The store closes at 9pm yet when I arrive at 8:50pm the doors are locked. Why have store hours that are not abided by? The good thing is she let us in when we knocked on the door. For a better customer experience stay open until your hours online and window sign state.

Cashier did not put my item in my bag i had to go back to the store because he was on the phone .the time it happen was actually 1&2pm when i came back Harry got everythng back in order its a good thing family dollar hired Harry he makes family dollar looks great.!!!!

I go to family dollar for muscle rub some cleaners and snacks sometimes. It's great for low cost products. It's very affordable generally well stocked just keep in mind it clients are usually financially strapped and young adults.

People are on a tight budget and I suspect they pay low to average wages to their employees. I think they do the best they can with the resources they have. I like some products here for the price.

I WITH MASK ON ENTERED AND NOT ONE PERSON INCLUDING THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING A MASK OR ENGAGING IN SOCIAL DISTANCING! (Had sign on door requiring those practices)I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU FOR NOT TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY!

They only had one cashier. There was another but she went on lunch break. And that poor young lady had to work by herself plus she rang the bell for the coworker to come and help but she didn't. So sad I felt bad for the young lady

Will never shop here again. Manager called cops on customer then ran to the back while the cop slams and beats women. Never even verified the information.
