I take my pets to Dr. Streett as often as i can because he has more experience and better prices and the lack of post op complications or incidents, best i have ever met in my life! Had my 5 month bullboxer spayed and she is doing GREAT!! Spayed on Tuesday and she has healed this well by Thursday with no complications at all :) ty!

I used this vet during my search for a New veterinarian when Dr. Keller retired for my Chiweenie with Epilepsy & skin problems. This is the first vet I've used in the Page County/Shenandoah Valley area that takes the time to weigh the options based on medication interactions and follows the law/procedures set like taking blood every 6 months to check the pups levels when being on a certain medication. Also, they educated me on quite a few things I didn't know. The only downside I had was when I took my pup the first time the appointment fee cost was only $45 this last visit was $65 and the blood work cost was $130! Pricey for me, however the level of care makes up for it.

The staff here is amazing! I recently brought my cat in and they did an amazing job at making sure he got the best care possible! They have been so awesome at answering all my calls, questions, and concerns. They were able to give us some more time with our beloved fur baby!

Update: I turned this so-called Dr into the Virginia Veteranian board. He was found guilty of murdering my parents' cats. One in particular who died in their overnight care. Was administered 10 times the amount of fluid that a cat her size required. They literally drowned her to death. R.I.P. Blackie.... he was made to reimburse my father the cost of the visit and medication and was fined. Unfortunately, the communist wealthy of Virginia does not recognize pets as loved ones, and there were no reimbursements for the loss of lifeI'm not impressed. I think the doctor is mute. Havent heard him talk in three visits. Last visit, he administered drugs to one of my parents' cats he never examined. Just be nice to be a God and know it all... My father swore by this guy. Even after losing 3 cats to his care. That alone says enough to me NOT to use or recommend them to my worst enemy. Seems every time a visit happens, they want to keep the patient overnight, and it comes home with an upper respiratory infection. They charge $65 a bag of food that they push ( I wonder what the kickback is). Hours are ridiculous. It their convienance, not yours. Prices are sky high.Staff keeps calling a female cat, " he." I'm not impressed at all. I won't be bringing my fur babies to them at all.

I go here a lot bc it's inexpensive which is great. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel like the Dr isn't really taking a good look into an issue with my pet, like he just wants to get us in and out as soon as possible. I'd prefer a little more attentive care! Overall good vet, and he usually gives what's needed nothing pushed on you like some vets do. Definitely a great place to have x rays and teeth cleanings to save money.

Staff was very rude. called a week before for a walk in and they told me they were closed. I understood and I came back, they said walk ins were only 12-1, they never specified a time. we drove 30 minutes here, just to get a bad attitude, when they clearly are still open. they were very rude both times. terrible.

Has been great with all my animals. My lab mix was in rough shape after a snake bite. Vet gave her two shots and sent us home with medication. Said to bring her back if we had any problems She is back to herself and healthy. Very helpful staff and vet.

I would've left 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude staff member/receptionist, Kelly, I asked questions and she barely wanted to answer giving plenty of attitude. Luckily I've worked in customer service for years and can overlook such poor attitude because Dr Street himself really helped our pup out and when I do go back I'll just give Kelly an extra dose of kindness so she can have a good example of how to treat future customers. Thank you Dr Street and the rest of the kind staff like Diana who really helped us out in our time of need.

We were able to bring our puppy in right away because they have the walk in with no appointment some days. He had an eye infection that couldn't wait a week to be seen. You get friendly professional service as well .

It was very ole school like when i was a boy and took my first pet to the country vet office which was also his home. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere the employees were great the vet was quite but knowledgable and good. And the prices are very reasonable. He not out to make a killing by price gouging it was worth 1/2 an hour ride and we will be coming back. I will recomend him to alot of people.

Awesome staff & veterinarian. We are breeders of Dalmatians & when we have pups, all we have to do is call, and they are right there for us. For anything from emergency visits to the puppy's first set of puppy shots. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Streett is a wonderful veterinarian. He is so kind and caring, and you can tell he truly loves God's creatures. He has reasonable charges and it's obvious that he strives to provide affordable care to every pet. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. The staff is great too! I recommend him highly.

