It was not good at all. It definitely was not the Dairy Queen I remember from my childhood. So the food fries were cold not cool but straight up cold. The burger was a super over processed something it tasted like the hamburgers in the vending machines in the 90s. The bacon had a really weird texture so we just took it off all together. I got pink lemonade and it wasn’t good either I took 2 swallows and tossed it. Bottom line neither of us finished our meal we just couldn’t get it down. The Blizzards were exactly what I expected. But that’s it.

I know we think $15 an hour is great for entry level jobs but it forces employers to make cuts and the first cuts are to the number of employees and staff on the clock during each business hour..the second thing is portion sizes and overall quality of the products.It was Sunday brunch time and the staff member working the Cash register had to stop and leave the front service counter and assist with the kitchen staff and drive through causing the front counter and entryway to get backed up with customers....and that delayed everything and everybody even more as the area is small..I think we need to reevaluate the entry level low skill no skill job market and give it back to Jr and highschool kids and in that the wages should reflect their inexperience and age....and employers could better afford to fully staff during peak business hours...Food is still pretty good.Parking: Tight quarters limited spaces.

The young members of the team working the drive thru are your topical youth. I ordered 6 piece chicken strip baskets not realizing the price. I asked for an explanation very nicely. The one young girl, I can’t say woman because women do not act in such demeaning ways, bristled up to inform me that the 6 pieces are 12 dollars. I asked if it was possible to change the order to 4 pieces. The same child that informed me of the price stated “oh my good”. I let this go as I felt guilty for not being rich. However, the look from the secondly child at the window that gave me and my daughter the worst hateful look ever did it for me. Will never ever ever go here again. I hope they are proud of themselves and how adult they acted.

The food is good, I do miss the BBQ sandwich. The ice cream is great, and the seasonal blizzards are always a change of pace. It would be 5 stars if they had their BBQ on the menu. A good place to take the family.

Food and treats made like as good as everywhere else but you get your mega large size portion of rude behavior, I don't know if it was just a middle aged employee or he was the owner or manager but geez! Takes the order wrong then has a whatever attitude about mixed with "what do you want me to do"... God bless the girl that was there with him 😬

Almost 10 bucks for a chicken strip basket. 11 am on a Wednesday...tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Was taking my husband home after s procedure at the hospital...not able to return and leave him...30 mins away. Ate 1/2 of a strip. Rest in garbage. Change your grease.Parking: Tight parking. Drive thru is tight.

Was traveling through the area an needed a quick dinner. I must say thank you to this team. Very friendly and polite drive through service!! Made me feel special and appreciated. Will definitely make a point to return again when traveling through this area. (Which is often). Thank you!

I've experienced DQ more than I'd like to admit. The overall layout of this store was on point with plenty of seating. Besides that this location basically sucked, in my opinion.The let down came from the Banana Split. Not much going on with it. Tiny bit of chocolate, tiny bit of strawberry, and some wack a** pineapple sauce that looked and tasted watered down. My favorite go to is the Banana Split, but I do venture out enjoying the scrumptious strawberry sundae, famous chocolate dipped cone, and the dubious decision between Oreo and PBC Blizzard. Both are super delicious.Because this was the only thing I ordered my B.S. turned out to be actual BS. Certainly disappointing being that it wasn't up to par. Felt like a waste of money, but then again it's only money, which can grow on trees if you wish real hard.

All around the service and food was good. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 is a couple of items had to be repeated three times, and one of the items still wasn’t prepared as ordered. But the manager made the corrections afterwards.

The drive-thru is teeny, I love it. Don't ask for a large dipped cone unless you're going directly home, it's so risky to eat it in the car, and you will get ice cream all over yourself. 10/10

It's a DQ with the usual DQ ice cream treats, plus the array of grill entrees. This one has a tight drive thru and fast, friendly staff. Plus there are some outdoor seating tables for times that the weather is nice. It's a great destination point right off of 460, or for folks coming down from Angel's Rest.

Delicious Food, though a bit pricey! But, you get what you pay for!!! GREAT Frozen Treats & Milkshakes! Often busy and crowded!Updated 9/22/22.Traveling through the area on a very hot fall day, we were looking forward to an icy Mister Misty! But the drinks we received, were half melted! We received what amounted to a half a cup of cold kool-aid with crushed ice on top! It was not the Mr. Misty that I remembered from long ago and was very disappointing!

We went to a different DQ 2 days ago & it was great so we passed up Hardee's to go to DQ again here. We regretted our decision. The fries were lukewarm & old. They made new ones when I asked. The burger wasn't as good as the other location, even though it was the same #3 I ordered, it looked different & thinner. Staff was friendly. We're done with DQ for a while.

Chicken Tenders are never cooked enough lately...They are mushy and the crust seems wet. I've even asked for them to be cooked longer but they just microwaved them. They are to expensive to have to keep feeding them to the dog.

Nice DQ. Staff did a good job getting our orders ready and getting them to our tables quickly. Front counter staff was friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and well maintained in appearance.

Pricy food but in Pearisburg much better taste. Young kids working in the establishment so alot of wrong orders and no flipping upside down blizzards. They are to soft to do it by the time you pull up to get order

Chicken strip baskets with gravy are the best! There's always plenty of fudge on my hot fudge sundae. Now it's the only one in my area since the one in Blacksburg was shut down. Obviously it is doing things correctly!
