Awesome place for any local groomer to check out (and spend a lot of money!) staff was very nice, store was very well stocked, atmosphere was calm and content. If I didn’t live so far I’d be here every week! Definitely worth a visit! Rougarou rates it a 10 out of 5 stars!

Located in a secluded place ..too gar awayNeed to open more location.. but had most of what I needed need a little more variety but also need more locations to be more convenient I would purchase a lot of stuff if that would be the case

Fantastic place, I will definitely return. The shelf was out of stock of the item I was looking for. The person behind the counter went and talk to someone and then brought me the item I was looking for! They were going to use it for a show, but they said that they would be getting more in and it was OK. They are very knowledgeable and the prices are very good or better, compared to online.

Jessica just spent 3 hours with me helping me find wonderful shears, tools and conditioning sprays. She and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and encouraging. I couldn't be happier driving two hours both ways just to come here.

My business partner and I got our blades and scissors sharpened here. It was all just awful. Our scissors seem exactly the same as when we sent them. Our blades were done terribly. My blade came back with a chipped ceramic cutter, which they blamed on shipping although there was no broken tooth in the bag... and almost all of the blades we got "sharpened" were totally out of alignment.some so bad if we didnt catch it, it could have cut a dog wide open.They said we could send them back to get re-aligned and I could send my blade for a new cutter but after using our blades that looked usable we are not happy, my #7 couldn't even make it down the clean spine of a dog with little hair, it just dragged along. Our scissors are still grabbing at the end and we have to press to hard for comfort to cut the hair. We dont even want to send them back to be "fixed" it should have been done correctly the first time. Our scissors were all sent in cases and our blades were tightly packed up to where, even if the box was thrown at a wall they should have been fine. They said they use them on dog hair to insure everything works correctly... I am not sure how that happened..

Omg went to groomers mall today. And Jessica was just amazing. She spent over an hour answering all our many many questions. I am a groomer and she was just so friendly and wonderful. So informative. Definitely recommend. Love love

The knowledge of the people is wonderful when you need wisdom of how to do something...Our little Shih-Tzu baby was so terrified of the noise the clippers made we had to sedate her, ugh. We told Sam all about that and she recommended a clipper that was quiet, well we clipped Coco several times with it and she is not afraid of them at all :-)Thanks for helping us be good to our baby!!!

Staff are very helpful, prices are absolutely perfect comparing to monsters like Petco or Petsmart. Got my WAHL blades and powder for the price which would be probably 10-15x higher in above mentioned stores. Worth to travel there if you need supplies for your little ones.
