This could have been a nice shop, but the treatment of some of the creatures, especially the tarantulas, were in terrible setups and in clear stress poses. I could go on for a while about the conditions and what's wrong with them, but basic internet research would have been enough to give them passable setups. I don't understand why people go into the pet industry if they don't care enough to keep the animals healthy.

Always enjoy going here with my little girl. We went today and played with all the animals in the petting zoo and we left with 4 new fish

Love Noah's Last Stop! The employees are kind and very knowledgeable. They don't mind taking the time to explain to or to educate their customers about the assorted animals available. They took the time to walk my 8 year old granddaughter through the aquarium room, pointing out special fish and explaining the differences. Small shop with small town values. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I recently got a parakeet from here and he was stepping up and being carried around the house within the first day. Very satisfied with the cute little guy.

This place is conveniently located right off the highway near FarmVille. A true diamond in the ruff!!! The owners are so friendly and truly love all the animals there. It is a great place to take family, children, and friends! They have a wide variety of animals including exotics!! Highly recommend that everyone visit this place!!!

I enjoy the learning lab area. The price for food buckets is reasonable. The owners are knowledgeable. I hope all the animals are having a good life. I worry about a few of them in spaces, but see the get food and a shelter so it must be ok.

This place needs to re-home all of it's animals to new facilities that have the means to take care of the animals. I am sure it's very expensive to run this kind of business but that does not excuse the condition of this place. I am truly surprised that they haven't been forced to close down. Loving animals isn't enough. You have to be able to healthfully provide for them. Please consider asking for help or find your animals better homes.

For a small family own petting zoo. It's overall it's a great place to bring your kids for some fun. I loved the fact that lots of the domesticated animals outside had a huge place to roam but sadly some of the exotics didn't get the same treatment. The fox they had was in a small environment. It didn't have many places for it to climb or hide and didn't have any enrichment toys to play with that we could see.Another exotic that didn't get much attention was the iguana that was in a two story cage with nothing inside of it aside from a heat lamp that sat on top. The wires were not covered and seemed to be digging into the iguana's feet. They also had rabbits that were in wired huts that were lined under some tree shaded. Underneath the huts were tons of poop and pee which I guess hadn't been cleaned out yet, most of the rabbits were in pairs so they weren't alone. I hope they get out to run around from time to timeThey also sold small animals inside their store. Most of them seemed very healthy though they were kept in tanks which is not ideal for rats or mice. They did have a hedgehog in a tank which I felt sad for since me and my family had a hedgehog who just recently pass, our hedgie was treated like a queen. So when I saw the little hedgie in one of the tanks I felt sad because it only had a see through hidey hole in with itA few birds were kept in the back which had a few of their feathers plucked. I didn't get a closer look at them but all I mostly see was two macaws that were sitting on a large cage with old newspaper under the cage.Overall the place does need a few changes on how it treats some of its animals but it's a nice place with caring people

GREAT!! I pass by this place everyday, and had no idea it was as big as it was. Petting zoo: Adults $4 Children to 12 is $2. Bag of food for $1! Plus lots of critters you can purchase!

I ended up calling animal control after my visit. The conditions and lack of propper food and water leave me sick. These animals deserve better . if this is a staffing issue i hope the owners are able to find more staff soon. Without doubt this comment will be run down the list by their family and friends as many valid complaints have but if your reading this please dont go dont take your kids . this place is not only a health hazard for the animals but the people visiting aswell. Truly a sad situation that i pray is fixed soon.

Unfortunately, this place looks like it has seen better days. Animals are in gross cages and look meakly. Place has a strong odor. What looked to be an outdoor section with animals is now closed. I don't have much to contribute on the positive.

Really nice people. Weird experience. Sad, desperate looking animals. Awful smell everywhere. Petting zoo is closed. Middle of nowhere. I'd say that about sums it up...

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Animals are NOT kept in well conditions, animals are kept in confinement’s that are not suitable for their size. Workers are nice, but is a very sad place animals are all fed the “same” food. Rare exotic animals are also in petting zoo which should not be there.

No! Dont do it! I wouldn't give the one ☆ but I'm made to in order to leave a review. Do NOT waste your time! Feels like Texas chainsaw massacre vibe and the owners of whoever aren't friendly at all. Its creepy and overpriced for what very little they have. I cringe every time I see that place. (I go to Richmond once a month)

This place has great customer service and very knowledgeable owners. Mrs. Terry and Mr. Guy have put everything they have into this place. They have a nice size petting zoo for just $4 to walk around.

This place is very unique. Cool and different types of pets, but also your average assortment. There is a petting zoo out back for a small fee. Definitely would recommend stopping by.

Lady in there was very rude and snippy with my children. She fussed at my son about playing with the puppy that was running around begging for attention. Im honestly surprised the place hasnt been shut down because it smells so bad and is so dirty. The only reason im giving one star is because it requires a rating.

This pet store is in extremely por condition.soon as you walk in the smell is overwhelming. Enclosures were way to small for the animal.some animals didnt have food or water on top of living in filthy cages.i would not give 1 star if i didnt have to to leave a review

Absolutely horrible. The animals are kept in awful conditions. Every rodent I've purchased from them was sick with severe upper respiratory infection. I can't imagine any animal from there being healthy. It's sad that I can say petco and petsmart keep their animals in better conditions.

Very horrible conditions for the animals, I recently bought a guinea pig from them only a month ago and she passed away today. She was pregnant and obviously was not fed properly, also had too many guinea pigs in one cage, very sad. I wouldn’t even give the one star.

Strange place. Owners appeared sincere and animals were healthy and happy. Not a large inventory of pet items but seems like a nice place to stop and visit the collection of animals.

Noah has a pretty big selection for a small pet shop, from fish to parrot and huge rabbits and apaches. They also have a petting zoo which I thought was really cute.

It's the only place around to get feeder mice. The mice aren't very big. There are a lot of different animal's there but the place does smell.
