If you want your deli order on time just remember they think pick up times are a “suggestion”… the lady rolled her eyes at me when I was ON TIME for my order that was placed days prior; thinking that “I am Sorry, we had other orders” would fix their poor time management! I have not had any issues from them in the past, but the eye roll was enough to put me in a fury! Nonetheless, the assistant manager was good and hopefully handled them justly! I would rate lower if it wasn’t for the wonderful service I received from the manager, checkout staff, and the really nice Bakery lady!

Prices are higher than the other grocery stores in town.Staff for the most part are ok. It doesn't hurt or cost anything to smile and greet people it's just to the point that everyone knows Marion is a dying town and noone wants to be here or work for ppl that think they are better than everybody

Wonderfully stocked shelves. I was able to find what I was looking for without any problems at all. The checkout staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. It is comparable in price to the Walmart just across the parking lot, but manage to keep shelv3s stocked and doing it with a smile on their faces.

Paid $13 for a pound of deli Turkey. I asked for it thin sliced on a 2, but it was a bag of turkey crumbles. When I expressed concern that something seemed wrong with the product, the young clerk said “that’s just how our meat is”. I took it home, but ended up giving it to the dog and had to repurchase my daughter’s lunch meat at my usual store. So much for trying new😒 The cashiers up front were friendly though.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager was the rudest person I have ever met. We stopped in while on a camping trip. Yes, we were dirty, we had been hiking all day. But when we were checking out, I ask for a couple packs of cigarettes, the cashier got them, the first pack rang up normal, the second pack rang up over 8.00. She ask him why, SHE ask him, not me, he responded, “well, if they don’t like it they can go somewhere else to get their tobacco”. He was very loud. I tried to be nice, but he wouldn’t stop, he just kept on.We used to shop there when we lived in Marion. I had never been treated so badly.

my boss and I frequent their daily for the lunch special never have I been able to get such quantity for the price with regard to a quick and easy lunch. for $7 it's unmatched quality and quantity.

Tbh not the best place in town for grocery shopping because of prices but it's conveniently located near Walmart. You won't have to was gas and time going down the road just to get this that or the other. There is one thing they do amazingly some days is make amazing ready-to-go meals for 6 dollars at the deli. It's set up like a cafeteria and maybe 3 days out of the week they have some amazing foods.

Went in and it was 10:15 am looking for fried chicken. Other places across the road didn't have it,but Ingles did , and it was delicious and fresh. I will remember this and they will get my business, because you can get exellent fried chicken early. Great people!

I just like Ingles. It was a tad expensive but weekly sales are good. In the area and thought I'd check their ground espresso prices. Didn't carry my preferred brand but found an alternative.

Has THE BEST PRODUCE, FRESHEST I'VE SEEN. CRISPY FRESH, SALADS, STRAWBERRY, GRAPES,... POTATOES, SAVE MONEY CUZ YA WONT HV TO THROW HALF AWAY AS AT OTHER PLACES , ROTTEN ALREADY!!! I HATE THAT. AND BLESS THEM, AT COUNTER, JUST LIKE IF YOU WERE BAGGING FOOD FOR HOME THEY KNOW , CAN STUFF TOGETHER ASK THEM TO DBLBAG THEM IF U WANT, FRUIT, VEG, FRIG STUFF BAG TOGETHER, MEATS TOGETHER. MANAGER IS GREAT ! PLACE SO CLEAN.. ASK AND YOU WILL GET HELP WITH ANYTHING IN STORE CASHIER'S ARE EXTRA PROFESSIONAL AND FUN AND CARING AT SAME TIME. LOVE THEM ALL.... On a trip that I must take twice a year to move my son in and out of his dorms. Where traveling always brings some wrong turn, or anything else that could go wrong, This was such a friendly and polite place, that would make you feel as though nothing has gone terribly wrong. The manager was very caring and understanding, and Western Union could use someone like him in customer care! He's a perfect fit for his position.

Wide variety of all items. Great sales. Grilled chicken salads are the best! The chocolate glazed donuts are my "guilty pleasure." Lol. Aisles are wide, clear of clutter & store is always spotless. Employees greet you, ask if you need help. Will take you to the item if u can't find it. Are always greeted @ register & thanked for shopping there.

This is a nice little srore. Everything is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The big draw for me though, is that they have a surprisingly good selection of tea I have not been able to find at other stores in the area.

We go by when traveling thru the area to stop by and pick up fresh homemade goodies. They make their own deserts onsite. Apple fritters, cookies, etc. All so yummy. This store may be older but it is spick and span clean and so neat and tidy. I wish we had a store close by to us like this one. The fruits and veggies looked fresh also. The employees are so nice and friendly.

The cashier's are really nice, they are always smiling and polite, they also are very helpful when asking them questions . I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they have less of a variety on food items and are a little more expensive compared to other grocery stores

We travel to Marion Virginia every fall and always shop at Ingles. The store is always so clean and the staff so helpful. Today Keith really went out of his way to help me solve a problem! I will always choose Ingles!!!

Good CSR service, with friendly faces - however, the management tend to raise their voices at the CSR's for the smallest of reasons, and it is uncalled for. Otherwise, the store looks friendly, good variety of grocery, and I love their fruit!!

The prices are high unless they are having a sale and then you can find some pretty good deals. The store is clean (although the lighting is really depressing in my opinion) and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Ingles is a great place! Clean stocked shelves,they don't try to shove the store brand down your throat, a whole lot cheaper than food city, found that out this weekend, definitely going back.
