I've been going to this Chipotle for years, and 99% of the time it is very good. However, this time I found plastic in my food. Wont be returning to this location... ever.EDIT:The owner got back to me (reply is below), and sent me the link to discuss this issue with customer care. Mistakes happen, but doing the right thing goes a long way. Thank you for taking care of me and doing the right thing!

Update 3: I would say this place is fine 90% of the time. 1 out of 10 times though there is always some kind of issue. Portion size seems too small or missing ordered ingredient. I order double chicken every time and occasionally it's like I get a bunch of garbage pieces of chicken. On the rare occasion, an ingredient I order is missed i.e. salsa. If a customer has anxiety about what they are going to get, your rating should be severely impacted. Unreliable food outcomes is worse than bad service because at least at local fast food joints where the service might be terrible at least you aren't missing any ingredients.Update 2: I placed an order tonight with extra chicken and less sour cream. I wish I was kidding but half the content was filled with sour cream and there was NO chicken in the burrito. If an order is made this badly, there is either deceit or severe carelessness involved. This is not typically the case with this location but wow, unbelievably bad performance tonight.Update: I think this place is great. The beauty of this location is the lack of interfacing with other pedestrian heavy areas, meaning people need to drive to get here and that makes it lack the crush of peak time foot traffic that your other Chipotles have. I've also had great and extremely fast service before. I ordered a DoorDash with 15 orders and checked 30 minutes beforehand to see if they received it. They did not but then it abruptly went through and they made the order in 15 minutes while also dealing with early lunch traffic. Everything was made correctly and packaged well.Many years ago I loved this location and I think it's still overall great. It's nestled remotely in the strip mall in its own area with plenty of parking and because it's in the suburbs it's not that busy compared to many other Chipotles. The food used to be consistently great to me, especially with large portion sizes. Also rarely had a wait time. I think over the past couple years, especially with COVID, maybe portion sizes have varied a bit more than I like. Sometimes I still do get huge burritos but sometimes it's not so impressive.

I just had an online order and when I got home my sofritas bowl was missing half the ingredients. I went back and they gave me a new bowl which was still missing the guacamole. When the very young manager took the bowl back I saw the young lady laughing and she proceeded to use her gloved hand to smash guacamole into the bowl. I am beyond furious because I paid 15.00 for food and service that was very incomplete and unsatisfactory. I will no longer use this location due to their terrible service and the manner in which they handled my request for my order to be corrected.

6:40pm 4/23 places order on DoorDash for a burrito bowl double chicken and received basically a bowl of rice with not even a quarter of a scoop of chicken. This bowls total was $26 dollars.Remember this is a DoorDash order- I get in my car to go to the store to have them correct the order. To add insult to injury, I walk in and wait my turn. I say Hello to the “girl” at the register and she just looks at me. I say “Hello” again… she continues to share at me with this blank face. I say Hello again…. Shares at me. And after about 5 seconds utters “what I believe” was a Hi. Fortunately, I assume the shift supervisor tapped her on the shoulder and tells her I got it. He looks at my bowl, no fuss- probably can see the lack of protein. WHICH WAS PAID FOR. And corrects my bowl.1. Orders on delivery app. Only to have to go to the store. Give people what they pay for.2. Unprofessional & rude “girl” at the register for check out.Do Better!

Terrible service, if you order for drive through pickup be prepared to wait in line for 20+ minutes. This has been our experience after the past 4 attempts. Maybe we have learned our lesson now.Bowls have significantly less food than any other Chipotle we have ever tried.

The person making my bowl literally put each ingredient in a single pile by itself.Sour cream in one end of the bowl, the cheese in the middle,and guacamole on the far end.No effort was made at spreading anything.Poured the salsa on top of the guacamole and not spreading anything.The chips were stale and as hard as rocks.We asked to have them replaced and the replacements were just as bad if not worse.Their ice machine didn’t work at the drink fountain.A little ice was given to you at the register.The dinning room was filthy.Food all over the floor,all over the top of every table.If you wanted anything approaching a clean table or chairs patrons had to clean them themselves.Trash was all over the condiment station.All trash cans were overflowing into the floor.Trash was piled up under the various cabinets in the dining room and under the drink machine.The smell was similar to a wet open trash can that needed cleaning..The health department needs to do a random inspection or just shut it down.

This place is usually good to us, mainly the morning people. But when you order during Night Shift, you risk getting your order completely wrong. Did a drive thru order and name on bag was right but we get home and food in bag was addressed to someone else and food was not right. I drove back to get it both redone and a refund since I had to go back for them messing it up. I get there and manager Vanessa says I can either get it redone or a refund which was ridiculous because they messed up not us. I went back before 9pm and half the stuff they had was out including tortillas and they had no want to make more since they had like 2 hours till closing. I asked for my food to be redone and manager was completely rude and annoyed for something her team did. Eventually my husband also got a refund online as well but beware ordering at night.

Ordered GrubHub hoping for a nice meal, but I guess that's too much to ask. An insane price for a burrito bowl with the wrong meat, no beans and essentially a bowl full of lettuce tossed with rice and salsa. Disappointing.

I ordered online for pickup and my bowl is half filled, I asked for extra rice and cheese which should fill up a good amount of the bowl when I barely got cheese at all. If we pay a lot of money for a slim selection of ingredients then we should at least get the amount we ask for

Horrible customer service...cashier Journee was not helpful and rude. There was an issue when using my rewards in my app. After several scans, the register would not take my reward. I requested help from the manager and was told that he couldn't be bothered at the moment. So I found the manager in the lobby doing an interview and had him come assist me at the register. While explaining to the manager what was going on, Journee tried to speak over me. End results, the manager took care of me so I could be on my way. After all the trouble & time, food wasn't the best. Chicken bowl lacked flavor.

