Coming into the grocery store. Has changed my life. The first thing I did when I came here was I use the bathroom. The urinal was very clean and I had a very good pee. After I went to the bathroom, I bought a protein bar here. It was a little bit expensive, but I walked around all day. I need to supplement some calories. I took the protein bar up their Amazing Otis elevator to the second floor lounge, which is where I’m sitting now using my laptop computer. This grocery store is so amazing. You could spend your entire life inside of it and never have to leave. The staff here is very friendly as well.

I’ve ordered 4 cakes in the last 3 months. Two in December, one in Jan and one in Feb. I was definitely disappointed after continuously telling myself ima give them another chance and another chance. The icing and designs were satisfactory but the cake itself taste as if it was made days ahead of of time then stored in the fridge. Not moist but not extremely dry either…. The bakery staff who gave me the cakes were nice. Bakery management however we’re looking and laughing at something but never greeted or asked how they could help…. How did I know it was them?… Their pics and titles are posted.

Nice clean store friendly staff they even have clean bathrooms which is a shock for most stores in the area and the bakery department is awesome & everything taste great awesome choice for customized cupcakes & cakes

I'm very happy their is a Publix supermarket here now. The deli bakery food bar area is awesome and their subs are totally legit. The store is clean and well lit. Great variety of products and produce. Great meat and seafood section. Their genetic brands are better than other store generic brands.I got my flu shot there and they have me a $10 gift card.The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

I was surprised at the sales in the prices I saved a lot of money catching the deals most of the staff was helpful and friendly a few of the managers could use some training and politeness but all in all I'd go back and I Do. And I was also pleasantly surprised that the Publix brand soda tastes just as good if not better than the name brand

Now that things have settled some I'd like to take a moment to list my thankfuls; I am sooooo Thankful that an impromptu stop at the deli counter caused an unforgettable encounter with a Team of people that were the primary reason for my revisit for this past Thanksgiving and again I was NOT disappointed. Allow me to express my sincerest gratitude to the following; Ebony, Susan, Iman, Darnell and Brandon{morning shift}. They functioned like a well oiled machine and the plus was that the efficiency kept a smile on My Mother's face. The service they provided was similar to that of elite dining. Yes, the order was a simple sub{okay not basic}... yet still they flowed in such a manner that was truly admirable and not one person we encountered seemed to regret having come to work. Ofcourse, I ordered items twice more since then and I do believe they've become my new go-to for special catered events...<<side note>>I attended an intimate dinner and the beverage of choice was a mint tea from Publix; absolutely delicious definite must try/buy...needless to say I have to go back. Thank You to that initial deli crew that made Publix a factor for revisitation.

I work nearby, so I stop here at least twice a week and always find the staff to be consistent, helpful, and so pleasant. The store is always well stocked and clean.

So there's this new guy at the Sandwich deli who has consistently messed up my pre-order. I ordered an hour ahead for pick-up, I see homie is making the sandwich. I'm pretty sure the requested toppings appear on the order receipt, but for some reason dude just decided to give me a plain ol chicken sandwich. I guess what I am trying to say is that I like Publix deli, but whenever this happens, it's discouraging to want to come back.

Excellent customer service.they subs are awesome.today I went to buy a sub,jon,he was the most encouraging person today.you never know ,how kind words can impact a person life.i lost my son and today just a kind word encourage me,I'm not sure if his name John or jon.but he was awesome,this was around noon .but everyone there as the most awesome customer service and the quality of the fruits, vegetables and produce is awesome, always fresh the store on forest hil in Richmond va

This place is very clean, nicely laid out, and easy to navigate. I found the produce to be well stocked and in good shape, more than I can say for other area grocery stores. I was pleasantly surprised. I might make this my regular store.I'll have to add to this review as I visit different departments and try various prepared foods.