Not our regular vet but needed our dog neutered and they had earliest appointment. Incredibly kind and understanding staff that worked with us and our anxious dog. Easy check in and pick up process. Very clear on their pricing and fair pricing. Wil use again if our vet is busy and recommend. -Sarah, Luray, VA

Recommend for super easy tasks. If your dog is sick then definitely recommend going to a vet who will run appropriate testing to diagnose all possible causes. This vet rarely touches the pets, doesn't run any efficient diagnostic testing. The quick and easy isnt always best, our pets cannot tell us what's going on with them so just take them to another vet's offices, the extra time and money will/can be life saving.

Wonderful vet! My dog and I are on a cross country road trip. I wanted him checked for parasites and they tested his sample, no nonsense with extra fees. And when I returned for flea and tick treatment, they gave us a prescription and reup-ed his amoxicillin no hassle. Kind staff and efficient workers.. I highly recommend them!

So I want to start off saying that this place is a joke. They don't care nothing about our pets. I took my almost 1 year mini aussie to get spayed on 12/2/2020. When dropping my little girl off I asked them to please take good care of her, the receptionist said they would.. When I went to pick her up I asked how everything went and she said good, There was another lady behind the desk this time which was on the phone (shortly after she got off the phone, the receptionist that was checking me out waited for her to come out of the bathroom) and asked her to go get Millie (which is my little girls name). As she was checking me out I asked if there was any pain meds that were needed, if she should have an e-colloar (because we has one at home, along with a surgical jacket-if that's what you call it) because my other mini aussie had it after his nurturing, or any other detailed instructions on what to look for. She gave me a piece of paper which I have attached and said that neither was necessary, to keep her calm as possible. Saturday I had to take Millie to an emergency vet that cost me almost $600.00 so that they could re-suture her along with clean the wound out. She is now on anti-inflammatories, pain meds and antibiotics. The whole point of this store is that when I called first thing Monday morning the receptionist new my concern and left me hanging. So I drove there )after waiting 5 hours.)to see if there was anything that the doctor would do as far as reimbursement. The receptionist stated that he said no because we were informed about an e-collar and that she had a witness to prove it. Well no she didn't I asked several times and being a nurse for 29 years I am very much attention to detail when it comes to discharging a patient. Then the receptionist accused me of lying, saying that she told me I could put the e-collar if I wanted and to top it off there was no follow up needed for Millie and they put dissolvable sutures in.????? She didn't have a witness because the other receptionist was in the bathroom and the getting Millie. Why must people lie like that.I asked for Millie's medical records and the receptionist gave me (see below). Really for my Millie being there 8 hours there is no temp check, no gum check to see if she's dehydrated, no surgical vitals nothing. You know I didn't even get a chance to meet the doctor, so I can't truthfully say that he's at fault but the receptionist, shouldn't be working there. She has no compassion and she's rude. Usually when you take your pet or child to the doctors you get to meet the doctor, don't count on it.Sorry for the long rant but my puppies are my children.

Vet hardly even looked at my pet, then wanted to rush him off to surgery before doing any tests to gauge the overall health of the pet. The aid responded to most of my questions as the vets back was to me (and the patient, my fur baby) for the majority of the mere 15 minute visit. Felt like they were just rushing me out the door. Had to go to a different vet on the same day who confirmed what Google told me; all the medicine prescribed would kill my cat with his health issues. This was my first and last visit to this office. Google did a better job.

Holly, my 13 year old Westie, stopped eating. Very lethargic. Blood test indicated low thyroid and kidney failure. She was in such bad shape I thought she wouldn’t make it. I followed DR. Street’s guidance. On the second visit after bringing him up to date info, he changed the meds, put her on an IV for the afternoon. The next day Holly was significantly improved. Now two weeks later she has fully recovered. We don’t know exactly why this happened, however, she had eaten some outdoor natural foliage immediately prior to refusing to eat. What ever the cause, I am absolutely certain that Dr. Street, and prayer, saved her life. With his decades of experience and his gentle manner, well, you cannot do better.

Due to covid restrictions, you wait in your vehicle... which isn't a problem bc they have plenty of walking area for your pets. They call your pets names, you bring them in and they treat you. Excellent
