I love shopping at Kohl’s because the customer service is amazing and there’s always something new and exciting going on from new household decorations to clothing items on sale. Whether I’m shopping at the store or online I can always find something new and affordable. If something is wrong with your purchase they are quick to fix the issue and make sure as the customer you feel heard and supported. I’ve been shopping here for many years and will continue to do so because I love buying quality products at a reasonable price.

Kohl's is the store to shop for all your needs. I love shopping at Kohl's. They have such a large variety of everything you need. The sales people are very helpful, polite and efficient. The store is always clean and no clutter so you can see what you are looking for. I suggest that you shop at Kohl's sooner than later. You will not be diappointed.

Stopped in to do some Christmas shopping. Store not busy and still had lots to pick from.The reason for only 2 stars was the women's bathroom was awful. Toilets were filled and unflushed. Toilet paper scraps all over the floor. I had to do a little cleaning before I could use the toilet.Water spoiled all over the counters and paper towels left running over trash bins. I tried to tell staff but they were busy talking among themselves or at the front helping customers.

Kohl's had Sales, Sales, and Sales! I was not engaged in buying, but my wife was insistent that I upgrade my wardrobe since I had lost weight and was headed back into the office. This feel right down her alley...buy, buy, and buy! Lol 🤣 I fell into the trap and didn't even know it. There were all kind of shirts, slacks, more. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I got a big savings too by opening an account, from $500.00 to $300.00 in savings. Of course, I payed the charges off right then and there. I didn't need any bills hanging around for interest charges. To take added measures, I didn't give the card to my wife either. Thinking 🤔, uummmhh, that will keep charges down. I love this Kohl’s, even though it’s almost 45 minutes from my house! Today, I went in for two needed items and came out with those items plus a few other holiday bonuses! One male associate asked if I needed anything. When I asked another one for help, she led me directly to the product. I entered Sephora to get some moisturizer, and the wonderful cashier rang up all my products. I accidentally left a bag with two products at Sephora. Later in the day when I called to ask about the missing products, the store manager not only identified the products, but met me at convenient place close to my house so that I could receive the two products. That’s above and beyond the call of duty!

did a return at customer service and amazon. Both are seperate Kohls really isnt my choice place to shop. The lady at customer service was a bit rude while the lady at the amazon counter seemed to make up for it very polite and cordial. Always find kohls over priced On most items...

Just went into return an Amazon package and just did a little browsing. Lots of clearance racks, but sadly a lot of their clothing just doesn't appeal to me anymore. It wasn't very busy, so browsing was nice. I do love the fact that I can take back my Amazon returns there and not have to worry about mailing them back myself. I also got a 15% off coupon from the Amazon return desk to use in the store over the next few days.

Love the staff here, and especially in the women's department the clearance is really great. Most of the store is organized and tidy, but in almost every department the jeans and pants areas are a huge mess. Spotted this cluster of (broken?) Displays in the Juniors department, with some of it sticking out into the walkway. Definitely something that needs to be fixed for customer safety!

I tried calling the shoe Department but they keep putting me in hold. The lady who answered “customer service” I would assume asked how she could help and I informed her that I’m trying to get in touch with someone in shoes and that while I’m waiting the phone call keeps disconnecting me as I wait for an associate to answer. I talked to the lady three times and I asked her very nicely is there anyone that can help in the department at the moments, transfers me again to a hold.

The self checkout line and the regular line shouldn't be the same line... Just a suggestion. People were literally fighting about where to stand. It took almost 15 minutes for the 4 people in front of me to check out.

Shopping for a trip,hard to find things all spread out. The employees were rude. Stockers putting up merchandise. But in front of you. Not excuse themselves. I don't think I'll ever go back.
