This rating is just for the CVS the one on South Laburnum the other CVS do not respect the power of the customer's purchase and the other CVS's do not value their customers that's why CVS will be going out of business soon

This is not a complaint about the store itself, but the pharmacy is terrible. Anytime you call they are rude, condescending, they never tell you anything before they hang up: they simply just hang up even if you say have a nice day. I have this experience every time I talk to them. This is by far the worst customer service I have received anywhere I have ever been! Thankfully the store staff is a extremely nice and personable because I would never come here if that wasn't the case either.
