Went at the last minute to get balloons and the girls there were the best. It was a wonderful experience with Ms. Meka and Lalonda I normally don't go to there store because of past issues I've had but today topped it off and I'll be back again.

The family dallar employees where disgusting. I went in and a question. I got ignored, I got attitude. As she continued to eat god know what. Before she ever acknowledged me. The rudeness from the 2 female employees that worked this morning shift around 12 noon today need to be trained over again or just plain out fired and learn some professionalism and how to treat customer's with respect. They get paid to be helpful and check people out at the cash register!!! I will never buy family dollars merchandise ever again!!! This was a horrible experience. I will never go in there again. God forbid an employee has to enter a void on their register!!! She acted like it was going to kill her to give me a refund. As she said Family Dollar does not pay her enough to answer questions and make returns. Nor will I tell or recommend people to shop there!!!!

🤬WORST FAMILY DOLLAR ANYWHERE IN VIRGINIA.😱Moldy ceilings. 😬Filthy floors. 🤔Blocked aisles.🤬Closed before 5pm several days without prior notice because not enough employees for evening.🤔Three months no sweetners, but 8 places stuffed with marshmallows.🔊 Radio at front so loud I couldn't hear cashier, Toni. When I asked her to turn radio down, she blamed her mask, yelled at me.⚠️As I was packing my purchases into my small folding shopping cart to walk home, Toni yelled at me:"I work for a living! I earn MY money to pay for my truck there outside. I pay my taxes, not like some people. I don't have to use some hoopty cart and walk! I'm paying for my house! I live on a nice street!" (I'm 68, retired teacher, share modest house with best friends, not on welfare. Don't need or want car. Grateful I can walk & pull 20 pounds in little cart.)Manager stood there doing nothing, saying nothing.There are clean, well-stocked Family Dollars further away, with pleasant, kind, cheerful employees and managers doing their best with lax Family Dollar corporate neglect. I'll shop at them. 🤩Maybe even ride bus to Walmart with my hoopty folding cart.Family Dollar on Midlothian earns 5 👎, 1👺, 10💩

Store was very clean, cashier was very patient with me, the long walk to get there but it was worth it price is good would definitely go back again, just really enjoyed my experience in the family Dollar store for the first time in this area thank you and keep up the good work

This is the worst place on earth. They're NEVER OPEN...like NEVER and when they are its always something crazy going on inside of the store. They've been closed for 3 months but employees are inside, collecting a paycheck they haven't earned smh... JUST SHUT DOWN THE STORE

This store has Friendly employees. As well as, all of the things you may need. Good prices and convenient. They also remember their customers and they care. They are kid-friendly as well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..1 line open as u can see from my pics..white manager guy up front doin nothing..old black man cashier tells me hes closed but rings up a white man with a balloon an proceeds to ring up a whute lady cashier and when i say oh u can ring up employeess but not payin customers he has no response..nor did the manager..how bout u stop lettin employees get in lines to buy sodas an open a dam register..all the customers complaining an yall jus chilling..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..i guess since its a dollar store the customer sevice dont matter

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! It's nasty, nasty inside there and crammed pack with dirty merchandise. I went in for a cold gallon water and the jug was stained with old, dried drippings from another drink that must've spilled onto it. In addition the water inside the jug was murky. Only go in this place if it's absolutely necessary and every other place within a 100 mile radius is shut-down or out of business. 😕

I used to go to the other family dollar down the street until it got closed down so I had to come to this one instead.. it’s TERRIBLE.. the girl in the front was just sitting on her phone TEXTING, having a full blown conversation while cashing people out lol.. whoever said this place is “nice” is lying

Zero star for the workers and managers, when you come here you will see a lot of empty boxes on the floor even you can’t push your cart.

I had to pick up a pair of fingernail clippers to add to the others that I have at home,cost a dollar. I really need to leave a pair in the car !
