Service: 1/10GET YOUR PEOPLE SOME HELP. You can't hire anyone paying the lowest wages possible. It's literally a slap in the face saying I'd pay you less if it were legal.Cleanliness: 8/10Clean, yes. But cluttered as all get out. Your employees can't stick shelves AND tend to customers when there's only 3 of them at any given time. Corporate needs to do better, way too much room for improvement it's shamefulStaff: 10/10Ten out of ten because they're busting their backs for an ungrateful company that pays them peanuts while they work themselves to deathAtmosphere: 5/10It's not a cozy place to hang out, just for a quick shopping trip for things you may have forgot at WalmartBusy: 5/10Usually not too busyValue: 7/10Reasonably priced Overall, but quality is usually lacking, you get what you pay forOverall: 6/10Not my favorite company to give my money to since they don't use it to improve anything about the store. NO SELF CHECKOUT IS NOT A GOOD INVESTMENT. Investing in your good employees IS.

There where no Christmas lights no pillows casses very little shaving razor choices no gallon water no fresh steep cat litter I was wondering if they had any thing I needed so I left very upset.

The two employees were busy stocking the shelves so I had to wait about 45 seconds for the cashier to come and ring up my purchase. I understand that is a job that needs to be done but compared to a c-store 45 seconds means you don't go back there next time. I was glad that they didn't ask me to donate money to anything this time.

Store is messy and aisles are blocked. BUT, cashier helped me diffuse a situation where kiddo wanted a toy and the answer had to be no. No tears or tantrums. Couldn't believe it! Really appreciate that she took the time to help.

The staff a Dollar General in Hot Springs work very hard to accommodate the population of our small town of Hot Springs. Missy and her staff go above and beyond to keep the store in top-notch shape. You should be so proud of the manahers and staff there. Patti

Alway short staff,every day stuff changes location,the staff is hard to tell except this young man payden had great costomer ethics.

At first, I was very concerned that a chain dollar store would be entering out local economy. But I would be lying if I didn't say it has been a total lifesaver at times! The closest Wal-Mart is about 35 minutes away and this helps us get through the week. Always good deals, but watch for when things go on cleareance for the real wins!

Is pretty convenient...is one of the few stores at the area. Is cheaper than the nearby supermarket.From milk ,wine,cereal,spices and rice to makeup ,baby stuff, toys, books, office items , personal care items, home decor, clothing .(There is no Walmart near...you have to go to Covington VA for that and is not near. So if you need something right away this is your best option)

Its one of the worst Dollar Generals that I have been to. Indeed, I won't ever spend my time or money there AGAIN. The day manager Tonya W, is literally a nasty person who has an attitude and dislikes customers. The rest of the staff does the best they can with what little leadership they can get.... Could be rated at the top, but NOT WITH CURRENT MANAGMENT.

Clean and well organized. Carry a variety of snack food. Stopped here during our stay at Omni Homestead to grab snacks and other necessities. Convenient for tourists.

The shelf was clearly marked 2 for $5 for chips. They rang up at $3.50 a piece but the cashier said the sale was over on the 5th. I told her today is the 5th and she said again that the sale is over on the 5th. I talked to other people who shop there and they said that it happens at this store a lot!!!

The store is ok, but there is often lots of delivery crates in the isles. Also, the seeming revolving door of employees makes it seem like there is always someone new.

This was the largest Dollar General that I have ever seen. The range of merchandise was amazing and the staff was helpful and friendly.
