Love shopping at CVS on Greensboro Rd., Martinsville, VA because the staff is friendly and very helpful. They are fast and efficient when checking you out. Lisa in the drive-thru window is the BEST!! Ashley the pharmacist is very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you have the best possible options for your medicine. Also love the CVS rewards.

I called ahead from the hospital my husband had had a heart surgery we needed to pick up six medications but they had to be transferred from the hospital to CVS the lady I talked to at CVS said there was no problem they would call Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Winston-Salem North Carolina. I give them the number and have the medicines transferred when we got to the pharmacy a young black girl waited on me and said they hadn't received a fax from the hospital yet and that it would be the next day before we could get the medications my husband needed them that night and we called way ahead of time to get this done so I kept standing there and she said what else do you need I said my husband has to have his medications and then she said well the pharmacist is on the phone talking with them now you can go over and sit in a chair and wait if you want and was very smart acting when she spoke to me so I went and sit down eventually the pharmacist come up to the counter and I tried to tell him what was going on I didn't know his name he was not wearing a name tag and I just said because I'm a southerner I called him sweetie when I started to tell him what was going on and he said I'm not a sweetie I said well you're not wearing a name tag and I don't know your name and he said again my name is not sweetie my name is Mark I started to walk off and the pharmacist said oh you're not going to talk to me now. so my husband walked up and tried to tell him too that he needed his medications and he said y'all coming in here at 7:00 and we closed at 8:00 and I said I called hours ahead from the hospital to have this took care of and my husband said is there anyway that I could get just two of these medications so I can make it till the next morning and he just kind of stood there and looked at us and then said yeah so after that we were both discussed with the whole situation and we left my daughter happened to have one of the medications that he needed so she give him hers to take that night and we went back the next morning and picked them up at the drive-thru window the young man that waited on us was very nice and I thought well at least they have one nice person working in this Pharmacy. I would not recommend anybody going to this Pharmacy to get anything because of how hateful we were treated.

Cvs here is great the only thing I have anything to say is the drive through is always packed and a long line so I have to go inside and that sucks cause I have twins and I have to get them out and all that but the people that work at the cvs are friendly and great

When I went to CVS (Greensboro Road) tobpick up my two prescriptions today, I saw a sign posted near the drive-thru window showing other OTC meds so I asked if they had CVS cough drops in the Pharmacy. The clerk said “we don’t sell cough drops back here.” I was surprised and disappointed that no offer to go get the cough drops off the store counter was made. The customer service at this location needs great improvement—many of my friends have remarked about how unfriendly the personnel are—and I witnessed it first-hand today. What a missed marketing opportunity!At Walgreens (across the street), they were quick to get the cough drops and even asked if they could get any other meds off the counter for my convenience.

I called the pharmacy and asked about transferring prescriptions back to this store because I had moved them to Church St because they were closer. The service there was horrible so I wanted to switch back. The pharmacy tech who answered the phone rudely said you can't switch back. I said I wasn't told that when switching. She again rudely answered that she was sure they told me . She kept rambling on and yes I hung up on her. I was just so frustrated from both CVS pharmacies that I just couldn't listen to it anymore. I switched to Walgreens. They were more than happy to switch my prescriptions over.
