Minus 5 stars for this terrible pharmacy. They are rude and inefficient. I'm telling you, you don't want to use this pharmacy. You will get no help, no explanations and nothing but pure rudeness. Also, they do not accept Good Rx for medications for pets, even if humans take the very same meds. I changed pharmacies hoping to get efficiency and better customer service. I made a big mistake. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

1-27-24 I attempted to purchase a money order for $302 and handed the manager on duty 12:30pm $305 who rang up a $305 money order. She accepted no responsibility at first and proceeded to have me take the money order and refund me the difference. I explained no I need the exact amount I asked for. She still had my money in her hand and when I asked for it back she wouldn't respond. I explained further that I don't wish to purchase anything here now. I again ask for my money back and no she said until she figures it out. I still hadnt even seen the money order and she continued to not give me my money back. She calles someone who also said give him his money back. A kind lady attempted concern herself as she said she works at a cvs. I was visibly shaking now and she wouldn't give me my money. I explained I will press charges and call 911 if needed to get my money out of your hand and exit the store. She said her job is on the line. Not my problem and she dropped my money on the counter finally. And said she doesn't care who I call.

This is not the first time I have picked up liquid medication for my two year old and there is no Syringe in the bag. Unacceptable, how am I supposed to be able to give the proper amount of medication like this. I shouldn't have to drive all the way back to CVS to get a Syringe do better because this is ridiculous!

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star…..Inside the store is ok but that pharmacy the customer service is horrible the older lady with the wig (African American) has the most unpleasant, non empathy, no patience, unprofessional attitude… she was beyond rude. This isn’t the first time. And the other girl (African American) she was frustrated but eventually turned it around and got it together and end up saving the day…but after this I will no longer use cvs on langhorne. I will have all my prescriptions moved to another location!

Got stuck behind a person for about 20 minutes in line, just for me to pull up and say they closed now and the computer locked out. Until CVS stops the immoral and inhumane practice of denying people their necessary medication and allows its managers and pharmacists to override the lockout, I won't change this rating. Yeah, I'm pi$$ed, why? Because I don't have my medicine that makes me not.

Came through drive thru to get cold medicine and the lady at the drive thru around 6 today was rude and told me I had to come inside to get. The reason I came through the drive thru is because I didn't want to get anyone sick. There wasn't anyone behind me in line.

I was there to receive a scheduled vaccine. I had a short wait, but the young man that provided the vaccine was very pleasant. The process was quick and painless.

I’m not sure what’s going on with their pharmacy but the last few times I have gotten refills I have had to transfer it to another CVS or call to see why there is a couple days delay with my prescription.. they don’t call/ notify you when they don’t have a med in stock. I only stuck with them because they are close to my home but i will be using another pharmacy.. too many issues.

Pharmacy is terrible now. Always a long wait either inside or at drive thru. They used to be on top of things...not sure what happened in the last month or 2, but I think it's time for me to change my pharmacy after years of using them.

I came in here to pick up insulin prior to calling at 8 they said they have it ready in 45 mins I come they didn't say they close at 1:30 pm for the rest of the day so make sure if u go to this pharmacy that there opened .

The bathrooms were filthy at this location. No toilet paper, no soap, a strong smell of urine, what appeared to be urine soaked paper in a wad on the floor. I’m disappointed in this pharmacy.

CVS on Langhorne rd is trash and has to be the worse pharmacy ever, they transferred my prescription to another store (not a CVS store) without my consent is that even legal? then was rude about it.

If I could rate them no star, I would! This is the worst pharmacy in Lynchburg. They lose prescriptions that are sent from doctor offices and when you call them to ask questions, no one picks up the phone.

This pharmacy does not stock my prescription and does not want to. Several months a year for 2 years they call me to tell me it has to be ordered and will take 2 weeks so they’ve sent it to another location. I’ve asked if they would stock it and they essentially tell me that they’re not interested.PICK ANOTHER LOCATION!
