Nowadays I judge retailers by their compliance to covid-19 regulations. Employees and customers wore masks and there was social distancing at the check-out lines. The cashier was friendly.Covid-19 is over, but this store is still kept clean, and the employees are still friendly.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful. I asked for a particular item the store apparently no longer carries. I was walking around and heard from one aisle over her cussing vulgar and disrespectful. Her name tag was turned around so I do not know her name Aug 11 10:45 wards Rd.

If I need to run to Dollar General, I always try to go to this one. It is cleaner than other DG stores, has wide aisles, is well organized, and has a larger variety of products. Best Dollar General I've been to. Around Christmas time, I especially appreciate their selection of gift wrapping supplies and decorations - I've found some really nice looking things at great prices. I've shopped here for party supplies, kitchen products, clothing, snacks, seasonal items, and more. Highly recommend for dollar store needs.

They are always nice to me , they help with as much as they can. I do miss Tasha tho, although she has become manager at another location. She was such a great vibe forward this place. But Maggie is awesome too.

I normally enjoy this Dollar General, so I hope I am confused because this is my visit yesterday and my visit was today the visit I had today at the Amherst dollar General the one at Avalon Amherst center where Food Lion is I was very surprised usually the ladies in the store are very nice but there were three or four of them in a circle around the front of the store pointing at cars and then talking about somebody leaving their paperwork and coupons and leaving list and they were having a good old-fashioned gossip session accompanied my finger pointing and discussion about something that happens and weren't paying a bit of attention to me as a customer I'm hoping that this is the wrong store because normally the ladies at the store are very nice though these were the normal ladies that were there I was just surprised to see them so unattentive to the front they were so intent on staring out the front window and whatever it was they were talking about I think you could have carted the whole store out in front of them they wouldn't have noticed

They have a nice store it's big. Nice selection of things to choose from. But they didn't have rubber bands when I went in there and that's what I needed. I didn't want to take a trip to walmart. I was disappointed they didn't have what I needed. And they need more cashiers. The one they have moved pretty slow no sense of urgency at all. If you are in a hurry then dont go because you will be waiting in line for a bit.

Today I went into Dollar General which I don't do very often most time I go to Family Dollar for whenever I need but it was just more convenient today. I went in to purchase some clothes washing products I found a big liquid washing soap that said it could be used for 85 loads original price for an item this big is $5 I bought it today for $3.95. Wasn't expecting to catch a deal but blessed that I did

The best price for McDonald's coffee even beats out Walmart. One of my go to spots for household supplies great deals. However the parking lot is filthy and their grass bushes exterior is horrific. I'm not sure what the problem is but they are growing as a business and expanding they should keep their premises presentable.

Good place to find some cheap deals. However, it could use some grounds keeping and the floors always look dingy. But that might be from the store being around as long as it has been. Make sure to watch their clearance section, as it rotates fairly often.

I highly recommend going to a different store if possible. There parking lot can be difficult to get into due to it being on a busy corner. Had a very negative experience in this store with an associate and I'm guessing the manager.Been here a few times and they are usually understaffed and allow long lines to build up before anyone else comes to help.One time I had to wait 10min for them to unlock the ice bin and give me my purchase. Although the customer behind me was attended to immediately when they purchased cigarettes, which consisted of the same amount of work.The manager was very rude when he came to help his associate and not willing to understand that I had already went through line and wanted to make me wait instead. If your driving then it's worth the gas and time to go elsewhere.

The associate at the cash register was friendly as she spoke to customers upon entering and exitingthe store. Store was in a disarray as they are remodeling and/or stocking. The big carts with boxes made it difficult to maneuver a shopping cart down the aisles.

They really need more staff, security, and help at that store. Especially in the mornings when the truck arrives for resupply. Friendly and helpful staff and good variety of goods.👍

The store has a small selection but they usually have the items I'm looking for. Customer service is great. They greet you as you enter.

They have some of the best prices around. I love dollar general prices. But they need to maintenance their shrubs and clean the parking lot and floors.

I just have to be honest, I feel sorry for the workers, the store can be full and there's one cashier and you can tell that they're burnout and frustrated, Dollar General hire some help, don't be scared to spend a dollar!

I bought for 36 bucks of cheap useful items I wouldn't necessarily have found elsewhere for that price. You can find that type of store about everywhere, and I love it.
