I absolutely love this location and the staff here. This is one of the best in atleast a 2-5 mile radius. The veggies are extremely fresh, the staff is very cordial and above all they accept all subway coupons unlike some locations that are bad and would tell you at billing that coupons are not accepted.I love the fact that Veggie patty is also available here and it is the freshest available here. Kudos to you guys for maintaining such high standards..Vegetarian options: Veggie Patty

My boyfriend stopped at the Subway in Amelia Court House VA @ 7:45 last night to get our 2 subs. They were in the middle of closing and had it ALL tore down and doors locked yet sign said 8. His sub wasn't even done correctly, wanted it toasted and ended up getting it with spinach and green peppers which wasn't ordered!!! Very unfriendly!!!

Me and my wife stop by to eat every once in a while. This time I was very disappointed. The food was great, but every table was dirty. This Foghorn Leghorn looking dude (Swole up top with bird legs) was playing around and wrestling his friends instead of wiping off the tables, in front of us while we ate. Cracking jokes, instead of doing his job. Just overall unprofessional, while the two girls were doing all the work. Pretty sad situation if you ask me.

I love Subway! Have been to most everyone of them and everything's always very good and fresh! They'll even toast the bread for you or heat it up when they're through. They usually have some kind of coupons and if you sign up on there app you can get free subs after so many purchases.

The hours listed online for the Chattanooga location say that Subway doesn't close until 9:30 p.m. It was only 9 p.m. when our family was trying to pack our leftovers and clean our trash off of our table when the sorry excuse for a night manager very rudely came over rushing us. When we stated that the hours online said 9:30 p.m. she wanted to respond with "I don't care what it says online you need to hurry up!" Mind you we were very clearly getting ready to leave before she even approached us. She continued to be very aggressively rude and rush us, and then when we called her out on her behavior in front of our children she says, "You don't want these hands" or some immature mess like that. Up your game Subway, we're obviously not eating fresh when your management is so sour 🤢🤢

Great place to grab a bite to eat after shopping at Walmart. Only giving 3 stars because I prefer the evening shift.. Gregory is so polite and patient with me when I can't decide what I want... Would give him 6 stars if I could.

This Subway is inside the Walmart location that we frequent. In the past, we haven’t been all that impressed with the service of this location, but after not going for many months, my husband and I decided to give it another chance. I’m very glad we did!The atmosphere in this location was completely different than previous visits. The two men working (Spencer, who I believe was the manager and Thomas) greeted us immediately, were very attentive, quick and so friendly.The restaurant itself was incredibly clean! All the tables were clear of debris, crumbs, etc. The floors were clearly recently swept and mopped and I was really impressed.We will definitely return to this location again soon.

Store was clean. Staff was cordial and fast but instead of telling me the cinnamon sugar I purchased was old and/or burnt. They sold it to me. Originally I requested the Almond line but the young man said that they had to make it so I settled for the cinnamon one. I should have just waited but I was tired and ready to get out of the store. I should have been given that option though. My eyes lit up when I saw Auntie Anne's because I always like to treat myself to an almond pretzel but not today not even a good pretzel. I ate off of it a little bit and I just couldn't do it to myself anymore.

While the food is always delicious, this subway has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The employees are always talking on the phone/each other, and the conversations aren’t ones that should be had while on the clock. They barely even make eye contact with their customers, and it appears they couldn’t care less that customers often walk away because nobody’s acknowledged them standing at the counter for minutes.

Google says they close at 1am, so I didn't think it'd be a bad trip out. We were rudely told they close at 11pm, and a little "friend" of one of the workers decided to make snide comments to us because apparently Google is wrong?The cashier was extremely friendly, though I did not catch his name, he made sure to make us feel welcome, but I'm taking two stars off for apparently being an "inconvenience" to the one making our sandwiches, who decided to not wear a name tag, and practically throw my food at me.I could understand if they were packing up, I've worked in the food business and it totally sucks having rude customers come in at the last minute and pretend they don't know anything, but they weren't even close to cleaning up or beginning, so there's no excuse for the rudeness.I'll take my business elsewhere.

I love this place. Especially this location! It is soo clean! Even the restrooms. They actually take the time to listen in the preparation of my sandwich. Paying close attention to the little details. The subs are already delicious but when you have people who make you want to come back the over all outcome is always a success. Yeah Subway!!!

I ordered thru the subway website for delivery and I still haven’t received my food and it been over two hours Iv’e been waiting and I called the store and the food still sitting there the lady gone tell me I have to come and get it I am very disappointed and I can’t get a refund unless I go to the subway

The night manager was so high on drugs he couldn't get my order right, as i was telling him what i wanted. After he put my sub in the oven, after i told him i did not want it toasted, I walked out. Fire him!
