Had a script sent here, took them almost a week to even start processing it without any attempt to contact me or anything. 15 days total for a simple prescription to be filled. Why even have a pharmacy if you can't fill prescriptions?

I switched to CVS a few months ago. I've had nothing bUT trouble getting my breathing medication. I've had to wait days struggling to breathe. They blame it on my doctor. Bet you I go to Wal-Mart this time. It's scary when you can't breathe.

Got a text to pickup meds and the store was closed! I was supposed to start a new medication, now have to wait until Monday? Definitely will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else! Thanks for absolutely nothing CVS

If I could give this pharmacy a lower rate I would. They seem to think that it is their right to not fill my scrips when I changed insurance companies and not to fill my complete prescriptions when covered by insurance. Because they didn't have the complete script and told me it came with only 1 pen though my doctor told me it should have been four. I had one of their clerks try to tell me 50 mg of Metoprolol twice a day was the same as script that clearly said 100 mg twice daily. They did the same thing with my Magnesium scrip called for 400 mg they gave me 200 mg!!!

Once again, the pharmacy was closed today. Pharmacy closes with no warning, not even a sign on the outside window. This store is desperately understaffed, and corporate offices don't care.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been with! The past three times I’ve needed some meds filled they take WAY LONGER just to fill them and I mean by a cpl days! With the meds there available. This will be the last time I use CVS! And they never answer the phone so dont waist your time trying that one, you just have to drive all the way down there just for them to tell you it’s going to be another hour or two!! They are impossible!!!

Terrible service in the pharmacy. They never answer the phone! I've called twice to see if our prescriptions are ready -- my husband and I are both sick and went to the doctor today. Prescriptions were called in for us, and I just want to see if they are ready before I have to drive there and WAIT! Tomorrow we are changing our pharmacy to Martins!

I would give -5, if I could. I was scheduled for COVID-19 Vaccination and had the e-mail confirmation for this date. Received a text message to check in at arrival of store. Informed in the store that I could not receive the vaccine due to my name not being on the list. Showed them the e-mail confirmation, photo ID, & Medical insurance card, and was still refused to get the vaccine. They did not offer a solution or a way to get a vaccine. I will not return and advise others not to go here.

Awful I didn't even want to put one star this pharmacy is slow..and rude meds get called in before breakfast and aren't done until almost closing time this has happened to me almost every time I dread it every month.. and then when you call staff are rude and don't care. . That is if they even bother to answer!! And they hung up on me several times cause they don't feel like doing anything definitely switching pharmacies

Horrible Pharmacy. This is the 4th time I've had to fill scripts there. This is the 4th time 4hrs wasnt sufficient enough time for them to have my meds ready. Very lazy or slow staff that seems like they don't care about their short comings. Walmart, Walgreens, and anyone else would be better.

This pharmacy take forever to fill a rx. If they dont have your medicine they dont bother to contact you to let you know. Medicine called in early morning from my doctor and went to pick up at 5 and still not filled

Wait in line for 25 mins and they close the window on me so I go inside the store just to be told that no one was behind the vehicle in front of me. Rude and never again will I use cvs especially not in Pulaski VA

worst pharmacy i ever used, I have to fight with them every month because they will lie, saying things like 'the medicine is out of stock" or 'the doctor has not called it in yet:' or 'they have even said it was ready" then I drive all the way down there and not have some of the prescription missing, If you don't believe me give them a try you will find out.

Dont answer phone. Tried multiple times and was on hold for more than 10 min each time so i hung up and tried later. No one answered at all. Good luck.
