I had a hypotensive episode while in the store. Vicki House and Mr Jett took care of me. They gave me a place to sit and made sure I was okay. And neither one of them would accept thanks for "being a normal person." This store definitely cares about their customers. I found myself wishing to befriend them both.

Runs on nepotism, favoritism, gossip, backstabbing, and corruption. Some consider themselves vigilantes and some feel really sorry for themselves because their parents are dead. Others steal food and pallets.

Went in today for a simple return, turned out horrible. Shirley, had rude remarks towards something that should have been done simple, and she tried hiding her name so I do highly bet she is not only was rude to me here on experience but to other customers as well. She needs to reconsider working somewhere else possibly solitary or alone and not with people. I don’t recommend coming here .

Pick up service was GREAT!!!! Order groceries on line was in a time crunch to be back at my house for an online meeting but, needed to shop to cook for the next day off of work, they had what I needed exchanged confirmation for items they was out, and pick up was quick and easy!!! Made it back to the house for my meeting on time and was able to cook GREAT JAMAICAN OX TAILS for my friend!!!!

Good option, staff is friendly. One concern, the prepared food in the deli area should be changed out more often as there were several snacks with mold.

The associates were very helpful and pleasant. The deli was closed, but it was late. We found everything else except the Claussen pickles. Judging from what I've read , that is not Food Lion's fault. Also the restroom was nice.

Exceptionally courteous staff who asked me if they could help me find anything, as I was vaguely looking around. In one instance a young lady checked with her coworker for the proper information before leading me directly to the product I was looking for (quinoa). A very nice experience for this 84-year old shopper!

Clean neat place to food shop with plenty of parking and attentive staff. Best soda and produce for a local chain store. Often in store specials make it even more wise to shop there. I love the choice of smaller carts to help make food shopping more pleasant!When you want a better level of shopping, try this store!

The Kilmarnock store discriminated Against an individual earlier this morning due to his chronic health condition, he was asked to leave because of his chronic health condition which is not his fault he was diagnosed with this since childhood, when He was workin very hard in attempt to get things done, Is this the image of Food Lion now?

They keep forgetting to make sure I get my last bag. I literally get home and have to drive back and they've already put the items back... With the price of gas and groceries this adds up fast...

Why have a 12 items or less line, if you let people with WAY more than 12 items go through it.It happens EVERY TIME I go.Today it was near the lunch rush and they had 4 lines open total (which is actually a lot for them), one of them was the 12 item or less line. I saw a guy start to go in the line with 3 items and he just shook his head. The people checking out had a FULL large cart. Their total with discounts and coupons was over 168.00!!!!!!!!!WHY BOTHER HAVING A 12 ITEM OR LESS LINE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ENFORCE IT.I have 30 minutes for lunch. I came in to grab something to go and wasted 15 minutes in the 12 items or less line. RIDICULOUS!

My favorite store to shop at, and I love my MVP card save on special deals every little bit helps. Been shopping at Foodlion in Kilmarnock every since the store first opened and it's a beautiful store especially with the new remodel!!

I am not keen on Food Lion to begin with & this store has had problems with perishable food in the past. I shop here on a need to basis but generally travel with a ice chest to buy elsewhere. The staff seems to be trying but the store needs a facelift & to be able to offer more.

Food Lion pickup is terrible and doesn’t work. It would be great if they allowed the customer an option to pick a day and time further out in the week to order and pick up food. Very user unfriendly
