Extremely messy. Shelves are dang near empty. Not surprising really, considering the pandemic. I was looking for a pair of men's sweat pants but couldn't find it. Where the men's clothes were supposed to be, toddler clothes were there. Maybe they were in the middle of moving their setup or something..? Dunno. Be prepared to have some time to be able to adventure throughout the store to find what you're looking for.

Online says you guys don't close until 9pm but the doors are locked at 8:30pm ? Wasted my time going up there to get stopped at the door at 8:35pm & get told the store is closed . False advertising. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

When you enter the store you're greeted with an automated " YOU ARE UNDER SURVEILLANCE TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS" from the speakers. Now I understand that Jeff Davis Hwy might not be the "safest" area in Richmond. That same message repeats when anyone walks in, it's unnerving.This store was unkempt and dirty as well. I couldn't find the exit fast enough.

Customer service was great I like the location I like the staff members are the employees they always treat me with kindness and love I have a few things I would like to say about the store but I will not right now maybe later it is very good though I will say that much God bless Family Dollar

Store closes at 9pm on a Sunday and yet it is closed and locked up at 815pm. Need new management there losing money and customers people are pulling in seeing it’s closed when it should be open and going straight to dollar general.

This is usually a quick stop for me, however the store manager refused to give me a refund for a bottle of Drano that I left the store with for approximately 10 minutes, which was overpriced to begin with.all of the Drano bottles on the shelf were unsealed & that's why she refused me a refund! I won't be shopping this store again#

So far family dollar has been keeping there stock especially southside plaza store it's much cleaner and neater /than the other stores I have visted.
