Yes I gave five star 🌟 because of my experience today. I had the pleasure of meeting one of Walmart newly hire cashier name Miss Quan she was well mannered & very respectful I was very impressed because of her attitude and personality she truly was raised right and it truly showed. So I wanted to take the time to write & have her recognize 😊 among others that was there not to say they wasn't customer friendly I didn't go in there line. I can only speak about the line I did go through. I always say one person can make a different in someone others life & she definitely made a different in minds today. Iam sure others people's was impressed by Miss Quan customer service as well as they came through her line 🙏 today. So I pray management & staff's see & read this review about you Miss Quan, my God love ❤️ Blessings continues to overflow in your life 🙏 amen

The employees could care less about customer service. If the store is going to lock something up in a department, there should at least be an employee in that area. I waited for 30 minutes to get spray paint. No one ever showed up and I never got paint!

I ordered an item unavailable for shipping. It was store pick up only, which I rarely do. I parked and waited about 10 minutes for my item to come out. Several others got there after me and received their items and left before me, however they had small bags with just a few items. I had ordered an item that was in a large box. And probably stored in a different area. Either way, it still didn't take long. Oh and please let me add, my pickup day was Black Friday and time was noon. To say they were busy is an understatement. I also observed workers having very polite conversations with other customers. So many times, this store gets a bad reputation. But today, they diminished that and restored my faith in their customer service.

At 10.00 am they had only two lanes open one for 20 or less and one for big orders. I was in Lane a good 15 minutes and my ice cream melted and my large bag of fries.

Walmart pays to pad their reviews. Do not believe the five stars.You have to check out your own groceries!You have to return carts before you shop!Soon we’re going to have to stock the shelf’s too!I’m a handicapped Parker and had to move 15 carts just to park. Went inside the store and there were no carts so I brought the carts I moved inside. I saw no less than seven employees just standing around and a manager trying to call someone to get some carts. The greeter offered me a job and I said hell no! These employees are trash and the store was dirty. Apparently the only people who work here are the stock people.There was also spoiled and broken food packages put back on the shelves.

The store was clean and associates were helpful. The store was clean I found most of the things I needed but I did have to order some stuff off the website and it came pretty quickly. I got everything I ordered in good amount of time. Thank you for your website to be able to get stuff their have it shipped to me or to someone else or I can get food delivered or I can choose to pick up stuff at the store and they bring it out and put it in your car It's great try it for yourself.just a few things I ordered

Never enough cashiers,not very friendly,I'm 70 years old and have been shopping petersburg store since it opened and i still have to show my receipt when i leave,isn't that why they have cameras and security personnel,lots of employees walking around,always out of certain items,and when i do find some of the items i need,their pushed so far back,i cant reach them,(kitty litter,gv hazlenut cappuccino etc)

Don’t go here for a pick up order if time is of the essence. I had a pick up order for 5-6pm and I did not leave the store until after 8pm. They lost a whole tote of my stuff and I had to go get it off the shelves myself. A lot of people use these services because they are disabled, have children who are disabled etc. I’ve never had such a bad experience until now at this location. There was refrigerated and frozen items scattered all in these carts , everybody’s orders were mixed up and all over the place. There should be something in the system that they can do when they get overloaded to stop any more orders. All of this wasted and rotten food and people waiting for 2+ hours is insane. Horrible experience at the Petersburg Walmart location.

The milk at this location is sketchy to me. The fridges don’t seem to be at the correct temperature for whatever reason. I’ve stuck my hand in to grab a milk only for the jug/carton to feel lukewarm or not as cold as milk should be. Encountered that situation at 2 or 3 times. No wonder my milk goes bad in a shorter amount of time for me. Be weary if you’re buying milk here. Never having milk delivered or bought from this location again.

I went there today @ 3 slightly raining. No carts. Half produce was empty. No lettuce at all. Half the store was empty. Ask sales associate wear tall men's clothing was she says on back wall. Walmart doesn't carry tall men. So get out of here. Out of dates bread n meats . Green meat. Got get ur cart n the rain n check ur own items out n bag them. Time to check receipt in line with 10 people trying to leave. Big fight in frt store. Just crazy

Very little customers here at this location. The store was very clean and isles were clear. The employees were extremely friendly and polite even while they were restocking. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Just like all Walmarts very crazy and hectic ..... Might have three lines open, Missouri always slam full. Might even have two self-checkout spots open as well

Walmart on Crater road in Petersburg Virginia does not! work with their employees within time of need when you count on a bus to get home and buses run from 6 to 5:00 and they won't let you work 8 to 5:00 so you can catch the bus to get home supposedly Walmart works with their employees cannot afford July Uber everyday

Love the new sweaters and tops they have out right now some of those jackets and things look like they could've came out of Marshalls or Burlington coat factory. Went in for baby lotion came out with with tops, pants, sweaters, and a jacket.

I found this tree on the app for $40 and it stated it was in stock at the Petersburg location so I did a pick up order. After maybe an hour and a half I received an email stating that my order had been canceled because it “wasn’t in stock” at that location. I decided to drive up to see for myself and what do I find? At least 20 of them in plain view sitting out in the aisle. I’m sorry but how lazy can you be? You didn’t feel like looking for my item so you just cancel it and claim it’s “not in stock?” Obviously won’t be doing anymore pick up orders from this location because they obviously would rather just say the item isn’t there instead of looking for it.
