Had a water pipe leak involving a water softener and called MEP for assistance. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday, they had an on-call technician at my door in less than an hour. Tommy was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional as we had expected due to our previous experiences with MEP. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do and why, and left us feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the work he did. Thanks go out to Tommy and the office staff that we initially spoke to for a job well done. We learned of other services that MEP offers and will be setting up an appointment very soon for maintenance and service on the water conditioner.

Brad replaced a crucial part of our air conditioning unit and was a great technician overall. He kept us informed of what he was doing and ensured the areas in which he was working were clean afterwards. Before leaving he ensured our doors were even locked. We had electrical issues, where the lights were flickering, going out, and sizzling in the panel box. We've only been here a year and Orville came out and found the issue quickly. Wires had not been screwed down as they should've been and some wires were burned!! Thank God for His protection because a fire could've started. Orville finished someone else's job!! and he was professional and knowledgeable. I was greatly satisfied with the service.

Greg did a terrific job! We had received a questionable prognosis about our HVAC from a different company. I called MEP to get a second opinion. Greg was at my house within two days and gave me a very realistic diagnosis and a much more manageable approach to fixing it. The quote MEP gave us saved us $2,000. When I called the schedule, Greg was back out again within two days. He took his time, was thorough, kept me informed of everything he was doing and new issues he noticed as he worked. He helped me install a new digital thermostat (that probably would have taken me hours) in about 20 minutes. My system is running noticeably better already! MEP was easy to reach, quick to schedule, and provided great customer service. Greg was prompt, thorough, polite and did a great job.

We had two visits from MEP - one for System check and ecobee installation and one for fixing a blocked gas valve. From Cat to Greg to Ashe the service and coordination was as it should be. Greg and Ashe were super friendly, helpful and explained each step. Cat ensured we were informed about the process and the status of replacement parts. Would call MEP anytime again - 5 star service. He was also incredibly patient and clear in explaining and demonstrating the important things I need to know to take care of and run the units correctly. We will probably decide to do the twice-annual maintenance plan with MEP based on this experience.

I have an annual maintenance contract with MEP. It is the best money I have spent on our home! Today, Wayne came to flush out the hot water heater. I was so pleased to see he uses vinegar as his cleaning agent (a good cleaner and environmentally safe)! And Wayne is the nicest guy! Very thorough in his work and takes pride in what he does. After Wayne, Greg arrived to do the Spring HVAC tune up. Another really nice guy who takes pride in his work! It is wonderful to work with professionals who are courteous (they both called before they arrived) and care about their work. Ashenafi (Ashe) was great! I really appreciate that he figured out why the main floor air conditioning was not cooling properly (incorrect connections). My dog definitely appreciated having the air conditioning working correctly this past summer!Also, Tom Terrell did an amazing job fixing a warranty repair on my new house. About a week ago, a company van from this business started parking in front of my house for no reason. I called this company and asked them to please request the driver move the van to an open parking lot, and nothing has changed. The van is back and out front of my house yet again. Very unprofessional and annoying.

I had the HVAC system examined in our new house, as we were having problems with unequal temperatures on different floors.Our service technician Ashenafi was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He took the time to explain the system and what I needed to check periodically, as he did a basic check of both units.
