Casual joint on the main st. Enjoyed the live music and craft beer on tap. The wings were tasty and pizza was average. This was our first time and I’d probably only come back for a drink and appetizer, not very family-friendly or inviting inside.

Typical brewery atmosphere. No lagers. Did have a nice sweet pale ale.

Nice place right on Main street with indoor and outdoor seating. There was live music outside the Friday night that we went. You order your food and pay at the front counter, you choose where you would like to sit, and then your food is brought to you.

Fantastic experience. My wife is gluten intolerant, and their gluten free pizza was awesome. She had no gluten or cross contamination. For me, I loved their beer selection and they had great sandwiches. We were staying at Omni, so I was nice to have reasonably priced food near by. Super friendly staff too. A+

Small town, homey vibe makes this place the perfect stop to enjoy a brew and some eats after a refreshing walking tour or hike of the area. Outdoor seating on the porch was a great way to take in the surrounding hustle and bustle. Indoor area seemed comfortable enough as well. Food was tasty and reasonable with friendly, fast service. Beers were also stellar. Would definitely recommend - we hope to make it back again next year!

What a great experience! I walked in earlier in the day to check the place out, the offer flights of their beers brewed in house. When they get very busy they do not have flights, which is understandable. Our bartender was amazing, she was so polite, helpful and welcoming.I tried their pepperoni flatbread, and their meatlovers flatbread. The pepperoni flatbread was delicious and didn't have a spicy pepperoni so I especially enjoyed it! I do wish it had more pepperoni though. The meatlovers flatbread was also good, it was completely loaded with meat, it was unbelievable and completely reasonably priced for what I got! I do wish that it had a little more cheese, maybe add some beneath the toppings and some on top.I also tried their wings, I tried the garlic parmasean wings and holy cow were they delicious! The chicken was doused in a garlic parmasean mix, the inside was juicy, mouthwatering and the outside was crispy and crunchy. These were one of the best wings I have ever had.I went on a Saturday night and they had live music starting at 7, it was very nice and also crowded. The beer must be ordered at the bar and the food must be order around the corner of the bar. There is no table service besides the fact that they bring the food to you.

My husband and I visited for dinner. I ordered the Ruben and he got the club sandwich. There is no service 😕. The pastrami needed chainsaw to eat it and the dark beer was bitter. The club was ok. The diet coke that came in a bottle was the best thing I found on the menu! Don't suggest wasting your time or money!

A great brewery in a quaint little town. Remembering the days when downtown only had a BP gas station and the duck inn convenience store. After much renovation of downtown I gotta say this is a great stop for some good brews and good food! Whether it’s beer or a quick sandwich or appetizer, the quality is highly regarded in my books.

I literally can’t say enough great things about this phenomenal brewery! We’ve been coming here for the last 3 years, and it has become an absolute MUST for delicious food and even better beer while we’re staying at the Homestead. Emily and her family work so tirelessly to make this place the best, and the amount of heart they put into this place is evident in their service and the quality of literally anything you would care to order. My new favorite is the Mee Maw’s grilled cheese… just WOW! Do yourself a favor and stop by, have a beer, (or three), and enjoy probably the best spot in the entire region!

Nice spot for a quick meal with beer tasting. They have a very well priced beer flight which is complemented by the kitchen next door (we tried the pretzels and Ruben sandwitch and both were excellent with Bacova beer). There are picnic tables outdoors and couple spots on the veranda facing the road.

Was able to try their beer at Adventure X fest in Covington. The owners are really super people and the beer is phenomenal. Definitely check them out if you are anywhere nearby, you will be glad you did! Appreciate you folks coming out to Adventure X Fest!!

Great selection of a variety of beers brewed right onsite with an in house kitchen complete with wood fired meals. Emily runs a good business with her husband and, as the de facto (albeit possibly self-appointed) director of tourism for Bath County, she will let you in on the local haunts while she pulls you a draft. Nice atmosphere, great nachos, tasty beer, and good conversation. Recommend!

