I brought my dog in for his routine groom visit with Jennifer, and as always I was beyond pleased. My dog, Blaze, and I are always greeted with friendly faces and greetings. I wanted Blaze's hair to be cut shorter than his usual cut, and Jennifer worked her amazing magic and made Blaze look wonderful! The store looked amazing too! It looks more organized than ever!

Just took my 4 month old labradoodle to see Jennifer W. She was so great and made our sweet pup look like a brand new puppy. His cut was great and he smells amazing. She was able to clean his ears and pluck them (which he desperately needed) and worked with him and didn’t rush. I am so thrilled and have already booked our next visit.

Great Groomer - Jennifer ! She listened and had read my notes from my online booking. She gave me a great consult to make sure she provided me with the service I wanted !She called me mid-service to discuss how I wanted to proceed with a slight issue she discovered. She gave me positive reassurance of how she would advise but ultimately gave me the options to continue or stop service. I chose to continue based on her professionalism and honest feedback.The results were great and I will be back for Jennifer’s services !

It was a very efficient process and they made great recommendations of what services I should get for my dog even though it was cheaper than what I had originally booked. Plus their recommendations were great and the health of my dog's skin was definitely improved after her both and some additional treatment they gave her.

My dog needed to be groomed, and I think he was cut so short due to matting. I am very happy that we went to Petco and with the groom, I just wish they had more time to talk to me about the grooming and care of my pet

Jason at the Lynchburg VA store did an excellent job with my Rennee (3 year old Chihuahua)..my first time having nails done here it’s usually at Vets office but they aren’t doing nails right now...the nails looked better than ever done before and he was gentle with her and very kind...we will go back Thanks to Jason!!!!
