I don't even want to give it 1 star. They called the police on me saying I was stealing which I wasn't. I had everything I was buying sitting on a shelf behind me while I looked at the pajamas. The police approached me, the manager never even talked to me first, and asked me to open my purse. I told them I had nothing and do not steal. I didn't even do anything to give the manager the impression I was stealing or trying to steal. I emptied my purse for the officers, even though they only asked me to open it. I wanted them to see I had nothing in there and I pulled my pockets out too. The manager tried to say he saw me take a security tag off a package of men's boxers I was getting for my husband. That was an outright lie! I never did such a thing. I dropped them and it could have come off then, but the manager said that would have been impossible. That makes no sense to me because if someone can take it off, like he accused me of, then how could it not be possible to come off if it fell and hit the ground. He couldn't show me or the cops anything on the security cameras though and he claimed to have it on camera. I'm outraged! The cops said I was fine with them and they didn't believe I tried to steal, but the manager made me leave. I'm not racist at all and I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I was the only white person in this store because of the part of town. I live nearby but it turns into a prominently black area where this dollar general is. I felt discriminated against, like they were racist against me. I did nothing wrong, the cops proved it. I was a paying customer... God fights my battles and he will take care of them in his way for how they treated me. I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL! DO NOT GO! JUST FAIR WARNING... THEY'RE RUDE AND YOU MAY GET ACCUSED OF STEALING. I'M A GOOD PERSON TO EVERYONE! I HELP PEOPLE EVERY CHANCE I GET. THIS WAS JUST WRONG AND I DIDN'T DESERVE IT.

If I could give a zero I would. The workers are rude as hell. Especially the boy with dreds. The only one nice and talks and makes you feel welcomed is the manager. The other employees don't talk. Don't even tell the total of your purchase. They need new staff. It is always junky boxes everywhere. Can't really move around. Just no I will not go back.

This was the worst DG I have ever been in. The nowhere to walk much less get a cart through. Boxes everywhere nothing where it was suppost to be. It was a little overwhelming so I just left.

The aisles are always hard to get down as there's always boxes in them. Everytime I go there for something I need they never have it. Employees are always nice but going to find a different one to shop at.

The staff is horrible. The store is always a complete mess everytime I go in there. You can barely move around in the aisle due to loads of unpacked boxes being there. There's always a long line and no one welcomes you when you enter. It's just convenient for me to go there due to it being only a couple of feet from my house otherwise I would not go into this store..

I am well pleased with the recent tidy appearance of this location! If your employees in the past didn't know, that's unforginite, but this is the first thing I notice upon my last visit to this store and it was evident today. It truly makes a difference.

Cheap items, but the management there at times have attitudes the rub you the wrong way. They have an issue if you walk in that store with back packs and such and will ask you to leave it at the couner and if you ignore them like i did one time before since im not a thief the guy chased me down keep saying i need to keep the backpack up front before he decided to throw me out. I went in for one simple item had it in my hand and told him i was done shopping ajd have what i needed and still refused to sell it to me and threw me out lol. Its crazy being being harrassed to leave you bags and such here thays like asking them to leave my wallet up front with them, just like them feeling i might steal i am the same and feel they my steal out my bag. It goes hand in hand. Other than this the store is generally a mess or dissorganized, but they do offer low variety prices and foods of all sorts.

This place hardly deserves one star for how they treat people.I walked in with my older brother, and I was holding a bag of Cheetos (small one I got from Wawa) that I was eating from as I'm a type 1 diabetic that'd just gotten off of work. One employee had seen me walk in with this open bag, but that didn't stop others from trailing me shortly thereafter. They were basically hounding me with their eyes until, of course, management comes to confront me about it. They asked if I'd bought it, I said "Yeah, at a Wawa", but of course they don't believe me (why ask if you're just going to dismiss the answer lol), so they ask for further proof. They raise their voice to ask employees if anyone saw me walking in with it, which yeah, one guy did. The ones that didn't see me walk in started chiming in, as if they had any say, until I pointed out the one guy that DID see me. She started backing off, I left the aisle, but Christ this whole interaction was just stupid. They handled theft (when it wasn't even happening) VERY poorly, as if being accusatory is going to get anything solved.Pretty much this whole thing put a damper on my day, and I don't see myself ever wanting to come back into this store.

I've never even been here but I couldn't get an answer at the Store close to my house to find out the holiday hours. I called this Dollar General and the young man that answered the phone was so professional and courteous! Great customer service!

I have also seen the employees here verbally attack customers and tell them not to come back for no reason, but a hoodie. I thought we lived in a free country? Stop hating against being cold.

Good for a quick run to instead of going to a bigger store and they have pretty good buys on just about any thing basic you need.

Hours posted here is not correct, staff can be very rude and I have seen one register open with a line going all the way to the back wall while other staff just chilling, not even caring. It's sad, so sad...

For the mlst part its great. You get in and get out. Somwtimes the employees might be doing spmethong wlse so you might be waiting at the register for a while.
