I realize this CVS is really busy. The crazy thing is their hours and signage.Inside they don't show the 1/2 hour lunch between 1:30 pm to 2 pm. This listing does have it.Outside there is a sign that says open 24 hours and another that says open until midnight and then their listing shows they close earlier.I think CVS needs to remove and consolidate their signage.

It's crazy seeing the pharmacy getting cussed out when they are just trying to help people. That is so disrespectful and especially when people are trying to help you. The staff here was extremely professional.I come here all the time and they always help me. The pharmacy Department got called every word in the book and not one of them talked back. They just smiled and didn't say anything I hate that people are like that to them but I applaud the team working together.

The pharmacy tech at checkout was very helpful. She is always pleasant and friendly and gives a positive experience. Her cheerfulness , efficiency, and kindness helped me as I was having a bad day before I got to CVS. Thank you!

Worst customer service every, being a diabetic, I stopped to CVS to buy the needle cap to give myself insulin, I could tell my glucose was getting high, I couldn't make it home, the pharmacy informed me they couldn't sell me anything because they couldn't find me in their system. I thought LIVES MATTER...

*** DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!!***They don't have the medications to fill prescriptions. They always have to order it. In which it takes 4-6 days for them to receive. They don't let you know its available for pickup. When you call PHARMACY your on hold 40+ minutes and no one ever answers. No matter the day or time. Employees are not helpful and can't answer questions if you have them. CVS leaves there customer in the dark and suffering while waiting for medication.

Thanks to CVS for taking My prescription insurance. I was help promptly at the consultation booth and right away taken to the drop off where I was able to share what medication I worked well with me if I had to use a generic brand. I left very satisfied with the process because their competitor which I was using didn't accept my new prescription insurance.

This is definitely one of the better CVS. They have their act together and keep the line moving.

The worst service ever. I had to give it a 1 just to post a review but truly it gets a 0 rating. They don’t answer the phone. I had them on the phone as I was at the counter. They take forever to acknowledge your presence at the counter too. The guy was listening to my phone. He looked at me with a puzzled face. I told them I am the person on the pharmacy line and I’ve been on for about 15 minutes and counting. All they could say is we are busy but at least you can answer the phone. They never call doctor for refills. I have to do it because I don’t want to run out of my scripts waiting on them to ‘supposedly’ do it. Horrible service. Don’t come here expecting professionalism or excellent customer service. They all need training.

Single mom, 2 sick children, just wanted to know if their prescription was ready, was on hold for 46 minutes before I hung up. Would have taken less than a minute to look it up and say yes or no. Sorry to inconvenience you

Would be nice if they wver answered the phone. I've called at different times of day and it still didn't matter. This means that every month I have to drive to the pharmacy to request a refill and then drive back to pick it up. Complete waste of gas.I've been inside the pharmacy and watched as several techs and the pharmacists ignored the phone which REPEATEDLY told them how many callers they had on hold. NO ONE CARED. None of them moved to answer the phone. SMH extremely disappointing... I NEVER had this problem with Walgreens

The pharmacist, Ryan, and his staff are always friendly and take the time to answer our questions, even when they are a bit understaffed. They are great about ensuring that we have no allergic interactions between current meds and newly prescribed meds.I use the CVS app on my phone to monitor all of our family prescriptions.

Simple, the drive thru service at CVS Store#10453, 12755 Jefferson Ave. is slow. All the time slow. As soon as I can I will be transferring to a different location.

Staff seems easily annoyed at times. Inconsistent from month to month with Rx refills. Went to refill Rx and was just nonchalantly handed back the paper. Hardly any explanation or care to help. Would not recommend. Only good thing about this location is it’s 24 hours and a drive through.

Prescription in at 4:30 went to pick up at 8:00 pm after waiting 1 hour was told they did not have Aderol! was sent to CVS on Warwick!Never go to this CVS! MORE INTERESTED In employee gossip than customer service!