I don’t know why I keep using this location. Placed an order for pick up went inside to pick it up wasn’t on the shelf. Waited for about 5 minutes before I said anything. Not one person asked if I needed help. The cashier took an order to the shelf and said the name on the bag I said no and gave her my name. She rolled her eyes and walked back to the cashier and started helping other customers. 15 minutes passed the “promised “ time they finally had it ready. With the wrong drink for my son and the burrito was not wrapped properly. Like how is this acceptable?The picture I added below is exactly how I took it out of the bag. Why does the service here keep getting worse?

We ordered five(5) quesadillas today at this Riddenhouse location. The Caucasian (fm) with red hair, was very rude. She did not want to or didn't know how to, prepare the food properly. When we injected suggestions, based on how we always received our order, we received huffing, sucking of teeth and attitude. Food was thrown into the containers with caused a mess outside the containers. We have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in all of our years patronizing this location. It's questionable whether we will return.

OMG! so annoyed! I literally order lettuce only got like five pieces and then I even paid extra to get chicken and only got 5 pieces of chicken. This is ridiculous. It’s mostly just rice and black beans. I tried calling no answer, which fun fact I use to work here and they let the phone ring. They don’t try to answer it at all even on slow days! This is a waste of money !

More of the same issues of online orders missing meats or little to no meat. I ordered on-line (1 Dec 2023) Carnitas and Carne Asada Bowl. When I got home, there were ABSOLUTELY NO Carnitas and forking of Carne Asada Steak; I was blown away and could not believe this was even a thing until I read previous reviews and saw this is a thing at this restaurant. Never again will I order from this restaurant; indeed, I will not make an online order. Apparently, one needs to go into Chipotle and SEE their food being made before you to ensure you are getting what you want and paying for; I am sick/mad that this is a thing for a $20 burrito bowl. I cut up a leftover steak from dinner a few nights ago to fill in with all the corn, cheese, and veggies. I hope the management at this location reads these comments and takes the appropriate action, as this is not a good look: poor Customer Service and Lack of Order Integrity, especially online ordering for meats. The food industry is grounded in trust; this is not what trust looks like and something I want to gamble with ingresting. v/r, Dr. K. King

This was the most disappointing experience we’ve ever had with chipotle. We ordered online today Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Attached is my online order, and pictures of the actual food we received. I would like to draw attention first to the fact that I spent $1.50 on chips, and then the images of how few chips were actually in the bag. Next, the fact that I ordered extra cheese on one of the bowls, and neither bowl had much of any cheese. Also, only the green salsa was ordered but the spicy red salsa was received, making the burrito almost too spicy to my taste. Finally, the bowls were about 90% rice with barely enough pieces of steak in each one to count on one hand. Of course we didn’t discover any of this until we were already home after a long day. There is no way these orders would have come out like this if we’d been allowed in to order in person. We feel the employees are taking advantage of the fact that there are no consequences to poorly made food. So long as we have no option but to order online, we will not be eating at chipotle again.

This location is disgusting! The serving line is full of spilled food. I watched an employee literally slide a customer’s bowl in a glob of sour cream that had spilled. The food was all cold (chicken, rice, peppers, queso) and it was clear the heating was turned off on the line.This location needs new management!

Don’t order from here. Order wasn’t ready until 25 min after confirmed pick up time. I ordered a steak bowl with chips and guac and was given 2 soft chicken tacos and containers of sour cream(clearly someone else’s order). When I went inside to get my order corrected they didn’t have enough steak, nor did they have sour cream or corn. Said I needed to request a refund jn the app. Tried to do so on the app and was told they couldn’t help. Left with no food and no refund.

Edit- 8 months later and the drink machine still has no ice. The place is dirty and employees are still rude. Whoever owns this location and manages this location truly does not care. It just keeps getting worse and worse. Deducted one of the two stars.If you like rude employees, dirty tables, stale chips, being rushed through the line to place your order even when they aren't busy and no ice for your drinks, this Chipotle is for you! It isn't a one-off experience either. It's the new norm for this location.Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids here. The place is disgustingly dirty.

Stopped here on a Friday night on our way to Virginia Beach. It was busy, but the staff was able to serve everyone quickly. The food was good and the servings were great! After things slowed down, the general manger (Aaron, I think his name was.) came out and walked around the restaurant speaking to customers and asking how the meal was. I thought the service and food were great!

Pure laziness. Ordered a large chip and guac, I expect a large chip and guac. They’re over here filling bags like Lay’s but without the air. Also, that doesn’t look like a quesadilla to me….looks like a squished burrito. Also didn’t come with the vinegarette either.

I use to go here at LEAST 3 times a week. Loveeee Chipotle. This location has gone downhill. Literally the last 5 times I’ve been they been out of multiple things, skimpy on the chicken. I stopped coming for a while because they never have vinaigrette and have went up on price but hardly no meat. For $8.10 for a chicken bowl I remember getting more then five pieces of chicken. I received a notification saying “haven’t seen you in a while here’s free chip and side. Went there today, They NEVER have the Vinaigrette! I literally had 10 chips in my bag. The didn’t have tops for the bowl they gave me this foil in the pic. They didn’t have guacamole and THEY didn’t have nothing but knives in the lobby to eat with. SMH. I give up…

Also the person at the drive thru does not know what customer service is. She was very rude. This chipotle location is going downhill.
