Highly recommend this stop! Love the staff, the food, and the sweet treats. My favorites are the iced coffee, pastrami reuben and bacon jam burger. It’s a good place to stop after or before a hike or camping!!Dietary restrictions: I really love that they have lactose free and gluten free options!! ✅

We were out adventuring and came across Natty B for lunch. What a great find! The customer service made you feel at home. We were recommend the chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious! Soft white bread toasted only on the inside with a generous helping of delicious chicken salad, chips and crisp pickle! We talked about the sandwich while we hiked the Nature Bridge! Everything was fresh and delicious. Nice clean shop with lots of fun things to look at. We enjoyed a bottle of their birch beer which was kind of like a cream soda root beer mix, very delicious. For dessert we had the apples cheese cake that kind of tasted like a caramel apple?!?! Great delicious surprise! Highly recommend you stop in! We would definitely go back!

I’m not even going to exaggerate, my boyfriend and I went up to the natural bridge area to have our anniversary and we went to a 5 star restaurant to celebrate. And it was disappointing to say the least in the morning we just needed food in our bellies and stopped here. Wow. He got the tuna sandwich and I got the grilled cheese…. Amazing! All we did was eat in basically silence with the occasional “mmms” and “oh wows”. Top notch. I also made myself a peppermint coffee and that was also so good. The staff/owner on duty were so so lovely. And the price was unbeatable for how darn good and filling it was. Definitely recommend. Amazing place yall.Vegetarian options: As a fellow vegetarian the grilled cheese was BOMB 10/10

Highly recommend making this a stop, if I was a local I would definitely be a regular! Customer service that makes you feel at home, fresh and delicious food, cute and clean shop with lots of fun things to choose from. The owners mother recommend the chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious! Soft white bread toasted only on the inside with a generous helping of delicious chicken salad, chips and crisp pickle! My husband tried the Ruben sandwich and was very happy, in fact he said it was the "best Ruben he's had in a LONG time!" We also bought a 1lb bag of dark chocolate covered cranberries for the road, I should have bought 2! Natty B's is where it's at!! ♥️🐝🥪

VERY good food here. Pricey for the area, and it took a little while to come out, but insofar as quality and taste - amazing. They definitely don’t skimp on portions, either. Dad got the Reuben, I got the Portobella. Only complaint is the texture of the coleslaw, which we got as sides - it tasted good, but it was so finely shredded it had almost a grainy texture. If you are staying at the Historic Natural Bridge Hotel, come here for breakfast!

Low key place for lunch. They also had some crafts for sale, beer & wine, odds and ends, candy, etc. it was about $50 for the four of us with drinks. The food came out fast and the service was good.Vegetarian options: They had a few vegetarian meals. No vegan meals though.Parking: No real spots. Just a gravel lot.Kid-friendliness: It was somewhat kid friendly. They had a lot of breakable stuff on the shelf within reach so watch the toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: Store was accessible, parking and the lot might be a bit tricky to navigate.

Absolutely delicious!! We rode our bicycles from Lexington just to get breakfast. Had the bacon/ egg/ biscuit sandwiches and coffee. Bought a jar of bacon jam too! Best 32 mile round trip. Will be back for lunch a some of their amazing cakes.Parking: Lots of parking .

Stopped by for lunch after several long hikes and was famished. The food was pretty good. The lady we originally ordered from was pleasant and had kind eyes. The lady who rang us up after we got our drinks was short with us and rude about where we set things to be rung up. (We literally put it on the only open space avalible on the counter) The food was better then we had expected. It definitely seems like a good ol boy place by the atmosphere and impression it left on us.

Really neat little country store tucked away outside of Lexington. Was on the way to pay my respects at General Lee, General Jackson, and Traveller’s graves when we came upon this charming little restaurant / store. The indoor dining was closed but the lady took our take out order and let us sit on the picnic table on the porch. A rain shower had just passed through the area and cooled the day off enough that it was pleasant. This place reminds me of the ok’d country store / occasional restaurant down deep in Mississippi where I grew up. I ordered the jam burger with bacon and all kinds of other goodies onboard. Definitely worth it to stop by here.

First time at Natty B’s and definitely not the last!! What an experience! The new administration ran by Nate Goad has been doing an incredible job at the general store/ café. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I felt welcomed the minute I walked through the doors. I had the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. If you are ever in the area, you have to try the Pastrami Reuben and the bacon jam burger!! The customer service, food quality + quantity, the overall ambiance, and variety of food and drinks at the store was incredible. Me and my family had been driving for 5+ hours and were so glad we found this hidden Southern gem after being on the road for quite some time.Again, congratulations to the new administration (Nate, Teressa, and Ellee) you guys are doing a fantastic job!! Me and my family will definitely be back again🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I would stop there again, but I wouldn't drive more than 10 min out of my way. Beautiful drive, cozy grocery/Cafe, but the female working seemed a little short with us even though we (2) were the only ones in there. The food is home made, my biscuits and gravy was great (but could have used less black pepper). It did seem like a popular dish because we got there at 10am and mine was the last serving they had. The apple butter was amazing... I would go back for that!

The Natural Bridge General store is a charming little shop just one minute away from the Natural Bridge Hotel and Conference Center. Serving a full breakfast made to order, or offering fresh season specific vegetables, the General store is lovely inside and out. It has a look and feeling of an old-time store. You can get beer, pre-packaged foods, candy bars, cigaretts, and pretty much anything else you would need for a short stay exploring caverns or the other local attractions. If you stop by, make sure to say hi to Carleen. She owns the place. She's friendly, very knowledgeable about local attractions and happy to have a chat with new friends.

My daughter and I had been wanting to stop by for awhile and finally did yesterday before taking her to work, we ordered two Arcadia subs with cooked apples for her and cole slaw for me…. Hands down the best sub I’ve had in this county! So much so that I’m sitting outside the store about to get another one today to take home for lunch! The ladies are also very helpful and kind. Lots of homemade goodies as well and some amazing smelling candles and other little odds and ends. Highly recommend stopping by! We experienced zero racism (not all of us are white), our cheese was very melted on the grilled cheese…. Staff was VERY nice from beginning to end with zero issues… I am sad others seem to feel differently…

We've been traveling the Parkway for a couple of days and we're staying in Natural Bridge. Decided to check out this place late the afternoon of 10/21 to see what they had to offer for food items to put into a cooler. They made us the most perfectly deconstructed turkey sandwich to take with us. We needed to hold it for the next day's travel. They took the extra time to wrap each and every ingredient, including a separate container for guac, so that the sandwich would not be soggy. Well, we assembled it this afternoon, 10/22. It was perfect, like it was freshly made. To the folks at Natty B, thank you. You're the greatest!Mike and Kathy Wisch

So after a long hot day of sight seeing in some of the most beautiful country ever we stopped here to get lunch. We left with only drinks. The older lady who rang us up was extremely rude and very particular on where on the counter we sat our stuff at to pay. We were going to order food but she quickly made us change our minds. The menu was small but I was going to pick something because I was famished and she just gave us attitude because apparently I was taking too long. The wall has a menu as well but apparently it's just for looks. She didn't like that that had me confused because it has sandwich options listed on it. Love the area and the rest of the locals but she made me happy to spend my money elsewhere. I work in customer service and I'd never treat someone the way she treated us. No thanks.