I had attended an event where the Boar's Head Trio slider platter from Publix was provided as part of the food offering. I was so impressed with the platter that I ordered one for my mother's 80th birthday party. The Publix location that was closest to her event was the one at Stafford Hills. I assumed all Publix would provide the same quality platter. I was wrong. This platter did not have any roast beef so it was a Duo not a trio. The amount of meat that was on each sandwich was significantly different. About a third of the sandwiches only had one to two tiny little slices of meat. As you can see in the photo the amount of meat per sandwich was not consistent. I called customer service 2 days ago and was told the store manager would reach out to me in 48 hours. I have heard nothing. I will not be shopping at this location of Publix again and I will assume not all Publix are equal and will inspect my products before leaving the store. Very disappointingUpdate: on the third day I was contacted and offered a refund which was greatly appreciated but does not change the fact that the guest of the party were offered an inferior product. I was told that the photo would be used for training purposes.

I love Publix. It's a little expensive though on quite a lot of stuff. I see that I can buy it. Food Lion the exact same thing for two or three dollars less. But they do have things that I can't get other places

I went here to get some crab meat for seafood salad and I was very impressed with how clean the store was. I went early Saturday morning when they were opening up for business and I found what I was looking for right away because there was a large SEAFOOD sign towards the back of the store. This was my first time going to Publix in many years but I'll definitely come back when I'm preparing seafood salad (for the first time) also I picked up a apple pie from the bakery there were two employees working and both of them spoke even the cashier on duty was exceptionally friendly when I was checking out. I'll be back oh and the seafood salad came out wonderful

Publix is always clean, it has the best fruit 😋. Their hot chicken is delicious and more affordable than buying a bag of chicken and cooking it yourself. The store is always clean and clutter free. There are never workers in the aisle stocking items while customers are in the store (I hate that). Everyone is pretty helpful and friendly and there is never a long wait to checkout. (I love that).

I was short on time and ordered from this Publix on instacart today (1/28). this was my first time shopping at a publix. I paid ~$7 for 10oz organic spinach, and what I recieved was a tub of yellow, slimy, spotted spinach with a *use* by date (not sell by) of January 31. not only am I supposed to consume 10oz of spinach in just three days- when it should last around a week in a two person household- but the spinach I got is already bad. lol! anyways, support your local farmers over corporate chains like this one whenever you have the option.

I ordered a birthday cake for my birthday from this Publix bakery. And, the bakery spelled my name wrong on the cake. Also, the cake was very dry.The money I paid wasn't worth the cake I received.I don't recommend this bakery to anyone very unprofessional.

It's expensive as hell to shop here, but the quality of meats and produce are far above other local places like Food Lion and Walmart. The bakery makes the entire area around it smell amazing.

Nice Publix, great fall decor. Actually found everything on my list, which does not always happen. Love the BOGOs. And that they allow you to do BOGOS AND coupons. Yee haw! And there was no line to check out. I just walked right up to a cashier. Oh, and I was able to get my RSV vaccine without an appointment! Much better than my usual Publix. When I inquired there about a flu shot a few weeks ago, not a soul there, she said it would be an hour and a half. If I had any negative at all, it would be that this store is not arranged like my usual Publix stores. Different things in different aisles. And many aisles backwards, meaning what is normally towards the front of the store is often in the back here, and vice versa. Maybe they have all reorganized since I was there last week.

Hard to explain but the store looks nicer than it is...Produce Section is nothing special: lettece, etc..a lot of pre- packaged stuff.. Kroger at Carytown has them beat by a mile..Plus let's mention that there is a great deal of dead space in this store...In the produce section I could do a 360 ° turn in my VW. Why isn't more produce displayed? I thought Publix was based out of Florida. It should have the best produce in town by far....however it doesn't *..yes they're good things about this store but in a few areas it falls way short....plus what happened to the small shopping carts? For a while there were too few then it seems none at all. In fact there seems to be too few carts of any size period ..... Honestly there was a time where I had high hopes for this store....the deli folks are nice...sushi is good.... bakery folks also...but overall there seems to be a ho- hum attitude about this place...a lack of energy, drive .Sad to say it usually starts at the top.. Nevertheless this store has potential. OK so maybe this is a little too harsh. After all this is just a grocery store not a rodeo...the employees are friendly & this store does have a lot of little things that one needs...even a good selection of newspapers for those still interested in the printed media...kitchen utensils, etc...plus food.... isn't that why we go there? Recommended.Note- Upon most recent visits the Produce section is improving.

I pass by a food lion to get stuff I could get at that food lion because of the friendly staff at my local Publix.Much better selection of foods, cleaner and well stocked.
