Nice little store and good priced gas but the bathroom is a whole different story. There is no effort put into this bathroom other than it being cleaned. Using a slurpee cup to keep the toilet brush?!! What the heck?!! Not cool!! Not cool at all. The bathroom is cheaply set up unlike other 7-Elevens.

This is one of the bigger 711s I've been to which means more selections available. Store is always clean with product neatly organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially like that they keep a plethora of the baked in house cookies packaged 2 for'$1.00. I gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.

On Tuesday May 3, 2022. I went to buy a few stuff at around 11 PM and the gentleman that was on the register was really nice. He was so helpful and went out of his way to help me understand the rewards and points in the 7-Eleven app.

I come here because it’s close to home. 7 of my last 9 visits I can’t get gas without being prompted to see cashier, regardless of which card I use. I officially give up on this location.

This is the 7/11 nearest to my home so I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s neither the best or the worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to, but tonight was my worst experience ever.Both of the employees weren’t native English speakers which I usually don’t care about being a non-native English speaker myself, but the point where I start caring is when they don’t even understand their own store promotions. They’ve got the $1 any size cold brew coffee, however they insisted on charging me $1.99 because I had mixed the creamer with the coffee and it looked like their pre-made iced coffee. I told them I was happy to re-make the coffee and prove them I did in-fact use their cold brew for my drink, but they were just plain rude and started talking in Hindi, making me feel like I was wrong for claiming their promotion or like I was trying to steal from the store or something by not wanting to pay the extra dollar. This ended up by a few awkward moments of the older employee looking down at me as I waited for the other employee who had gone back to the store to check the flyer for the promotion. At the end, I simpathetically asked the older employee how could I avoid this type of confusion in the future, if they would like me not to mix the creamers with the coffee so they’re able to see this is their cold brew, and instead of them appreciating my patience and calmness during this whole experience, he keeps up the attitude, talks in Hindi with his co-worker, shakes his head and says “ok, whatever, it’s gonna be a $1.10 then” .Honestly, this type of employee behavior is unacceptable. I’m not sure if the older man is the manager of this store, but I certainly wish him and any other employees were a little more educated on their own promotions, I mean there was even a banner of it on the front of the store. In terms of the horrible customer service, I know one can’t have it all and 7/11 employees are known for their horrible attitudes, but again, I wish they at least knew about their own promotions. It would’ve made my trip faster and less unpleasant.

Being that I had an issue with a cup of coffee that I got at another 7-Eleven on my way to work this morning and didn't realize until I was moving along and looked down and those coffee in the bottom of my cup holder found out that there was a defective cup did not have time to turn around walked into the next 7-Eleven I could being the one that is at signal view drive. Manassas park Virginia. When I walked up to the counter to show the employee whoever he was that there was a problem with the cup being defective and I honestly have no had no problem paying what little bit of change that the cup itself is worth because I had gotten a coffee somewhere else but the employee decided it was him to take it upon himself to tell me what I can and can't do so I got a little irritated with that person of course and I threw a dollar bill at him which is probably far more than the cup was actually worth but you know what it just shows me the mentality of employees at 7-Eleven or through 7-Eleven obviously you don't have to have a brain very much of one anyway in order to own a franchise

Be careful when you buy multiple items here. There is new lady works here she made mistake and she knew it but she never say anything until I have to check my receipt and tell her she charged me more than I purchased. I have to open the bag and show her how many items that I purchase line by line. They never say sorry or anything. I just want to make sure everyone did get charge more. Thanks

The best 7-11 in Manassas. I legitimately just drove past 7 of them to come here for lunch just to drive past the other 7 back to my jobsite plus blueberry coffee 😎
