This is the only place my sweet pup has been since she was a puppy. Erica has taken the absolute BEST care of Wednesday, and she has always provided SUPERB customer service! She has never hesitated to give a call before cutting more off of Wednesday which I appreciate. She is great with doing a quick but thorough consultation before taking your pup back. She puts her heart into her business. We are so thankful for her and her team! I recommend her and her team for all your grooming services. Plus, your pup will adore her!

Love love love Erika! ❤️She is so sweet, kind, and gentle with our super shy 5 lb Chihuahua, Maria, and always makes her look like an absolute princess! Maria is at ease when being groomed by Erika and it’s always been a wonderfully positive experience in every way. If I could give her more than five stars, I truly would!

We love Bark Bath and Beyond! Always friendly and professional, Erica is the best, they take good care of our Flash! Flash always looks fabulous after his grooming! We live 30 minutes away, but its worth the drive, I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom our fur baby!!

When my husband and I moved to Smith Mountain Lake we continued to take our fur babies to Daleville to get groomed because I wasn’t sure if I could find anyone who would love our babies and do a good job with grooming them. We tried one local grooming salon but my experience was not good .My neighbor told me about Bark , Bath and Beyond so we decided to take a chance at taking our fur babies there. That was by far the best decision that I made that day! Bark , bath and beyond exceeded our expectations and gave our fur babies the best grooming experience ever! We would highly recommend Bark, Bath and Beyond to anyone in search of a dog groomer. Erica is the sweetest, most kind and genuine soul . She’s very personable and truly cares for our fur babies .

The staff there is amazing! walking into this place was so happy and so friendly! everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. I love that they use all natural products, my dogs have never felt better! and when I picked up my two female dogs their nails were painted with organic nail polish and i loved it!. I couldn't ask for a more professional and friendly environment to take my dogs. I am so happy that I finally found a grooming place like this. there is no other and I will be a forever customer! and I brought my rescue dog there and they took such good care of her! I've taken her to other places and she would just shake and hate it but here she left happy. and I'm happy knowing she is comfortable Here! I highly recommend! 5 starts!

Our Bullies just loved their first visit and that means a lot when it comes to our girls! They spent time with them and me before going back. Loved on them and made them feel welcomed. They canceled our appointment 1 day before because we didn't reply to their automated reminder text message. We did not miss our appointment, and had all intentions of coming. They called the day before and canceled us, because we didn't reply to an automated message. We called an hour after getting the message that we were canceled and they filled it already.Update: they deleted my review on FB and blocked me, because I gave them a bad review.
