Awesome service, bought a Scag zero turn lawn mower that we are very happy with. Sal showed us how to use everything on the mower before we left, and was able to deliver the mower the day that we purchased it. Bonus stars for the cutest puppy salesman ever.

Had some issues two years in a row. Disappointed mower delivered left out in rain in driveway not even on driveway pad in pouring rain. Not even a doorbell rung or knock at door. Request simple service n returned both times in unserviceable condition, one with a oil leak n recently; deck or blades not level n gauging grass. Hopefully they will fix it and i will update review once its in working order. Sincerely disappointed n unhappy with the level of detail and customer service. However Sal was gracious enough to immediately rectify the issues and held his service department accountable. But upon return for the last time come to find out my blades werent replaced or sharpened. Dont know what annual service cost 500$ and returned like that. Never again.

Recently purchased a Yanmar SA324 from this establishment. The process literally took minutes. Signed some paperwork (like two or three pages), they went over basic SAFE operation and how to maintain my warranty, I loaded up the tractor and was gone.
