If I could give 10 stars I would Brandon who works at this food lion is always very nice, kind and professional. He knows a lot about the store, and products in the store, and he is always working hard. I feel like he does not get enough credit for his amazing customer service. So I just wanted to leave a review because he is doing a great job. He is also very respectful to everyone in the store. I enjoyed my visit today keep up the great work Brandon.

The actual gallon of ice cream in Neapolitan has gone up to $8 a gallon. They are inflated like a lot of other places. God bless those with teenage children. They have a good selection of most everything and near the house. They are good for a quick trip and staff is friendly and helpful. Usually go to Walmart

This is the 3rd time in less than a week that I received stale/old food. I purchased Hamburgers (2x). I opened the package and it smelled like rotten eggs. They replaced it but same issue - I just threw them away.Today I brought chips and they are stale.I’m not going to do much shopping at this store going forward.

I wish I did not have to give a star. Yesterday I returned a pack of meat with the most rancid smell.It made me sick on my stomach. Why do yall continue to sell bad food. Before that it was a outdated jar of relish. Before that something else. And your bacon is always discolored, cheese with mold spots. but yall let it sit in the case. And your staff could care less. The Health department need to make a stop in this location ASAP..

Clean, well organized, decent prices and the staff is always helpful if you can't find something. Check out clerks could use some training on what goes with what in the bags. Bananas on the bottom of the bag, Deodorant with the cold food...

Decent selection. Produce is hit or miss. Staff could be better; they are more interested in playing around, gossiping, or being on their phones. No work ethic, and supervision is nonexistent, if there is any kind of management, I'd be shocked to know because I never see them on the floor.

This is the FL in my Fire house district and know the staff here well. Very nice and helpful and even hold on to our cart when we have to leave in a hurry to take a call for service. It's there waiting for us when we are available again, even being kept in a cooled environment so our items that need to be refrigerated are also taken care of. Smiles every time.P.S. We have to buy our own food! The city dose not Pay for that or anything else like it lol

Customer service desk employees were using profanity and talking to each other while i was trying to get some money orders, very unprofessional, i usually use the food lion in phoebus they have great customer service there!

Today this store was pitiful. Cust service was down because they didn't have enough workers. There was only 1 register open and the self checkouts kept breaking down. The store was crowded. Self checkouts are useless. I never, ever use them. I am retired and I will not go into a store and check myself out. They need to get rid of self checkouts.

The parking lot is gross; there’s a LOT of trash blowing around - not even sure I want to go inside. The crowd hanging around outside doesn’t make me feel comfortable either.Update:The inside wasn’t much better. There was a bad smell in one part of the store near the meat 🤢, and the shopping carts were damaged and rattled a LOT. The store could use a makeover.

If using new app savings program always check your receipt to make sure coupons you have added come off and watch shop and earn to ensure it works properly. I have had lots of issues. Front end store customer service management cares more than grocery management does. The overall store manager Mr. Hurst is great but the company keeps him running to much to truly know what is happening in store.

My favorite Food Lion.Mostly due to Manager Lisa who is AWESOME!Lisa's customer service is PHENOMENAL!Which she extends to her staff as well.Whether she's helping me or someone else she always gives me joy and brings a smile to my face.They have fresh meats and produce.They also have a lot of items not found in Wal-Mart.Makes me feel like it's not just a store, it's part of my neighborhood.Yup, I like it that much, lol😆❤

They are updating the interior of this location so it's a little tight right now. I hope they are going to a standardization instead of just changing to change. Some of their aisle plans are weird to me because I wouldn't put insect killer in the same aisle as pet food, but whatever.This location has some unique items that I cannot get at other Food Lions in the area, such as the cat food my cats like in a bigger bag. The checkout is usually well paced even when it's busy and the cashiers are friendly but not overly talkative which is nice. They get the job done!

Decent Food Lion, one of the only grocery stores in the immediate area. The interior looks aged and dated. Customer service is friendly but not so knowledgeable on store item locations. Parking lot is clean and organized. 4 stars because some employees did not know if/where an item was sold at that store.

I do like this Food Lion but I do have one complaint. Most of the time I have to use the ride cart. There's not a lot of room to maneuver the cart around especially at the ends of the aisles.
