As a customer, I'm extremely disappointed with Paul Davis of Greater Richmond for not having Clark Livingston on their team. Clark's expertise and professionalism were the primary reasons I chose this company. Without him, the service quality and reliability have significantly declined. It's a huge oversight on their part not to retain such a valuable employee, and it reflects poorly on their ability to retain talent and satisfy customers' needs.

Derek and his team did an Excellent job with the big project that we had at my properties. They are kind, understanding, they take their time but get the job done and done right . Initially our experience was good, with the team arriving quickly and tarping roof damage before the next storm wave. However, roofers later reported that excessive roof tacks were used and I should watch for leaking. When leaking appeared 6 months later I contacted PD and was told they were busy but would call back, but never did. I spent 9 months and various methods trying to reach someone, all the while finding the leaking was impacting the ceiling despite efforts to collect the water. When I finally heard back, they said they looked at pictures and decided the number of tacks was appropriate, essentially dismissing my claims and leaving me with the damage. If they had told me this when I called 9 months ago it would have been one thing, but to fail to respond for that long and then dismiss is deeply disappointing.Update: reply says I reached out to the wrong location, which is intentionally dishonest; the correct location was contacted in December, then when they did not follow up I attempted HQ, who reached out on my behalf. I made multiple attempts. It is clear from multiple reviews that communication has been an issue for many others, and also clear they would prefer to make the customer look like the problem than make things right. Thier reply is dismissive and dishonoring. Furthermore, my roofers are reliable and competent, and for their assessment to be discredited based on pictures taken at night in a storm is concerning. Their customer service is deeply unprofessional and unhelpful; they could have had the decency to at least come out.I held off leaving a review for 9 months to give PD the chance to address the issue, and their response was instead to dismiss me and publicly change the narrative.

This is the worst experience I have dealt with. They took my contract on November 28, 2022. They arrived on the November 30th to work on the water damage and mold and was done by December 5th. My contract stated they would be done at the latest January 31st. I have been in constant contact with Headquarters in Florida concerning the lack of communication and this job not being complete as of today May 5, 2023. I wasn’t told until the last week of February that they couldn’t get a 4x4 shower pan. They contracted the job to Bath Planet to do the shower only after Headquarters informed me the owner stated this job should have been done and he didn’t care if he lost money. The General Manager has refused to return any of my calls after several attempts. He is definitely not on the same page as everyone else in caring about when jobs get done. They have caused damage to my property after tracking white paint on my patio deck and driveway. I have done business with a lot of companies and never seen such poor service, communication and most importantly leadership.Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related mold removal

5/5/2023- your response is a complete LIE! Your employees have been here a few times on the weekends but most of the work has been completed during the week. Maybe you are out of touch with your business and maybe if you returned my phone calls, you could get the true story. As of today, my house is still not complete! And I dont even know who to contact because the lead contractor, doesnt work for the company anymore! This has been the worst experience ever! We found water damage 10/13/22. Paul Davis was placed in the job the next week. Communication has been terrible. Our floors were ripped out 10/17 but new ones were not installed until 11/19. Our kitchen cabinets including the kitchen sink was ripped out on 11/19. We STILL DONT HAVE KITCHEN CABINETS OR A SINK!! We had Thanksgiving, Christmas, and I'm sure well have Easter without a kitchen! Our lead contractor, Enis doesn't return phone calls. The GM, Kyle doesn't return phone calls. VERY poor experience all around. I would run and find a different contractor. 5.5 months later and our house is still no where near back together. Worst company we've ever worked with! He and his crew packed our clothes, furniture, books, and knick-knacks carefully so as to not damage them. Assisted in letting us know what wasn't salvageable and a complete loss.
