reptiles kept in terrible and overcrowded living conditions. No heatbulbs, no UVA/UVB bulbs. Turtles in overcrowded plastic containers with no filtration systems and no basking areas. I was VERY disappointed in the animals living conditions as Fin and Feather's Pet Center takes the husbandry of their animals seriously. Seeing how they treat their animals here makes me want to stop supporting Fin and Feather altogether.
