The prices are great, no doubt. But the quality is fairly low and the store is a mess. Things scattered about and aisles too tight to walk down, half the time. But all of the employees were pretty nice and if you're looking for something cheap and quick, there you go.

T J Maxx was open late last night til 11 pm for us last minute Christmas shoppers. Greatly appreciated since I too work at a store in another shopping center, so having a little downtime to rest and eat before shopping there was great. Associates were friendly as they zoomed through the store straightening and reshelving goods so I had a neat clean shopping experience. Only section of store light on items was toys of course but I was impressed with how well stocked shelves were on the Saturday before Christmas, thanks to these associates hard work. They made announcements every 15 minutes before closing which is extremely helpful because I was shopping for multiple gifts, but get mesmerized in some sections of the store so the time reminders helped me making it to all the sections I needed to explore and complete 90% of the Christmas shopping I set out to do. Everything I purchased was 40% to 75% off the regular retail price compared to buying off online sites or other stores. I got a good mix of beauty, fragrance, apparel, and specialty food items. Associates were quick to open registers so there was no long wait for check out and associates were decked out in Christmas gear. Manager had beard fully decked out to look like green Christmas tree! This place has nearly everything and more to explore. I needed to visit more often because the inventory always changes here. Thanks for completing most of my shopping needs! Merry Christmas!

Love the prices and selection. But as Christmas approaches they're slammed. They had plenty of registers open, plenty of cashiers. Just so many people there the line was over 100 people long! The deals are so good we waited in the line anyway lol

Tj Maxx always has the best deals. They have great prices of handbags, shoes for women, hair care Products, and Homegoods. I always find something whether I need the item or not. Lol. The fitting rooms are now open which is great bc they used to be closed. They only have one set of registers at the parking lot side of the store. They removed the registers in the back of the store at the mall entrance. I think that sucks bc the lines in tjmaxx stay longggg.

Great place to shop. Decor, clothing, purses, kitchen items, ect. I frequent here as much as I can afford too! Only draw back is LONG lines. However, they always have several cashiers to make it go quicker.Pro tip: shop during the week. The chaos is lessened by half, the lines are a little shorter, and the store has been reorganized from the weekend rush.

Really the most productive TJ Maxx store. Product selection is wider than most. I think not so many stores around the Lynchburg area so the chain can sneak other brands in easily. Happy shopping

The store itself is well stocked and there is a great variety at relatively affordable prices, but the manager there makes me feel sorry for employees of that franchise. On several occasions I have witnessed her talking down and often raising her voice. Not the most professional, but it is overall a nice location

I like this store! They have a variety of clothing shoes etc for decent prices however when I went in for the tax free weekend the 5th they didn't have as much product as they did at Christmas time! Still a great store though!

TJ Max is always a great place to find decent clothes but at this store in particular they’re extremely pushy about the store credit card (which is a terrible deal). After finishing scanning they gave me a 1.5 minute speech before they’d let me pay even after I said no several times.

T.J. Max is usually quite busy, and was on Black Friday. It is a good place to find things for those who you don't know what buy. Myself, I Love the Belgium Chocolate which is usually on sale.

Merchandise is jammed together. Hard to get through the aisles with a cart. Impossible for people in opposite direction to pass in aisle. I walked out 2 minutes after going in. Wasn't impressed.

Always love this store. They move us right along in the checkout line and never complain about returns. I usually going in buy several items and return the ones that don't fit and never have to feel guilty about doing that. They always have a smile and greet me with respect. And the restroom is always clean. They're one of the few stores in the mall that have a public restroom. And enjoy the separate entrance so you don't have to go in through the mall entrance.
