STORE#543 I've enjoyed the journey through the store very pleasant atmosphere the customer service was excellent with Melanie as the cashier and everything went well. Also Taylor, Eemily and Danyelle are great customer representatives as well as Ivanna who is very helpful and friendly. But let us not forget this outstanding assistant manager Eve who will go out her way to locate and satisfy the customer in finding something the store has listed. Its a wonderful store to visit. I will not go back to this location. They aren't sanitizing the shopping carts nor do they have any sanitizer available for the customer to do it themselves. I asked the cashier if they had someone to sanitize the carts and she said no because the person that normally does that was out today. This is crazy. They're still taking your money tho. They don't care about the customers safety. I tried calling the store from around 2pm until 5pm and kept getting a busy signal. I will report it to higher authority.

Entering this store is like stepping into a time warp and going back at least 20 years.Roses department stores were actually in better shape in the 1980 's with a small snack bar,candy counter , ice cream,milk shakes and soft drinks,pop corn ect.All of that is gone now,but they are serving a purpose and holding their own.Most of what they sell is of discounted price and I always buy my yard tools and bath supplies there at the best price in & around Richmond.They have disconnected the automatic doors in order to cut expenses,but I don't mind pushing the door open to save money on the things that I need to stay on a tight budget!

Kind of like that stole because things very economical. But you just have to buy what you need. And also look carefully of the items before you purchase them. Look for expiration day or damages. Staff is very very nice

Yesterday was my first and probably going to be my last time in this store. The employees were too busy watching me instead of doing their work. If theft is that big of a problem there then maybe hire professional loss prevention. It's hard to look at the merchandise when being profiled for no reason. Maybe they should make this strictly an online store if they have so many theft problems. Businesses need to realize that if seeing a person of a certain race come in and you've been trained to watch that person like a hawk just based off that well it's wrong and we've got too many options now to tolerate such treatment. Won't be going back to this establishment.

Cashiers refuse to wear masks and follow even the most basic hygiene and safety standards. There's a sign on the front door explicitly detailing how they are taking precautions. Yet in practice, they are obstinate, ignorant, and selfish. They are putting the community at risk and should be sanctioned.

Was verbally harassed and intimidated multiple times by a young male employee. Asked other employees if they normally allow unprofessional behavior and the guy came up and started interrogating me in front of them. They told me that it was normal and to “not make it worse” by saying something to a manager, he then followed me to the parking lot where I hadTo wait for my husband to get back from another errand And he yelled at me to ask if I was scared of him about ten times in twoMinutes in a creepy sing song to make fun of me and scare me. Another employee even felt compelled to come outside and tellHim to shut up and wait with me for myRide. Ridiculous. Don’t go there. Avoid young chubby black male with eyebrow slits.

This is a place where it just depends on what you are looking for and you have to be careful with the size on the item it might say its an extra large or 2x and not actually be right so be careful with that but other than that its a good store

Everything I brought from this store have broken and 30 minutes vacuum cleaner Start smoking . The ion stop working want get hot no more. The rake Broke in one piece when I was Raking my yard 😢😢😢😢 . Lol

This is my store. The prices are incredible and if you shop regularly you can find some clothing items that are good quality. Just take your time.