The Ingalls/Hot Springs airport has been on my list of airports to go to and I was finally able to get in on 5/28/2020 with a break in the weather. My friend and I decided to check out the Bacova Beer Company to adventure out from the airport where we were greeted by the owner that suggested delivery from Les Cochons d'Or and some suggestions for IPAs. The beer was amazing, and the hospitality was top notch. The food from Les Cochons d'Or was also amazing (Pepperoni pizza and baked BBQ chicken). I am terrible with names (and was probably distracted from the great beer) but thank you for the awesome beer and for your stories about where the names for the beers came from.

Didn't greet us when we walked in no one communicated with us. For the first time coming in, I wasn't impressed. The cashier seemed to be under the influence. Also, I see others have had a similar experience. If you don't want bad reviews, then greet those that come into your place of business. We walked in and stood up front, waiting for someone to greet and seat us. We're not locals, so just maybe we don't know how things work. You get on here and respond kinda with a nasty attitude. Good luck in the future, but my family will not return.

Passing through here on way back from vacation. Wife and I split club sandwich and tater tots. Tots were excellent- we got the smaller size and it was plenty.I have to talk about this club sandwich. I thought it was really good. Soft bread, and the ham was heated up. Some kind of mild mustard in there, and it was just delicious! I told the cooks on the way out how much I liked it, and wife chimed in about his it was the best club sangwich she’s ever had. She even took their pictures.Anyway, they use the pizza oven to heat up the meat and I think that makes the sandwich. Whatever they do, it’s worth the drive.Had a long drive ahead so didn’t get beer, but looked like some interesting choices.

A great little brewery with surprisingly good pub food. No, it's not fine dining but the food was really good. The loaded tater-tots were very tasty and not greasy, I would put them on the gotta try list. I would like to give 4.5 stars because there is a surprisingly similarity between many of their beers (same yeast?) but they were all very drinkable and tasty and I am disappointed that my tolerance didn't allow me to try every one, though the flight sampler helped a lot.

Very cute little spot with a variety of beer on tap. Coming from DC I was so pleasantly surprised at the prices and size of the beers. The shop is really simple but there are quite a few different seating options from tables to the bar.The vibe is really chill here. The service was very friendly. Definitely a hometown bar and it closes pretty early on the weekdays but I enjoyed sitting here with some friends to pass the time.

Absolutely fantastic place. I live in Greenville SC and every time I come to BACOVA (once or twice a year) I make sure to stop in and enjoy the Irish Red. It’s my favorite brewery I have been to, and I frequent them weekly. It’s the best thing to do in town so make sure to check them out!

Nice, casual place to get a bite to eat. Also appreciate that they are open later than most places in this area. We were visiting from out-of-town and couldn't find many places open past 8pm. Other places had no reservations for the evening. We were so thankful this place was open, had decent food, and we could walk right in. My friend's food was good, but my wood fired nachos were fantastic! They make the chips fresh and includes queso, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeno, bacon, and scallions. The ratio of ingredients to chip was perfect! Specifically because the serve them on a larger platter and spread the chips out into a more even layer. Beer selection was good too.

Great little brewery in a fun mountain town. It's a 5-minute walk out the back of The Homestead. The owner was at the bar both times I was there over a few days. The beer is good and goes well with the pizza from the place next door - they are connected. Great place to go when you need a break from the resort.

This establishment opened its doors in Sept 2020 and I laud the owner(s) for doing so during the pandemic. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were staying in Hot Springs, VA and the hotel front desk manager recommended the food here. My dining party ordered: Reuben sandwiches, BLT w/ avocado, hot pretzels and a basket of fries. The sandwiches were pretty hearty, though the meat in my sandwich wasn't heated thoroughly. There's a sound system and the staff mentioned they'd be hiring soloists and hosting open mic nights once the pandemic ended. Nice quaint spot to grab a meal and a drink!

Fantastic food! Excellent beer! The furious George is a must! If your going to the Omni Homestead Resort do yourself a favor and stroll 5 minutes into the quiet town of hot springs and check out this local hot spot, this place would be right at home in any big city's artsy food scene but without all the booshey attitude and inflated prices.
