I only give one star for your benefit, but I have to say I absolutely love this Food Lion. The cashier that just checked me out was talking on the phone the whole time and didn’t even acknowledge my existence! I used my phone to pay and she said absolutely nothing to me while carrying on her conversation with her boo. Bravo Food Lion, you have created a checkout machine just like the self checkout machines at Kroger…where I always go so I can avoid interaction with the check out person. Keep up the great work!

As of 2022 I really like this Food Lion great customer service employees always willing to help. The Store is always stocked and clean. I really like the Management. I am in the store a lot. Never have I had a problem. I enjoy shopping there.

This the worst Food Lion store. DO NOT USE DELI....HORRIBLE!!! Never order any CATERED PLATTERS....Publix or Kroger will save you the headache.

The folks who work there are courteous and helpful - I appreciate each of them. The store is always clean, organized and the aisles are wide enough for two lanes of cart traffic to move easily along. My only complaint, I'm sorry to say, is the often poor quality of produce. Sometimes certain produce selections, Lettuce and Avocados for example, look more ready for the compost pile rather than the dinner table.

Had a terrible experience with staff here. There are better places to shop with better deals. Also red meat from here tends to spoil quicker than anywhere else I buy from.

Fairly bog-standard as far as Food Lions go, this area has a good sense of community. Staff were nice and seemed to enjoy each other and their work. People were actually putting their carts up of their own volition. You don't see that too much these days.

Great place to grab a few things. I don't agree with many of the prices VS "big box" stores, but am happy to pay extra just to get in and out.What would you do for a Klondike Bar?Goto Food Lion of course!

I've been shopping here for years. The store is small and I can do my shopping in half the time it takes me in the big grocery stores. The meat here is good, they have some organic choices. I would like to see more organic fruits and vegetables.

Found everything I was seeking, 5 checkout lines open with little to no wait, and my cashier was pleasant. Only issue is that the rotisserie chickens are very small; not much bigger than a frozen Cornish game hen.

I may not have as much selection as some other stores. But my family saves about 30% here compared to Kroger, (make sure you use the app.) Also, no self checkout, talk to real humans! Easy parking too.

It's Food Lion. The staff are nice. I can see few female managers/. staffers busting their butts at checkout, specifically. Which is where they are needed.Food prices... Some or maybe nearly half are bit cheaper than Kroger. I like Kroger because of the fuel points.Food Lion dropped the ball on that 10 years ago. It has not served them well in that respect.

I absolutely love this Food Lion. The location is nice, selection is good, but best of all the service is top notch. The employees talk to me like we've been friends for years and they seem to remember me. I'm sure they see hundreds of people a day, yet they make me feel like I'm their number 1 customer. Good job hiring great employees Food Lion!

I like this Food Lion. They don't have the very largest selection of any supermarket chain, but they sometimes have brands and items I'm not able to get at many other places. The staff are always friendly and keep the store well stocked and clean.

Usually not to bad here, not my favorite location but it was horrible last night. I asked the customer service desk to help with a transaction and her response was "I dont have a sign on to do that. We do it but I can't and proceeded to do nothing. Really? What happened to let me find someone who has access? What happened to customer service? I got the impression I was bothering her. The shelves were empty and the cashier had no greeting. It was all around a bad visit. I ended up leaving without half the things I needed because they simply did not have it.

I have long praised and stood by this location for the surprisingly good selection and consistently good prices. I was very disappointed today, however, when I went to the store and not one of the young staff members were wearing masks at the check out lines or elsewhere. I am a registered nurse and advised them that they should still be wearing face masks, and they laughed to each other while one replied that he had to keep his immunity up. I suggested to him that the face coverings were more to protect his customers, especially the older patrons of the store. They continued to chuckle to one another and had no other response. This attitude is in sharp contrast to all other local grocery stores, where all staff I have seen are wearing face coverings, trying to help maintain social distancing, and wiping check out stations after use.

The store was clean and pretty well stocked but I was disappointed with the meat selection although the employee was very nice that tried to help me. In general there isn't a lot of customer service and I don't think they do a good job bagging. I had to repack everything when I got to the car because otherwise some of my groceries would have been smashed. Not a bad store or experience recently but just not very impressed.

Customer service is so bad. Went in to pick up a few items. When I checked out the cashier did not greet me. He did not say one word to me. Not even have a good day. Would give them a 0 rating but that is impossible.

They are always stocked. I haven't noticed much difference in all the Food Tigers, but this ones closest to us and has great customer service.

I love this Food Lion location. The cashiers in management are so easy to work with and that means a lot to me. When I don't feel like walking five miles to grocery shop this is my go-to.

My local store has gone down hill this year. Stock low. Saturday afternoons at 4-5 meat case almost empty and happens regularly. Cleanliness isn't like it use to be. Deli people ignore you & keep doing something else instead of stopping to help customer. Produce is old.Not sure if Food Lion is in financial trouble, but do know New Manager at my store very lacking in duties. Prior manager would walk around store checking things and speaking to customers. Front end manager was changed also, prior woman was excellent. I'm looking forward to Publix opening nearby.

The staff is helpful and friendly! The store is usually clean and organized. They don't carry a lot of items. It's difficult to find certain types of produce. What they do have typically last long enough to be eaten before going bad.

This food lion in a very convenient location. I come here once a week for groceries and the employees are pretty nice and always stocked. The morning employees have a much better attitude than the afternoon and evening employees.

Food lion is the bomb. It's never really crowded and I've always found they've had better produce than other stores out there. One downside is no self checkout. So if you're just running in to buy something you lose that convenience.

Modern and spotless! I love the fresh produce and meats! Staff very friendly and helpful too. The rest of the departments have the shelves well stocked. Prices are reasonable. I love Food Lion!

Same ol' Food Lion. That is one thing I can say, These stores rarely change. The young ladies at checkout were so super sweet. The cashier was so friendly, chatty, and kind.
