Very horrible experience. Rude exchange with what I can only assume is a manger. When asked about a product she raised her voice and essentially rushed out of the store. She has no customer service skills, very unprofessional.

Was doordashing, and came to this store a couple minutes before close. There was a female employee who was extremly rude and told me they were cutting off the lights and I couldn't complete my order so I went outside to call my employer, and when asked what the reason was for not being able to complete the order was I went back in to clarify and employee began to start yelling and screaming at me that I needed to exit the store and began to push me out. There was 3 customers in line I only needed 1 item.. I'm helping the store make $. I've never encountered such unprofessional employees in my 30 years. I was just trying to do my job and ended up getting pushed out of the store. It seems that the store will hire anyone with a heartbeat. My family and I will never step foot back in this store and they shouldn't either. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time in this establishment.

Very convenient store with cheap prices & discounts. Quick checkout.The store is overall great but, alot of work needs to be done to it. It isn't very clean or sanitary. The coolers and freezers smell bad, but no one has fixed them. It's a health hazard really. Not sure who to contact to report it.

Always stocked, friendly employees, clean store! I prefer this location over the commerce street location. I shop here All the time. Would recommend to anyone!

Some of the employees clearly don't want to be there and have no respect or patience for the customers. Pat is the best cashier they ever had. She may have taken her time but she always greated you like you were her best friend. The world needs more people like that.

They was very rude!! I was having issues with my DG app, i wanted to be sure i had a coupon for my items. So as i was shopping in each section of the store i heard the employee say they are probably stealing!!! Why would you treat any guest that way!! I payed for the items i needed at that moment and put back everything else!!. I will never shop her and will make sure my family and friends dont either!!!!

Went to get 9 volt batteries and they had them behind the counter in a drawer all mixed and had to search for it. They only found one of their own brand so I left with that. Not very impressive

This store has always been clean and customer friendly as you can find what your looking for exactly where you think it should be. Great service as well, with a smile and a "HAVE A GOOD DAY" as you're going out the door.

Nice inexpensive bath products, oils, etc. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergents are less expensive than larger stores. And I like that it is never overcrowded as the larger chains are. I will return there.

I like this store. Its most always clean, the employees are nice people, and they usually run a lot of deals. They have all all the necessities. Love their dollar aisle also. 💲

Some of the staff are decent but, there are a few staff members that like to make up story's about their customers and talk all their noise. BAD FOR BUSINESS AS FAR AS A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE CONCERNED!!

Love the great prices. My only complaint is the safety of the employees, they are often alone working the store. Seems an Unsafe work practice to have a lone employee working the entire store.

Ok normally I am a easy person to please. But this establishment is one of the worst ive ever shopped at. I don't know if it is lack of training or experience working with the public. Definitely needs to be addressed.

Even though Dollar General has been remodeled it's still seems like it's cramped in there. If anyone uses a wheelchair or walker not enough room.
