Have used this Speedco for several years now. They are accommodating to me with my dog. Have performed several DOT inspections, oil changes, repairs and tire replacements. Never have had a problem and as efficient as other repair shops.

Poor costumer service.The guy at the desk told me I can leave and find other after I spend 3hours sitting in my truck and no one has fixed my tree tires. I was first at the line. He told me he waiting for my company to accepte the payment he send it that was a lie after I call my company they told me they didn’t receive anything from him. He got angry and told me I can leave. Three hours waiting and just went to see what’s going wrong and what kind of response I got. He act like he own this places. Others employers was very nice thanks

I arrived before they opened around 5:00 am, no issues. Pulled me right up to the bay around 6:05 am, and got right to work. They inform me of all the issues they found and explain what my options were. Excellent customer service, definitely recommended.

It was one of my favorite speedco until today. They finish making an oil change and when I'm out of the bay I detect an oil leak in the drainage nut. I ask that they tighten the nut more but they answer that they can't, the problem is with the nut. I drive to the nearest truck stop and I squeezed the nut myself with my tools and problem solved ....

Excellent experience! Sunday hours showed 8-8 on Love’s site. Rolled in around 6:30am to wait but they were open. As soon as the other tech arrived (7am) they pulled me in and was out at 8:10am. Jarrod was very helpful and detailed. Very happy!

Fast friendly service usually in and out under 90 minutes. Very convenient to find its right the interstate 81 exit 80Place is clean inside and out . There is a truck stop near byPlus a couple store with in walking distance

Amazing service super team! Although they are focused on trucks, they helped us out on our suv so that we could continue pur trip! The service and their help is very much appreciated! It was a Sunday afternoon, they were open and just got on it! 10min later we were back on the road!

I highly recommend not doing business with this shop. They replace just an AC compressor with our own part…3 hours!! Everything was done very slowly, the worker walked around the trailer, climbed the stairs one step, back and forth, back and forth. AC compressor - 3 hours, can you imagine? They took $604.10 for it, I was shocked! Never again in this shop, never! Lazybones and cheaters!!!🔊 anyone from Speedco or love headquarters hearing this problem?

These people are crooks, came in to replace an oil pan gasket on a series 60 Detroit & they handed me a bill for close to $500.00 3.4hrs labor & I had supplied the oil & gasket. I refused to pay the exhorbitant bill, I was willing to pay them 2.5 hrs just to settle the issue, the manager Bruce called the sherrifs dept, they came over and said it was a civil matter. Then Bruce said he would drain my oil & put old gasket back on, and said I would loose my new oil, w/o knowing I had a quick drain plug installed, but then said I had to pay him 1 hours labor for them to capture the oil into my gallons. Dont use this place they are crooks looking to rob the truckers. Speedco in Fort Chiswel VA. They are just a bunch of crooks. They had me wait 30 mins to bring truck into shop cause tech was on break, he drained the oil from my engine, & decided to go on lunch for 1 hour, when I complained about the wait they said the tech could use his discretion of when to take lunch. These people SUCK dont use them!!!Bill Molina

It's amazing what they charge. Aller in the afternoon make change of oil in this place and now in the morning check and it turns out that they did not put the lid where the oil is poured or simply did not tighten it enough, as if the 305 dollars they charged were not enough . dexeccionante. Avoid this place or check so that it does not happen to me

These guys are the best! The customer service is top notch! Speedco always does a good job but it really matters that the employees enjoy what they do and know how to do it - and it shows! Speedco always has long lines of big rigs and the wait times are long but worth it! These guys accommodated our RV (we always have to drive in the opposite direction since our motor is in the rear) they held our place in line, got us in within 2 hours. We got there before they opened, we were there a total of 5 hours, sounds like a long time, but that’s about average. Luckily we can stay in the RV so we were right at home! Thanks guys for the fantastic work and attention to detail! BTW we’re the ones with the real clean motor you were admiring!

Avoid this place! Very unprofessional. No leadership, and mechanics sit in front of you and talk sht about other mechanics. Bunch of lazy azz kids. One mechanic was asked to change tires on truck that had been sitting here for 6 hours! He said it was Tuckers assignment to repair, let him do it when he comes back from his break with his boyfriend. Complete shtshow of a shop! Should be renamed Slowco!
